We are very grateful to the help we received from Manager Ms Yang and her team leader. Your ex-ordinary service standards are beyond words can described. We have the best hotel staying here for the whole trip in XINJIANG (21 days). We cannot but THANK YOU VERY MUCH from the bottom of our hearts!

This hotel located near the Hotan Night Market. It offers a variety of facilities including a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and spa. Must visit the night Hotan market to try out the local foods.

酒店的工作人員很熱情，盡職，房間足夠大，很乾凈衞生，前台還免費提供口罩，濕巾，在和田風塵大的城市真的超貼心，酒店還有免費送按機服務，必須贊一個！周圍吃的店又多！這酒店超出了我的預期。非常滿意！特別感謝前台的漂亮小美女和保安小姨，大家半夜突然牙痛，止痛葯也管不住，無奈之下問小姐姐有沒有冰塊，前台小美女和保安小姨馬上給我跑到隔壁找來一杯冰塊，簡直救了我一命。非常感謝她們的幫助，讓我很感動！無論前台的工作人員，還是清潔人員，到保安小姨，甚至司機小哥都很熱情，很有禮貌，非常推薦這酒店，下次到和田絕對是唯一的選擇！

I would definitely recommend you to stay at this hotel. The location is in the old town so it's easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a convenience store on the ground floor which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very spacious (even the bathroom), with lots of storage space. I like the modern decor and the shower is very good quality. My room had a nice view of the city and even included a balcony! But there wasn't a door so I couldn't access it 😞 I was a little disappointed about that. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a language barrier but that didn't stop them from helping me with my needs in a polite and professional way.

這次入住真的超出預期！從進門時前台小姐姐熱情又不刻意的接待，到房間裏乾淨得沒有一絲異味的床品和一塵不染的桌面，都能感受到滿滿的用心。房間採光很好，窗外能看到街角的綠植，清晨被陽光叫醒的感覺太舒服了～ 衞生間的熱水來得快且水温穩定，洗漱用品是淡淡的清香，用着很安心。最驚喜的是傍晚有點小餓，打電話問前台附近的美食，小姐姐不僅耐心推薦了本地特色小店，還貼心發了導航截圖，味道真的超讚！退房時流程也很順暢，沒有多餘的等待。

Great service and a very attentive front desk. My room was clean and spacious and the late check-out (16:00!!!!) was tremendously appreciated. Though next to the night market, it is a taxi ride from the older part of town.

入住體驗特別好！前台工作人員態度特別温柔親切，辦理入住高效又迅速。全程耐心解答所有問題，服務細緻周到，待人非常有禮貌。酒店整體乾淨舒適，環境安靜整潔，服務體驗直接拉滿。性價比很高，真心推薦，下次出行一定還會再來！

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with variety. Location is good. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. 20’ walk to a shopping mall. 30’ walk to night market. Less than 10’ walk to Hotan museum. Big and clean room. Good value. Weird thing is they provide shuttle from/to airport but not to railway station.

The staff is very professional and helpful. We received a room upgrade without asking, and the room quality was amazing: very modern, clean, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities (kettle, tea, TV, fridge, great shower, armchairs). All in all, it was probably one of the best hotel rooms we have stayed in while traveling in China.
