Hotel Hefei dengan Sarapan

終於沒讓我失望，去年住的君檸體驗感特別不好，對合肥附近的高價酒店失去了信心。這次很幸運，首先就是環境，每一磚一瓦感受到了用心，一問老闆果然幹過工程的，房間的裝修和用品都是精心挑選的，然後服務也很舒服，這裏謝謝手工那裡的文娟、老房子吃飯的徐阿姨和帥氣小哥，大家都在用心工作和服務。 以下一點小小的建議：既然做了管家服務，可以提前加顧客微信，發一下天氣和路線，走時可以網上管家和顧客見個面有個互動，更有利於顧客評價。這些是三亞那邊酒店的體驗，綜合已經做得很好了！小小建議希望你們可以更好，秋天準備帶着長者和孩子在來一次，走一走你們説的心路，期待下次再見啦

This was my first time staying at a Mercure hotel and I was not disappointed. This new hotel opened in April. I usually stay at less expensive hotels but I was attending a festival at Luogang Central Park and wanted to find accommodations nearby. It was a short walk from the hotel door to the festival gates. I could see the stages from my room. The service at the hotel was the best that I have ever encountered. I was immediately greeted by the guest services agents. Sally, the front office manager, assisted me as I checked in. She speaks excellent English. Sally assisted me by entering the hotel address and room number into *******. The food was delivered to my room by robot. Sally and the staff at the front desk made sure that everything about my stay was as perfect as it could be. On day two, I ordered ******* again. The food never arrived. As I do not know any Chinese, Sally helped me by talking to the vendor and delivery driver. She spent two days (even after I had checked out and gone home) to make sure that I got a full refund from *******. For some reason, I could not rent a phone charger from the machine in the lobby (that is a problem on my end not a problem with the machine). One of the guest services agents on duty rented the charger for me and I paid her when I returned the charger. My room was beautiful! I had a corner room with windows on two sides. I enjoyed a long soak in the tub each day. The toilet came with a remote control that I translated. There were a few minor things about the room that could be improved. 1. The refrigerator was stocked with free beverages. However, there were no sugar free sodas. The water bottles are smaller than what I am used to and there were only two bottles of regular drinking water in the room. The maid and front desk were happy to supply me with more when asked. 2. The telephone sits on the bedside table that is in the far corner of the room. You have to walk around the bed to reach it. The phone would be more accessible on the side of the bed closer to the sitting area. I don't usually use the hotel phone but you do get a call when the robot comes to your door. 3. To open and close the curtains, you press the button next to the bed. The corner room has large windows on both walls. There is no way to only open the curtain on one side of the room. The morning sun was too strong from one window so I used a chair to prop open the curtains on the other window. 4. There is a lack of foreign programming on the television. Other hotel chains that I use have a free English movie station like HBO or Cine-Max. I travel with a USB stick that has some movies saved on it in case the hotel does not offer such programming. However, the original TV remote is not supplied in the room and there is no way to change the TV input from their satellite box to the USB port. I did not have my laptop with me. I inquired with Sally at the front desk but there was nothing that she could do. There was an option to order pay per view movies. 5. The next problem is my error. I put the paper do not disturb sign on the door. I did not realize that there was also a button on the light switch that turns on a green light outside of the door when you want the room cleaned. I accidentally turned on the light. The maid walked in on me without knocking first. She was very kind and apologetic. I did not use all hotel amenities. I did enjoy the wine, coffee, and snacks in the front lobby. I also ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant each day. There was a nice variety on the breakfast buffet that changed daily. I found the laundry room to be clean and comfortable with a small sitting area. It is located near the fitness room and restaurant. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again if I am in the area. The small issues that I mentioned above are just minor inconveniences and nothing that can't be corrected or worked around. Based on my stay here, I would also try other Mercure hotels when traveling.

This is my hotel of choice when I travel to Baohe District, Hefei on business, and this will be my 3rd stay. The hotel location is very good, with many good quality restaurants on the doorstep of the hotel and easy access to the city centre if required. The hotel rooms are large, well-equipped and always very clean, which is a credit to the diligent maid service at the hotel. The facilities at the hotel are everything I require when travelling on business, and the hotel staff are respectful and understanding of my busy schedule, helping with any requests I have, including help with laundry if I am busy. The staff respond quickly and positively to any concerns or help required, and nothing is too much for them. They prepare and serve good coffee in the lobby which helps start my day, and the breakfast selection is good and organised. There are many positives about this hotel, but what stands out is the staff - They are always happy, kind, helpful, positive and efficient, which makes my time very easy and smooth, even though we do not speak the same language. I recommend this hotel without question and hope that you have a very good experience if choosing to stay with them 👍

Generally very clean, and the staff were very polite and helpful. The room is very spacious and pleasant. The breakfast is relatively simple but good quality. The location is relatively convenient, though being right next to a major road does make it relatively difficult to cross the street at times. The wi-fi did not always work well, however. Overall it’s a relatively good hotel.

寶藏山居值得推薦！岱鰲山居地理位置很好，依山傍景，自然風光絕佳。 房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全。服務人員温柔有禮貌，全程體驗順暢。飯後漫步山野十分放鬆。 很適合一家人或者朋友結伴短途出遊，靜享慢生活，強烈推薦！

This trip to Hefei was a little special for me. Although I was traveling with my mother in her 50s, I also wanted to spend time with my boyfriend who lives in China, so I ended up booking two separate rooms at the same hotel. At first, I hesitated, but it turned out to be a great decision. By reserving two rooms in the same hotel, my mother could rest comfortably in her own space, and I was able to spend time with my boyfriend according to our schedule without making anyone feel uncomfortable. What I appreciated most was being able to respect and balance both relationships — family and partner. The hotel staff handled the check-in process and room assignments smoothly, and both rooms were clean and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. Having two rooms in the same hotel also made it very convenient to move around and go back and forth as needed. For anyone traveling with family while also needing some personal time, this arrangement can definitely be a thoughtful and practical option. There seem to be slightly more international visitors than Korean tourists in Hefei, so I decided to write this review in English.

環境不錯 服務態度很好，一開始我沒有打印材料，前台姐姐很有耐心幫我打印了。位置也很好找，總體來説，是個不錯的

這次來合肥看演唱會，選擇入住方萊國際大酒店，整體體驗特別好。客房條件很不錯，房間寬敞整潔，床品舒適，看完演唱會回來能夠好好休息，緩解一整天的疲憊。贈送的自助早午餐品質在線，菜品豐富多樣，口味也很好，不用外出找餐廳特別省心。工作人員服務熱情到位，辦理入住退房效率很高。酒店臨近地鐵，出行便利，不管來回場館，還是去周邊正大廣場逛街吃飯都很方便，來合肥看演出，這家酒店非常值得推薦。

This was a fantastic stay for me for a day. I had a train to catch the next day morning from the station and I could not believe that this hotel was so so good! The room size was big, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had to take a didi ride and I could not figure out the way, the staff came all the way near the ride point and showed me the directions. Its not one of those cheap and just sleep and go sort of hotels. Its a very comfortable and well run hotel. The only downside I would say is they dont have inhouse breakfast but they give you a voucher to use in a nearby food shop in the station. And thats something you can do on your own. So I dont see a merit in booking a room with breakfast but overall the stay was very pleasant, very relaxing and to be honest, I was blown away by the quality of my stay!

帶孩子出遊選這家真的是太驚喜了！前台Sarah對待小朋友特別温和貼心，房間空間很大，衞生做的很乾凈，床品很柔軟，孩子住的安心。設施設備齊全完善，周邊吃喝玩樂都很方便，酒店環境優美，帶娃入住體驗滿分，下次還來！
