Hotel Dengan Bar di Baden-Wurttemberg, Jerman

The hotel pretty far from Bahnhof but if you not hurry or your destination are in the city it's ok. When I arrived, there were many people waiting to check in. Got a room a little late I have to wait 15-20 minutes to get a key card. (Unfortunately the hotel bar was not open at that time. Otherwise I will have a seat to chill and wait.) The room :: I really like the room, everything like in the picture, So stylish, comfy and clean. Just the AC it was not cool at night.

The Leonardo at Heidelberg-Walldorf was a wonderful find in a pleasant location. (It’s the one on Roter Str., not the one nearer Heidelberg.) It has everything you need for a weekend stay or for FRA airport (90 mins away). You do need a car to get there but parking is free. The rooms are large and have a small fridge, a safe and air-conditioning. There’s a TV with many international channels. The wi-fi is good. I found the bed very comfortable. In summer there’s an outdoor pool, which has a shallow end and is very suitable for children. There’s also an indoor pool, which is 1.5m deep and has no shallow end. Children need to be closely supervised there. Near the indoor pool is a sauna. There’s a bar, which isn’t always open because of the lack of local staff. However, the restaurant will serve drinks. The staff in the restaurant are wonderful, especially the host and hostess, who take great care to make sure that all the customers are well served. Since the restaurant is very popular, dinner reservations are essential. Breakfast is also essential. I really can’t think of anything that this hotel lacks for a nice relaxed stay.

The hotel itself is great. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is wonderful. Our view was of a construction site, but that's out of their control. I'm dinging two stars because fitness is important to me when traveling, and I was looking forward to the gym and swimming pool. Of course, both were closed for renovation (and will be closed until the end of February). There is no notice of this on the website or in the confirmation. Of course, they taped this to the reception desk after I asked (see photo). It's hard not to feel a little cheated.

House keeping often doesn’t make the room. In several instances the room was not made upon my return in the late afternoon (I am usually gone for the day when k stay there) and that was after asking the reception housekeeping could come while I was gone. Their customer service needs to step up.

das ”neue” leonardo ist sehr schön geworden. alles sehr modern und ebenso geschmackvoll gestaltet und eingerichtet. die zimmer sind geräumig und bieten alles, was man erwartet. wir hatten ein zimmer zur straße und (aufgrund der schalldichten fenster) nichts davon gehört; im sommer wird das (bei geöffnetem fenster) sicher anders sein. das bett hatte leider eine durchgehende matratze und (nur eine!) decke; manche mögen das mögen, für uns war das nichts! bad ok, internet-empfang ausreichend. frühstück vielfältig und gut. aus dem benachbarten öffentlichen parkhaus (13 € pro tag) kommt man - trockenen fusses - über den fahrstuhl zur reception. personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. uneingeschränkt emfehlenswert!

Location is outskirts,other than that,rest is very good. Not many restaurants nearby.

The hotel was undergoing an upgrade so the room we checked in to was new and refreshed. The hotel cafe had a good spread for breakfast. The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations to visit around the area. Volk was particularly helpful.

Das Hotel kann mit Qualitäten glänzen wie kein Anderes. Zumal darf man bei einer Wahrscheinlichkeit, dass eine Stehlampe funktioniert, von 50 Prozent ausgehen. Des Weiteren wiesen die Handtücher nicht nur Flecken und Löcher, sondern auch einen köstlichen Duft von Arsch auf. Neben der architektonischen Missgestaltung des Hauses, besaß mein Bad eine stilistisch, klug, falsch eingesetzte Fliese. Ebenfalls traf ich, in diesem 10.000 cm^2 Bad, auf zwei weitere wunderschöne Überraschungen. Zum Einen durfte ich eine nutzlose, herausgeschraubte Armatur begutachten, zum Anderen traf ich in der Dusche auf vereinzelte entzückende Schimmelkolonien, welche mir ein Lächeln aufs Gesicht zauberten. Als ich mein Zimmer betrat war ich erleichtert, dass ich nicht der Einzige mit einem Schaden bin, sondern auch die Wand meines Zimmers erquickte mich mit einem vorzüglichen Wasserschaden. Zugute kam dem Hotel einen, an meine Stube angeschlossenen Balkon, welcher mir einen Ausblick des Grauens bescherte. Denn der Innenhof, auf den ich blicken durfte, war von einer durchgehenden Grundbeschissenheit ausgestattet. Aber nicht nur negative Aspekte beschatten das Hotel, sondern auch ein einziger guter, nämlich das Personal. Dieses wies eine überdurchschnittliche Freundlichkeit auf, welche wahrscheinlich auf einer regelmäßigen Drogeneinnahme basiert. Durch die liebevollen Worte „ Danke Bruderherz“ des Personals und der wahrscheinlichen Drogenabhängigkeit, schließe ich auf einen Wohnsitz nahe des Frankfurter Hauptbahnhofs. So kann ich dieses Hotel nur jedem empfehlen, zumindest jedem der von seinen niedrigen Erwartungen enttäuscht werden möchte. Vielen Dank Best Western!

Großes Haus in guter Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer im dritten Stock war komfortabel, die Matratze schön fest. Die Kopfkissen sind nicht so toll aber davon gibt es genug, damit man es sich bequem machen kann. WLAN top. Das Badezimmer geräumig mit Wannendusche. Sauber war such alles. Das Frühstück war gut. Leider das Rührei aus dem Tetrapack - ist aber wohl mittlerweile Standard. Die gekochten Eier waren auf den Punkt perfekt. Aufschnitt beim Käse und der Wurst überschaubar. Besonders lecker und überraschend war der warme Milchreis mit Früchten.

What an exceptionally located hotel and incredible staff. Emily and Ana… thank you so much for all of your help during our stay and also many thanks to the fabulous breakfast team as well. We cannot say enough good things about the location and the service here! So, if you are still figuring out which hotel to pick in Stuttgart, look no further and choose the Hampton Inn. You will be so glad you did… the beds are super comfy and you get fresh air, an amazing breakfast, and the Wi-Fi and water pressure are excellent too.

It's a nice hotel, located behind the main station, about 10 minutes by walk from the station to the hotel, but the hotel is not close to the King street. The breakfast is good, especially supplied the whole cooked Salmon everyday, that's great.

friendly staff, very welcoming and there was lovely rooms, very clean rooms, as a housekeeper myself i thought the rooms were absolutely brilliant. located right next to a lidl and a train stop! we went on the roof top and it was lovely. in the rooms they have mirrors and bedside tables that you can connect your bluetooth too!

Nuit d’étape vers la Bavière Hôtel choisi pour sa proximité avec l’autoroute et son prix Excellent choix : très calme, peu cher , propre, literie confortable. Possibilité de faire le Check in à une borne à l’entrée en fonction de l’heure d’arrivée et pas de Check out . Dans la chambre, on peut régler soi même le chauffage/climatisation. Parking gratuit dans la rue ou parking de l’hôtel à 6€ par jour . Petit déjeuner à 10.50€ mais pas testé. Il y a un supermarché à proximité. Bref un très bon choix 👍

You’ll never find nicer people working in a hotel than the people here. And the rooms are great. Perfect bed. I have neck pain since a couple of weeks and last night was the first time I slept pain free! The pillows are fluffy, the coffee machine is great - the location. I don’t know what else to say to make it sound real :) but I’ve been here a few times now and I never regret it. Funny how other hotels here in the city are ranked on the same level but the rooms are way below the standard of Jaz and the staff doesn’t compare.

Wir besuchten das Rammstein Konzert auf der Cannstatter Wasen und dies ist das perfekte Hotel für Veranstaltungen dort. Zu Fuss ca. 10min. Check-in war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Auto konnten wir in der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage parkieren ( auf Grund der Veranstaltung gab es sonst weit und breit keine Parkplätze), das Zimmer war sehr sauber und selbst am Samstag Abend sehr ruhig, die Betten bequem. Leider können wir das Frühstück nicht bewerten, haben es zwar gebucht aber zwecks Ausschlafen (was durch das Late Checkout kein Problem war :.) leider verpasst. Wir können die teilweise negativen Bewertungen (ob da die Konkurrenz dahinterstecket?) überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Bad Cannstatt ist, soweit wir dies beurteilen können, nicht „Fancy Pants Schicki Micki“ Stuttgart, aber unglaublich authentisch und spannend zum erkunden.

Sind in den letzten Jahren gelegentlich hier gewesen. Unter neuem Namen hat sich nicht so viel verändert. Die Reservierung klappt wie immer perfekt. Wenn keine Großveranstaltungen in der Gegend stattfinden, sind günstige Preise und Angebote verfügbar. Die Anfahrt mit dem Auto in die Tiefgarage geht gut, dann muss man allerdings in der riesigen Tiefgarage des Einkaufszentrums den richtigen Ausgang finden. Das Hotel ist nicht zentral in Stuttgart, sondern im Vorort, die Anbindung mit der S-Bahn (5-10 min Fußweg) ist auch abends gut. Empfang und check-in schnell, höflich, unkompliziert. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber, und funktionell, aber kein Luxus. Manche Zimmer zur Hauptstraße können bei geöffnetem Fenster recht laut sein. Zur anderen Seite schläft man aber sehr ruhig. Im Sommer kann es in den Zimmern je nach Lage und Sonneneinstrahlung auch warm werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war immer sehr gut, zur Zeit wird die Auswahl durch die Gesundheitslage deutlich eingeschränkt, aber immer noch ist die Qualität akzeptabel. Wer sich der Lage bewusst ist, für den ist die Übernachtung hier ihren Preis wert.

The bed mattress firm and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well setup. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has good filter coffee and sparkling water on tap. I slept really well last night and likely will again tomorrow.

Clean and modern hotel, great breakfast to start your day and most importantly it's 5 mins walk to Mannheim main train station and 2 mins walk to the tram station to Mannheim shopping district. Front office staff were welcoming and courteous, thanks for making my stay wonderful. Best part of the hotel is the view of the train station and absolutely zero noise from outside, which makes your stay very comfortable.

Top gefallen hat mir die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption, die bequemen Betten und die unkomplizierte Buchung. Leider hat bereits um 8Uhr und um 9Uhr morgens die Reinigungskraft bei mir an der Tür mehrmals lautstark geklopft, daher war ausschlafen nicht möglich. Zudem war das Zimmer tagsüber und nachts sehr aufgeheizt, der Fahrstuhl war defekt und man nachts hörte man bei offenem Fenster vieles aus dem Innenhof. Der Preis von 185€ finde ich dementsprechend überhöht.

We arrived at the hotel after a long travel day in the early evening and the receptionist was very friendly, listened and gave us two nice rooms with views towards the city (rather than the station and rail-tracks). The rooms were clean and had amenities such as a kettle. What really rocked was the breakfast. An excellent choice of cold and warm, a very good handmade fruit-salad and bircher musli. As I am someone using the stairs rather than the elevator to do some steps, I really enjoyed the motivating messages on each floor of the staircase. Good idea! Overall great value for our money. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, we will come back when the opportunity arises.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr freundlicher Service. Fruehstueck ist toll und ein zig er Mangel der teure Parkplatz, aber dafuer gut zugaenglich. War schon haeufiger dort und waren immer zufrieden. Junior Suite ist auch sehr schoen.

Wir waren mit unserer Enkelin hier und waren zufrieden. Ins geräumige Doppelzimmer wurde ein Zusatzbett gestellt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Das Personal freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Preis - Leistung stimmen. Allerdings liegt das Hotel weit ab vom Schuss und die Bushaltestelle ist am Wochenende nicht in Betrieb. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 700 m entfernt. Sowohl für den Besuch der BuGa als auch für einen Ausflug in die Innenstadt muss man einige Lauferei einkalkulieren. Mit Koffern haben wir deshalb lieber ein Taxi genommen.

Second time on this hotel, highly recommended. Nice room, good bed and everything is clean. Close to the city. Breakfast is better than in other high class hotels!!! Dorint i Mannheim is a good example for other hotels. Make me want to look for Doribts in othee citys. Thank you👍

We were so glad to see this fully renovated hotel open in time for our visit to the Heidelberg Christmas Market (original opening date was projected for the end of December). The Hilton Heidelberg is an incredible facility, surpassed only by the amazing team working to provide the best possible experience! We have never been so graciously welcomed by so many on the team, including the General Manager, Remmie. Margarita and Katerina took great care of us during check in and were even able to upgrade us to a Junior Suite - what a welcome surprise! After settling in to our room, we had the pleasure of meeting Lubeth in the Executive Lounge who took care of every need and made us feel so welcome - always with a smile! The management team is definitely committed to hiring the best, but they are also clearly committed to leading by example. Vladimir (the restaurant manager) made a point of introducing himself and checking to be sure we were enjoying our stay and Sonja was so gracious when we were visiting the restaurant. Brent stopped by while we were in the Executive Lounge to be sure we were enjoying our visit and asked if there was anything he could do to help. Tim (a Heidelberg local) took time to share some of his favorite spots around town, as well as the hotel amenities and make sure we made the most of our time in town! I cannot remember another hotel stay where I could name more than 1-2 people on the staff - this team truly made us feel welcomed and valued! Thank you for a such a great experience!

Mega Hotel mit einer unglaublich schönen Ausstattung und sehr netten zuvorkommenden Personal. Jedes Mal einen Besuch wert, deswegen die Bewertung mit 10/10! Vorallem die Aussicht alleine ist wirklich so gut, dass es sich jedes Mal lohnt dahin zu gehen!

We traveled by train so this hotel was perfect, very short walk from the main station, maybe 150 feet. We did not know check in was 3:00 so paid 15€ to check in early taking a lesser room for the same price. IBIS allows early check in / late checkout for a 90€ annual fee. Breakfast was basic so we skipped that. Unfortunately McDonalds next door closed about 4 months earlier. As for lunch, the Thai restaurant (Asia Box) in the main station was very good and there is a grocery store in the station too. Our room on the 1st floor was small but clean with 2 beds. The bathroom was very small but this is the only room we saw. Street noise was minimal. Train, tram and bus lines converge here so you cant beat the location. I suspect they have parking for a fee but because we arrived by train, I am not sure.

This beautifully situated hotel offers outstanding customer service, with excellent dining options, and magnificent views of the Neckar River. Everything is immaculate and there is great attention to detail. The walk into town is lovely, or you can take a short taxi ride. Make sure to visit the breakfast buffet, it has options for everyone and is the best I have experienced during my forty years of travel.

This hotel is absolutely lovely - the reception area is pristine and modern. Although our room wasn't quite ready on check in because the hotel was sold out, we were able to leave our luggage here and begin our visit to Heidelberg. We dealt with 2 girls at reception, both incredibly busy but incredibly helpful. I couldn't praise them enough. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous too, with so much to choose from. The rooms were spotless and clearly newly decorated. Everything was to notch - I couldn't fault it. The rooftop bar is worth a visit too - a little expensive, but the views are fabulous. Be warned that it gets super busy (as expected) if the weather is nice.
