Hotel Zermatt dengan Sarapan

Staying at this hotel in Zermatt was an unforgettable experience! The location is perfect—just 500 meters from the train station, making it incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the warm hospitality from the owners, Thor and Michele. They personally served the buffet breakfast every morning, which was both delicious and thoughtfully prepared. On my first day, I unfortunately missed breakfast, but as I was heading out around 10:45 am, they surprised me by reserving some food for me to enjoy before leaving. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that truly made me feel cared for. The room itself was immaculate and had everything I needed. The balcony offered a stunning mountain view, which was a perfect way to start and end each day. Thor and Michele went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. They remembered my name, attended to every need, and even took the time to explain the local attractions and recommend food options based on my preferences. I feel incredibly lucky to have secured two nights at this gem of a hotel, especially since it’s almost always fully booked. This was one of the most personal and heartwarming stays I’ve ever had. If you’re visiting Zermatt, staying here is an absolute must. Thank you, Thor and Michele, for making my trip so memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

All good. The hotel upgraded our room. Service very nice. Breakfast very nice. The only minor negative point is the fact that the hotel didn't provide toothbrush. Except this everything was perfect

這是一傢什麼樣的神仙酒店呀。訂的時候完全沒有預期到，因為采爾馬特衹有一天的時間，所以想在火車站附近找一家住。沒想到酒店不僅地理位置很方便（樓下就是商業街），硬件設施非常好，早餐也很豐富。因為離火車站和登山小火車都很近，完全來得及坐最早7點的小火車上山到最後一站Gornergrat，看到了日照金山。另外酒店前台Panna非常kind，給我們介紹了登山遊玩的路線，如何找黑臉羊的方位，還幫我們訂當地非常風味的餐廳。最後再一次感謝酒店Panna和Zoe對於我們這次行程的巨大幫助。

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the train station. Our room was spotless and we love the partial Matterhorn view. The breakfast staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is perfect. I’ll definitely stay here again for my next Zermatt trip.

The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always willing to assist when needed. Upon arriving in Zermatt and taking the Gornergrat Bahn, it is highly recommended to call the hotel in advance so they can arrange luggage pickup at Riffelberg station. Pulling luggage by yourself can be quite challenging, as the path involves walking through snow and crossing ski areas. One of the highlights of this hotel is the breathtaking and unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. The mountain is clearly visible from the hotel area, and there is truly no need to go elsewhere just to enjoy this iconic view. The outdoor jacuzzi is a wonderful feature; however, on some days the water temperature was not warm enough, making it comfortable to use only on certain occasions. Dinner is served as a set course menu. Each evening, there are two main dish options: one meat dish (which changes daily, such as beef, pork, or fish) and one vegetarian option. The food quality is very good and tasty, but the service is relatively slow — completing the full course takes around two hours. The hotel is well equipped with an elevator that provides access to all floors, which is very convenient, especially when carrying belongings.

First of all, location is nice. And the owner and team are really nice. Politely and passionate. Of course facilities is good, weather 'doubtless' to be nice. All good and clean. They have even provide me a nicer view

Lokasinya betul-betul di tengah-tengah bandar, sangat mudah! Berdekatan dengan stesen utama Zermatt, serta stesen Gornergrat! Pasar raya boleh ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki, malah terdapat banyak pilihan makanan seperti MacDonalds, makanan Barat, dan sebagainya. Penyambut tetamu sangat mesra dan mesra malah melanjutkan tempoh daftar masuk awal apabila bilik tersedia. Hotel ini secara keseluruhannya sangat selesa dan bersih, sesuai untuk penginapan singkat. Keperluan disediakan seperti sabun, tuala, pengering rambut, tisu! Cuma perlu diingat bahawa tiada peti sejuk di dalam bilik jika itu yang anda ingin tahu. Selain itu, penginapan yang sempurna!

Our 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any. Breakfast is good. Variety of choice.

Overall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :) PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too.
