IIzzaPizzaThoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The excellent service rendered by the staff made our honeymoon much sweeter. Everyone was friendly, kind and always willing to help. Room was really nice and the extra sauna and open concept bathtub was a nice surprise! Breakfast spread was super delicious as well. Facilities like the wellness area include foot bath, infrared chairs, jacuzzi etc.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation is just at the main street of shopping. Bucherer and Rolex shop is just opposite the hotel. Very close to train station, breakfast was awesome. Very clean and bright rooms. Helpful receptionists. Will definitely choose to stay here again in future.

OOhh DonaldWe had a truly unforgettable stay at this PERFECT Located Zermatt hotel—an ideal getaway for couples seeking romance and relaxation. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with warm hospitality and personalized service. The room was cozy but dated, with breathtaking views of the Matterhorn right from our balcony—absolutely magical at sunrise and sunset.
Its location was perfect—just a short walk to the village center and lifts, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings. We left feeling refreshed, reconnected, and already planning our return. Highly recommend this hotel for couples seeking charm, comfort, and stunning alpine beauty.
Psst: Minus the opposite land area with constant noise in the morning due from construction, it will be better.

PPengguna TetamuKristiane checked us in, and out of the hotel. She's the most attentive person so far that I've met, among the hotels that I have stayed in. Not only that, she got our issues fixed within the day, with a good sense of humour. The hotel breakfast was above average, some selection of cheeses, ham, salami, yoghurt, and drinks dispensed from the machine. I chose this hotel as it was close to Zermatt Bahnhof, and I did not regret it. A relatively new hotel, with a faint smell of wood in the room. The heating in the room can be a wee bit stronger, it means the insulation is good while we tuned down the central heating throughout our stay when the external temp is subzero. It's a gorgeous hotel, I have a narrow window view of the Matterhorn. Not to mention that the hotel is right next to McDonald's and two coffee shops. Overall, it was a splendid experience for us staying at Derby. If you were guessing, this isn't a sponsored review. We were just very happy travellers.

SsansanchengOur 2nd night in Zermatt, we chosen Bristol. The location is slightly far from train station but theres view to matterhorn. We stayed in mountain view room but due to weather, we did not see any.
Breakfast is good. Variety of choice.

Pada hari pertama, kami dua perempuan dan seorang lelaki berkongsi bilik, dan pada hari kedua, kami berkongsi bilik dengan tiga perempuan dan seorang lelaki. Apa yang perlu saya nyatakan ialah pemandangan bilik.Gambar 1 ialah pemandangan yang diambil dari tingkap.Ia juga merupakan pemandangan Matterhorn yang paling lengkap yang pernah saya lihat dalam dua hari yang lepas. Sarapan di hotel ini sangat mewah, bersamaan dengan harga hidangan sebanyak 20 kroner Switzerland. Disyorkan

SsandyhowOverall a pretty okay stay if you are not fussy. 10 minutes walk from Zermatt station, easy to access. Fret not if you are staying in the higher floors, there’s an elevator. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Path is well lit at night. Bed and toilet are clean, the floor is abit dusty but not a big issue for me :)
PS, this hotel is nit allowed to use our own hair dryer due to voltage, hair dryer is provided by the hotel. No using of heating / cooking too.
