Hotel Hotan dengan Sarapan

Friendly service with excellent breakfast and clean linen. The hotel provides pickup service from/to. the airport and the train station. Patient and helpful driver who patiently waited for us to check in at the train station and only left when we informed him that the train would be leaving on schedule. Our earlier train was cancelled due to sand storm and the hotel kindly allowed us to extend the checkout time.

Spacious and clean room. Bathroom design with wet and dry areas. Bed and pillow are comfortable. Good breakfast, lots of choice. The only thing bother me is air conditioning control, though I have learned how to set.

這次入住體驗遠超預期，必須好好誇讚一番。抵達酒店辦理入住時，前台工作人員態度温柔又熱情，全程高效辦理手續，溝通順暢有禮貌，有入住方面的疑問都耐心細緻解答，服務專業貼心，沒有絲毫敷衍，讓人剛進門就感受到滿滿的舒心。 客房空間格外寬敞，完全沒有狹小壓抑的感覺，活動區域充足，行李箱鋪開擺放也毫無壓力。房間打掃得十分乾淨，地面、床品、衞浴角落都打理得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，躺下休息特別放鬆。屋內採光通風效果很好，設施齊全完好，空調、熱水運行穩定，衞浴乾濕分離設計很實用。 酒店整體環境安靜，隔音效果不錯，夜裡休息不會被外界噪音打擾。無論是獨自出行還是結伴入住都很合適，性價比很高。從接待服務到客房品質都做得很到位，整體入住感受極佳，下次再來本地依舊會選擇這家酒店，也十分推薦出行的朋友前來入住。

Value for money. The entire hotel is built like a resort instead. Big garden for a walk. Hotel setting breakfast. There is buggy service to send us from the hotel lobby to our room too.

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

Great location (close to Jade museum and Yurungkash river). Luxury amenities and decorations, self-flushing toilet, very nice front desk staff, complimentary water bottles. Air conditioning may be too strong (and we, as foreigners, couldn't figure out how to reduce it without turning off completely), but it is absolutely necessary as Hotan is basically a desert city. Great stay!

Great service and a very attentive front desk. My room was clean and spacious and the late check-out (16:00!!!!) was tremendously appreciated. Though next to the night market, it is a taxi ride from the older part of town.

這次入住真的超出預期！從進門時前台小姐姐熱情又不刻意的接待，到房間裏乾淨得沒有一絲異味的床品和一塵不染的桌面，都能感受到滿滿的用心。房間採光很好，窗外能看到街角的綠植，清晨被陽光叫醒的感覺太舒服了～ 衞生間的熱水來得快且水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很安心。最驚喜的是傍晚有點小餓，打電話問前台附近的美食，小姐姐不僅耐心推薦了本地特色小店，還貼心發了導航截圖，味道真的超讚！退房時流程也很順暢，沒有多餘的等待。

The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs). All in all, it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in while traveling in China.

The stuff was extremely lovely, although definetely not used to visit of foreign tourists. Unfortunately, the hotel is a smoking hotel, therefore the smell is not good and ash is flying around everywhere. Breakfast was simple but good. There are a lot of different restaurants, cafes and shopping possibilities.
