Hotel Boynton Beach dengan Gim

Ww were booked for a 30 day stay in February of 2022. First 19 days were fine but on the evening of the 19th night, we saw a roach in the kitchen. By morning we had seen them in the bathroom and sitting area as well! Told the front desk and they had no response- didn’t offer us an exterminator or a room change. We asked to speak to the manager but were told that since it was a Saturday, a manager would not be available until Monday. Not choosing to live with the roaches, we decided to check right out and so we lost the last 10 days of our vacation!. We subsequently contacted corporate Marriott and it took 4 very lengthy phone calls with no follow-up by the company before we were finally able to get some recompense from the hotel - a measly one night refund ! Adding insult to injury, the hotel management totally lied to corporate, claiming that we were offered another room. Pet “accidents” on the carpets of the hallway were frequent and although addressed by the staff were a real turn-off as well. Trash cans at the breakfast areas often were left overflowing during busy breakfast times. Would never recommend this hotel due to the above!!

Our family booked 4 rooms here for a funeral. We were not familiar with the area but could not have picked a better location. Behind the hotel there are numerous stores, restaurants and a bakery that you can walk to. Nearby is a supermarket and bowling alley. The room had ants in the bathroom sink. We did not see them after the first day. The room was spacious and overall clean. The breakfast area had many options but many were high carb choices such as bagels, donuts and cereals. There is a coffee, tea and hot chocolate station in the lobby. However, after a long day I went to make a cup tea and there was no water. I waited for 20 minutes at the front desk and had to go behind the counter to find a staff member. The lady on duty was on her cell phone and annoyed to be interrupted. I told her that there were 3 other customers waiting at the desk for service. She was RUDE and told me I had to wait until the next day for housekeeping to refill the water. All other staff members were courteous. If you are a light sleeper this may not be the place for you because you can hear all chatter in the hallways as early as 6 am.

Experienced Marriott deceptive marriott BonVoy services at check in for the first time she never offered me anything checking in (marriott me guarantee) As a long time a member with Platinum Elite status, never asked for been a member or anything at member need to know etc etc , I had very bad experience with that Courtyard Boynton beach it’s first time but definitely never back again Room it’s very older , room has not really great view or nice balcony, very duty property and also room has Not bottles water available in the room like usually marriott has , has coffee maker small one and not bottle water ??? Rooms has not Face mirror and all amenities bathrooms very older and also room has not glasses to drink not glasses in the room and not at the bathroom, definitely that property it’s like Motel 6 , I select that property but was very wrong . Towneplace in the same neighborhood definitely it’s most better . This is a very frustrating experience stay at that property, services at check in and how properly look , never see in the hospitality industry , I saw many employees around make me feel unwelcoming .I concern about if that it’s Marriott brand or franchise i don’t know but definitely it’s not Marriot.
