The Hotel is very nice, very clean and has some charm with the inner garden in the lobby. It’s also very convenient, you’re close to a famous monastery and the neighborhood around is really pretty, perfect to visit as tourists. Everything was super clean, I had been upgraded and the room was big with everything needed. The staff spoke very well English and helped me a lot to solve my problems. The hotel also has a restaurant with good food, very convenient if you’re too tired to go out. Finally breakfast is simple with Chinese and some western options, but the coffees are really good!

Lokasinya agak bagus. Stesen kereta api bawah tanah Tonghuimen terletak betul-betul di seberang jalan dan Kuanzhai juga berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Jenis bilik dalam promosi Ctrip sebelum ini agak besar, dan ia agak sunyi menghadap kejiranan lama. Perkhidmatan hotel tidak profesional, tetapi sikap perkhidmatan masih bersemangat. Terdapat episod kecil di mana saya ingin melanjutkan penginapan selama dua malam kerana perubahan dalam jadual perjalanan saya, tetapi saya diberitahu bahawa kupon Ctrip tidak boleh ditebus tetapi hotel masih mempunyai bilik yang ditempah. Kemudian saya diberikan dua harga yang tinggi, yang kelihatan seperti saya menaikkan harga di luar tangan. Hotel ini sederhana dan sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga terutamanya kerana lokasinya yang selesa. Ia biasanya menempatkan seisi keluarga. Minum petang yang disediakan agak lazat, tetapi sarapan paginya hanya begitu-begitu sahaja, ala-ala Cina. Kerana ia baru diubahsuai, terdapat bau yang kuat apabila kami memasuki bilik pada waktu malam. Pada pagi ketiga penginapan kami, kami mendapati banyak serangga terbang kecil di dalam tandas. Saya tidak tahu sama ada ia adalah masalah dengan paip pembetung. Kami tidak membawa apa-apa makanan ke dalam bilik, dan kulit saya alah.

在這裏度過了特別幸福難忘的週末親子旅行。入住前酒店聯繫了我，由管家Corey和我們對接，安排得非常細緻，我們帶着寶寶順利地提前入住，並且房間內早早準備好了嬰兒床（可調節高度，可變拼接床），讓寶寶第一時間能得到休息。在入住期間我們有任何疑問，Corey都快速回復並解答，尤其提前幫我們聯繫餐廳準備餐食，為我們節省了大量時間。 這次旅行最讓我們一家人感到温暖和親切的當屬禮賓部Tim，從第一次見面就熱情地給予我們幫助、關心我們的感受，為我們提供了遊玩的建議，主動邀請我們，得以欣賞到白馬湖的獨特美景，一路上我們聊得特別開心，寶寶也好奇地東張西望～遊玩結束還送我們回房間，幫我們提行李，人特別棒！可以説這次旅行，風景難忘，人更難忘，Tim還給了我們很多真誠的旅行建議，非常非常感謝他！ 短短兩天在酒店遇到的所有工作人員都超級nice，很幸運能夠遇見，讓我們的週末時光更加美好！ 接下來談談房間，我們訂的麓房一居別墅，門口就能停車，拿行李放行李特別方便。 房間燈光設計深得我心，可以直接根據開關按鈕的燈光顏色判斷哪些燈沒關，帶寶寶入住不怕不小心開錯燈（帶過寶寶的都懂）。 房間一隅還有水池，我們給寶寶洗奶瓶、洗碗都不會和洗漱台盆沖突，還能佈置成簡易的“輔食工作台”，特別方便輔食期寶寶出行（不過插座如果能再多幾個就好了，插座嚴重不夠用）。 房間內配置的洗護用品都是馬林狗子，味道好好聞，我很喜歡！ 私湯池乾淨衞生，而且温泉水放得特別快，不用擔心要等很久，寶寶和我們一起泡温泉特別興奮，一切辛苦都值得了。 餐飲方面，酒店橘餐廳乾淨明亮，味道也好，尤其湯鍋真的不愧是招牌，黑山羊肉嫩嫩的好好吃， 整個酒店內部很安靜，綠化美。漫步其中身心放鬆，馬上要開放更多房間，很期待，我們已經決定之後還會再來玩，帶上家裡長者一起！這個價位真的是性價比非常高！

The service was exceptional. The girls at the front desk were very helpful with answering our questions and helping us make sure we had a great visit with the Pandas. They also explained exactly where to go for our train departure. We were confused by Chengdudong having 4 plus drop off points. They also gave us extra water and adorable Panda headbands on our departure. The room was clean and very comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a comfortable stay. They even had memory foam pillows. They had lots of freshly ground coffee in the morning as well as an excellent buffet Breakfast. The location was excellent. We walked to the Wenshu Monastery and to Kuanzhai Xiangzi alleys. We are pleased we choose to stay at this hotel in Chengdu.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The homestay had such a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. There's a lift that takes you up to Level 2 where the homestay is located. While there isn't a lift within the homestay itself, it wasn't an issue at all because the owner was incredibly kind and even insisted on carrying our luggage all the way up to our room on the third floor. We truly appreciated such a thoughtful gesture! The hospitality and service were exceptional throughout our stay. For my Muslim friends, there's a delicious halal food stall located just outside the homestay. It was so good that we went back to buy takeaway for dinner later that night! The location is also convenient, with many tourist attractions nearby. We found taking a DiDi to be the easiest and most comfortable way to get around. Overall, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host. Thank you for making our trip such a memorable one, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed one night at the Hyatt Centric Chengdu and left genuinely impressed. The hotel strikes a nice balance between modern design and warmth and the room was well-appointed, clean. What stood out most was the staff. Yuki in particular was exceptionally friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, offered thoughtful local recommendations, and did so with genuine warmth rather than rehearsed hospitality. That kind of attentiveness is rare and made a real difference to the experience. There is also a schnauzer called Lucky, and is a residnet dog at the hotel. Super cute! Breakfast was great, lots of Chengdu delicacy as options and great western choices too. This is definitely my top choice for a Chengdu stay!

Love the location - 5mins walk to massage 金足印象, eatery within walking, easy to take bus. Love the breakfast especially - good options and taste. They even help with breakfast packing if you have early flight (bread, milk and egg) but as I’m vegetarian, they kindly allowed food takeaway from restaurant. Comfortable room - spacious, clean and with smart 小度 Love the convenience - Taobao delivery, luggage storage arrangement, laundry service. Value for money - there were perks from the booking. Others - free flow coffee and fruit/ flower tea at reception area, snacks Would definitely come back if I’m back to this city again

Hotel Betul betul di pusat bandar Chengdu. TV ada 200 channel. Ada peti sejuk. Bilik luas. Ada sofa. Plug 3pin sama macam Malaysia. Dekat dengan pelbagai mini mart. Walking distance ke Tianfu Square, Mall & subway station. Paling penting dekat dengan masjid yang di kelilingi kedai-kedai makan halal. Mi tarik wow terbaik. Roti daging mantap pak abu. Semua murah. Datang sini tak perlu bawa makanan langsung. Sangat recommended. Mari mari

After our initial stay and having to extend due to a medical emergency we decided to extend at this hotel without any consideration due to our very pleasant fist experience. Initially the staff provided excellent assitance with our visa renewal. Then after my wife was discharged from the hospital we needed to buy a wheelchair. This proved quite challenging as we don't speak Chinese. Also our version of Ali Pay did not work on the online purchasing platform and we could also not manage to get WeChat pay to work. The hotel placed the order and paid for the wheelchair and allowed us to reimburse them in cash later. When the wheelchair was delivered one of the wheels were broken. The hotel did not hesitate to liaise with the online platform for the return and replacement. But I said that we are leaving in two days so the replacement wheelchair would not arrive on time. No problemm They placed an emergency order for a replacement wheel chair to be deliver with 30 minutes. Seriously! It was delivered 20 minutes later. Amazing! Only on China. They also paid for the replacement and we reimbursed them. By the time we left, They even reimbursed us for the broken wheelchair and said they will get the refund from the online vendor since they had ordered and paud for the wheelchair. On between all this they noticed that one day I had come down for a late breakfast and there was not much food left when I arrived - literally a few minutes before closure of the dining room. Then they gave me a gift along with an apology note for the lack of available options at breakfast when I arrived late. Man! The staff at this hotel are absolutely amazing. All of them. When we left they said they hope we will return to Chengdu. We'll I hope so too and when I do, I will definitely stay at the Huawei Hotel Taisheng South Subway Station. Without a doubt my best hotel ever. To put that in perspective, I have travel to 45 countries, some of them multiple times staying from 1 to 30 nights at different hotels. So I must have stayed at close to 100 hotels, including many 5 star hotels, for a total of over 500 nights. And The Huawei Hotel Taisheng South Subway Station was my best experience.
