Great Stay with Friendly Staff My wife and I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Bradford for two nights, and we had a pleasant experience overall. The best part of our stay was the staff — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our needs, which made our visit even better. The room itself was comfortable and had everything we needed, including ironing equipment, though it didn't have a mini fridge, which might have been due to the room type we selected. The room was generally clean, but I'd rate the cleanliness 4/5 because I noticed a small stain on the duvet (it seemed like a lipstick stain). The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the Bradford Interchange Rail Station, making it easy to get around. Overall, we would recommend this hotel to friends for its great service and convenient location.

I recently stayed at the Campanile Hotel in Bradford and I have to say, I was impressed with my experience. The room was clean and spacious, which made my stay very comfortable. I particularly liked how the bathroom and toilet were separated, adding an extra level of convenience. The staff in the restaurant and the bar were absolutely exceptional, providing top-notch service and serving excellent food. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out processes smooth and easy. Overall, I had a great stay at the Campanile Hotel in Bradford and would definitely recommend it to others. While my stay at the Campanile Hotel in Bradford was mostly positive, there were a few things that I didn't like. Firstly, I found that the housekeeping staff were a bit intrusive. They would knock on my door before 12.00 and then walk into the room without waiting for a response. This made me feel uncomfortable and like my privacy was being invaded. Additionally, I found that the check-out process could have been smoother. I had rebooked my room day by day and had informed reception that I would be staying longer, but the housekeeping staff kept knocking on my door early in the morning.

Cleanliness was top-notch, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay Perfect location for exploring the city center, with easy access to public transportation. Booked on IBIS website and as it was for a staff member staying for work phoned in advance to pay. Thank God I did. Its closed. Member of staff was polite but clear. Has been closed for months because of COVID. He was amazed to find it was still open on website

Lovely place to stay. My server Amirah was so lovely, fast serivce and was very friendly, thanks girl 🫶🏻 food was delicious, especially the chocolate Parfait! Room was clean and tidy. Shower was unreal… very powerful and hot. Had access to the gym aswell which was nice If i’m up this way again i’d defo stay here again 🥰

My 3rd time staying in this hotel this time in room 319 the room was good and bed was comfortable massive bathroom. Only down side to this stay was the fire alarm going off at 6am in the morning. No view from the window and the bathroom door didn't shut as it was hanging off the hinges. But I'd use the hotel again

It's a tough call to find a better location than the Premier Inn Hotel Bradford Central - only minutes from Bradford Interchange station and the M62 and M606. So if you're looking for somewhere that combines city centre buzz with easy Dales access, you've found the right place. Get in the picture at the National Media Museum, catch a play at the Alhambra Theatre, or set up base here for trips out of town or over to Leeds. With the University and 2, 000-seat Abundant Life Church on your doorstep, this is also a great business base - complete with Thyme restaurant, spacious rooms and comfy beds.

On arrival, we thought the exterior of the building was lovely, but it did not continue inside. At reception, when we checked in, we asked to book a table for dinner. The receptionist said that we would not need to book and could eat at any time before 10.30 pm. The lift was out of order, so we had to carry out luggage up 2 flights of stairs whilst looking for our room. The corridors were tatty, the bannisters were wobbly, and when we got to the room, it smelt of cigarettes. We had booked a double and were given a family room. The beds were comfortable, and the linen was clean. However, the bathroom was tatty with marks in the bath and sink. The light above the vanity areawas absolutely fithy, and the toilet brush needed to be condemned as it was disgusting. When we went to the bar, we were ignored and had to wait to be served even though no one else was waiting. We were told the restaurant was full and that we could eat in the bar area, however, the food would be at least half an hour as they were busy. We were given a menu, but after waiting about 15 minutes for our order to be taken, we left and ate at a local pub. This hotel is in a lovely location but it is obvious that it is not run efficiently and the staff need training. We will not be returning.

Really liked this hotel. It was very clean with all the basic facilities. Food was great as we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Good sized very comfortable rooms. Great value for money. Would definitely recommend.
