PPengguna TetamuMy first review on Trip and I don't usually bother to write reviews - shows you how much the hotel impressed me. We stayed for 1 night in Capella Sydney as a family of 3.
The hotel facilities were absolutely amazing, decor was gorgeous and food options at Aperture and Brasserie were awesome. However, I won't dwell on these too much as I'm sure when you booked into a Capella brand hotel, you will already assume this as a given right? One highlight in terms of facilities though, was The Living Room, which is assessible to all guests staying in the hotel. It had beverages, snacks, comfy sofas and 6 star service. We spent so much time there chilling with our son and in the end it really became ”our living room”.
Enough of that, let me move on to the service which blew our minds. I'll give you a few examples and hopefully you can see why I feel it would be criminal for me not to write a review.
1. On arrival when we got out of our car and the porters were helping us with our luggage, somehow they addressed me by name. Maybe it's because they saw I had a 2 year old and I was the only guest checking in that day with a small child. Still, I was super impressed. I've only experienced this previously at Aman hotels.
2. Upon checking in, Sophie (I hope I got your name right!) was super helpful and cheerful. When she saw my young son, she also proactively asked if we needed a later check out and if our son needed to nap. She immediately offered to give us 2pm late check out. However, having told her our son actually takes his nap at 2pm, she told us to come back and check with the front desk the next day and they can extend it till 4pm. Remember, I didn't request this, she did this completely out of her own initiative.
3. We didn't book dinner and Sophie referred us to Madiha of the Cultural team. Madiha took note of all our requirements, including the need for the restaurant to be 2 year old friendly, and within 15 mins emailed me a full list of restaurants and their menus for me to choose from while she also served us drinks and snacks at the living room. We eventually picked an Italian restaurant and she made the reservation for us. Fyi, it was scrumptious.
4. After breakfast, we were walking around the lobby and my son walked past the cakeshop and saw a raspberry tart. He really wanted it but I told him we just had breakfast. Ton (?)(I hope I got your name right, the Thai gentleman with a love for cars), the manager came up and said ”you can have the tart for free! It's on the house!”. I was stunned. He also spent so much time talking to my son and showing him pictures of cars, unbelievable.
Shout out also to Matthew (uncle Hao Jun) for being so warm and hospitable to us. Honestly we were feeling so sad leaving the hotel as everyone felt like friends and family to us. One thing is for sure though, we will be back. Absolutely flawless service, kudos to the Capella Sydney team!

PPengguna TetamuOne of the most clean hostel I’ve been to. The bathroom doesn’t smell and the beds are quite well separated so it didn’t felt crowded in six people room. The front desk were all lovely except for one person. The location is great and can’t really complain at all.

Food choices are plenty during breakfast and can order different eggs style and cooking preparation during breakfast and can order different hot or cooled selection of drinks as well. Hotel is clean and location is near china town ,paddys market , and harbour easily accessible to townhall in a walkable distance of 7-10 mins away. There is a fireworks show on saturday night that lasted 5-7minutes.. There are lots of restaurants around the area and ice cream shops as well . There is even a park at the back of the hotel and a playground for kids. I highly recommend this hotel. There is 2 pool in the hotel at 22nd floor and 29th floor . The hotel is beside Imax cinema .

Menginap 4 malam bersama anak perempuan saya untuk kejutan ulang tahun kelahirannya. Dinaik taraf kepada bilik Harbour Bridge View di Aras 23 ($715/malam), tetapi kebanyakan pemandangannya adalah tapak pembinaan yang kosong – sangat tidak memuaskan untuk harganya. Bilik bersambung yang bising dan kereta sport yang bising antara jam 12–2 pagi menyukarkan untuk tidur. Sarapan pagi ($65pp) adalah di bawah jangkaan – sosej kering dan daging yang hampir tidak dimasak, walaupun kakitangannya cantik. Perkhidmatan bilik pada malam terakhir kami mengambil masa hampir sejam - dipesan pada pukul 7:38 malam, makanan tiba pada pukul 8:30 malam. Sebagai ibu solo, ini adalah perjalanan yang telah kami simpan untuk masa yang lama dan mahukan ia benar-benar istimewa, tetapi kami dibiarkan berasa kecewa. Dijangka lebih daripada hotel 5 bintang.
Sorotan positif penginapan kami ialah tab mandi besar yang indah dan kemudahan pancuran mandian berkualiti tinggi, yang menambahkan sentuhan kemewahan. Lokasi yang hebat dan berjalan kaki yang indah di sepanjang pantai!!
Untuk harga yang kami bayar, pemandangan tidak jauh dari apa yang anda jangkakan dari hotel mewah. Jika difikirkan semula, Bilik Deluxe King dengan kadar yang lebih rendah yang menghadap ke air akan menjadi pilihan yang lebih baik!

KKim Diep HuynhWe recently stayed at Rydges World Square and overall had a lovely experience. The room was big and very comfortable, which made our stay really enjoyable. My daughters absolutely loved it, especially having plenty of space to relax.
What I appreciated most was the separate room setup for parents and children — it gave us privacy while still being together as a family. That layout made a big difference and made the stay feel even more comfortable and convenient.
However, the car park was quite difficult to find. We had to drive down many levels, and it was confusing as there were different hotels sharing the area.Clearer signage or directions would really help future guests.
The only other disappointment was the pricing. We booked the room for $584, but later noticed the price had dropped to $510. It would have been great to receive the lower rate.
Aside from these issues, we truly enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back again.

PPeteskywalkerJust completed my first stay at Vibe Hotel Sydney and it was a solid win! It The room was comfy, modern, and hit all the right notes. Great location and 5 minutes walk to Chinatown. But honestly, the highlight of my trip was the top-notch service I received at the Storehouse bar and restaurant. Harvey, you're a legend! His attentiveness, recommendations, and friendly vibes made my dinner experience truly unforgettable. I was there all 3 nights of my stay at this property.
Would definitely stay again and shout out to Harvey for making it a memorable one!

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel ticks a lot of boxes, clean modern rooms, pool and steam room, and in the best location, very central over looking the beach. The hotel has just had a refurbishment, very tidy with a good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. Only slight negative, front dest - check in could be better and a bit more friendly.
If you want to stay in Manly, this hotel is your best choice, the other main hotel is way down at the end of the beach.

PPengguna TetamuRoom is spacious, services r good, gym too small, the biggest problem is the noise insulation is really bad, its so noisy, u can hear cars passing by, all kind of noises are there, next door, or people walking on corridor, they must improve this. Its so disturbing!
