This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was unbelievable. Anything you need they handle with so much care. Whether you are out at the jacuzzi looking over the lake and they are bringing you drinks, or getting all of your clothes cleaned and pressed for a wedding, everything they do is top notch. The dinner and free breakfast is incredible. The beds are so comfy and the bathroom was huge with an awesome shower. The spa is so clean and nice, it’s a great place to chill out after a long day. Seriously, I can’t recommend this place enough.

After an eventful 2 weeks of travel, this was the perfect stay to end our trip! The measures that the people of Vigna Caio went to ensure we were well accommodated were unprecedented- helping us arrange transportation, offering to take us to and from the lake, having our laundry cleaned/pressed and then delivered by Paulo’s mother when it was going to be late. We felt very much at home and loved the intimate atmosphere! In addition, the views are incredible and the rooms are spotless with the most comfortable beds! We can’t wait to return when the outdoor pool is finished!

What a wonderful hotel! Comfortable bed, great staff, amazing location and good food. We spent some days in Rome and got there in under 1 hour. The rooms are airy and clean, and the staff will take great care of you:). The spa facilities are beautiful and the view from the hotubs outside are 10/10! Will absolutely come back.

My wife just happened to find this property as we didnt want to stay in downtown Rome, the night before we flew out. It is SO convenient to get to the airport without dealing with the hassle of city traffic. This place is fantastic. A beautiful setting -- the lake on one side and the amazing castle just a 10 min walk away. Our room was perfect and then we stopped into the bar. Well appointed and its a magnificent structure which has been entirely updated... We were greeted warmly by Paulo at the front desk and then by Paula who managed the bar and was our waitress. The dinner was absolutely perfect. A wonderful stay and we will be back. It could not have been any better!

Country house type Villa . Hot tub in the lawn , fantastic view of the lake . Paula and staff can’t do enough for you . Wonderful spa. Walk down to the lake in 10 mins , breakfast was average but couldn’t fault anything else , will be back this summer !

I can’t say enough about this wonderful little property…a best kept secret that’s destined to be discovered. Beautiful setting overlooking Lake Bracciano. The rooms are impeccably maintained. The restaurant serves a delicious complimentary breakfast every morning and offers innovative, delicious farm to table food in the evenings. What really makes this place stand out are its people. What an amazing staff! All are clearly dedicated to insuring their guests a 5 star experience. Special thanks to Tiziana, Pietro and Paula at the hotel. My spa experience was next-level! I had the best massage of my life! Thank you Lydia! Our stay was truly a highlight of our time spent in Italy!

My wife and I stayed at Vigna Caio Relais & Spa Bracciano with our daughter and her boyfriend on our way from the Rome airport to a cruise ship at the port. Our experience there was a very pleasant surprise. We had just arrived in Rome after a long flight from New York and were tired and jet lagged. The rooms were super comfortable, the staff were all very friendly and the food was great. Our only regret was not planning on staying there more than one night! They are a fairly new hotel having only opened this year. We were told they will be adding a pool on property very soon so that will be a big plus. The views of the lake from the hotel were spectacular and you can walk down to take a swim if you would like. If you are going to be in the Bracciano area I would highly recommend staying at Vigna Caio Relays & Spa.

Amazing experience here! All the staff members were so polite and respectful and they even went out of their way to ensure we had a ride to the local train station. The spa is beautiful and quiet, would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing time away.
