Hotel eccezionale! Tutto al massimo: pulizia della stanza, gentilezza del personale, colazione ricca con prodotti freschi e ben assortiti. Attenzione massimo ai prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio. Ambienti ben riscaldati nonostante gli spazi immensi; stanze con domotica e bagno grande super con doccia e vasca. Non si può desiderare di meglio! Complimenti al Melia! Sicuramente ci torneremo! All'esterno possibilità di parcheggio gratuito. L'unico piccolo neo è la distanza dal centro peraltro non eccessiva. Bravi i ragazzi dello staff!

Fomos em família, num fim de semana. Hotel a necessitar urgentemente de obras de reabilitação, alcatifas com nodoas, pinturas a descascar e sujas, wc com poliban muito antigo, com ferrugem e com marcas que já não saem com limpeza. É pena, porque tem vistas lindíssimas e muito potencial. Os funcionários foram simpáticos. Pequeno almoço com pouca variedade de produtos frescos(tinham fruta enlatada), acho que não se justifica, pelo menos ao fim de semana deveriam ter mais opção de fruta fresca e ovos.

Great views. The location alone makes it 4 or 5 stars. Right next to Bom Jesus, lots of walking trails, garden, children's park , outdoor exercise equipment, very small but cute and romantic lake with boat rentals in walking vicinity. Note, you have to go thru security gate to access parking area of all 3 or 4 hotels in same area. The hotel is a refurbished older boutique style hotel, which we loved. Clean, comfortable, quiet and room darkening shutters.

The Bom Jesus site is busy during the day but dead at nighttime. There is no bar or restaurant at this hotel and the food at the neighbouring sister hotel was so poor we did not eat it. In the neighbouring village all 3 restaurants were shut so we went without evening food 3 nights running. The staff at reception were friendly and did their best but could not make up for the lack of facilities. There were no bottles of water in the room, none at reception and no place / shop to get water at the time we arrived (6:30). Room was tired although the view from the window was excellent. Braga has plenty to offer but is a €10 taxi ride away. Better staying in Braga.

L'hôtel est indéniablement bien situé. La vue des chambres sur la ville en contrebas est magnifique. Malheureusement 4 étoiles ne se justifient pas sur ce seul fait. A notre arrivée, au lieu d'une chambre double demandée, on nous octroie une chambre avec lits jumeaux. Pour le côté romantique, on repassera. La chambre est propre mais spartiate. Pas de bouilloire ou cafetière, pas de bouteille d'eau. La salle de bain dispose d'une porte fenêtre devant les toilettes (assez particulier 🤔). L'équipement a vieilli (ex poubelle en photo). La chambre est relativement calme si on excepte les personnes qui claquent la porte vitrée juste en face de notre chambre. Le personnel est froid. Peu parle français (ce n'est pas grave) mais ne font pas d'efforts pour se faire comprendre. Peu de sourire. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais vraiment sans plus. Les fruits ne sont pas murs ou au sirop, le jus d'orange est un jus en brique, le choix est au minimum de ce qu'on attend d'un 4 étoiles. Nous avons été déçus, la vue ne peut pas tout sauver.

Hotel super céntrico, pequeñito, me imagino que recién renovado ya que las instalaciones estaban muy bien, muy simpático y agradables todos los empleados, las habitaciones (la 102 )muy bien quizás un poquito pequeña, para mi gusto le faltaría un poquito mas grande para estar mas desahogado, las que dan a la calle peatonal se escuchan algunos ruidos cuando las gentes pasa gritando, el el desayuno correcto tiene de casi de todo para hacer un buen desayuno pero la sala es pequeña y hay que pedir hora para desayunar. Pero en general muy bien, no tiene garaje, tiene concertado uno sobre 150 /200 metros y hay otro publico muy grande mas o menos a la misma altura. Sin duda volvaria y lo recomendaría.

Elegant, historic, family-owned hotel, perfectly located to explore the Centro area mere steps away. Spacious suite with a large, well-appointed bathroom and balcony views overlooking the park below, Jardim da Avenida Centro. Lovely restaurant with a deep garden area at the rear, wonderful integration of architecture both ancient and contemporary, and beautiful food. Absolutely loved the duck! Excellent breakfast included, and excellent value overall. Friendly, gracious and informative, the staff in both the hotel and the restaurant went above and beyond in making our stay the very best it could be - and we ended up staying an extra night. To Ana and Antonio, Luis, Ivone, Fabio and Paulo: muito obrigada...your hospitality, conversation and humor were and are greatly appreciated. We shall return!
