Hotel Puning dengan Sarapan

Thrilling experience I , my sister and 75-year-old parents stayed for 3 nights. Our final night at the hotel was so unpleasant, stressful, uncomfortable and very disappointing. The hotel guard brought 4 policemen to our rooms at 12.30 am. The police knocked the door so hard and wanted to inspect inside our rooms in the middle of the night. We were so afraid. But We decided to open the door and asked them to show their official ID because We were not sure if they are real police officers. However they refused to show their ID and they inspected our parents room instead. We asked the police how can they get inside the hotel, came up and inspect. They told us that the guys next to them was the hotel owner who led them to inspect our rooms. We found out later that he is just a guard. After they left, I came to ask the concierge. The lady at the concierge said she didn’t notice the police had gone up to inspect us. We asked manager to tell their real owner. The owner explained it was a policy that police officer will come and randomly check without noticing. But the problem is how could the hotel guard easily let the officer go up to check us in the middle of the night by not informing the staff at the concierge. We felt so unsafe and could not sleep throughout the night. Our parents felt uncomfortable as well. We were afraid they would get heart attack from this situation so we then asked the responsibilities from the owner. He said he will not responsible and we couldn’t blame him because it is china policy. This means that anybody can get inside hotel and can go up to every floor easily without permission. It is so unsafe. From my opinion , I do not recommend if you are alone or if you are girls, or traveling with old parents because this hotel has no security system. Only two positive comments I can say is 24hr laundry room and good assistance of the lady at concierge (Miss Lin). We booked the room that supposed to have refrigerator. But there is no refrigerator in our room. Ms.Lin solved the problem for us immediately. We were very impressed.

安心又暖心 這次帶娃來普寧吃吃喝喝，入住星辰麗致酒店真的太省心了！從進門開始就感受到滿滿的誠意，前台小姐姐不僅禮貌熱情，辦理入住的速度也很快，全程耐心解答我們的問題，讓人特別安心。房間乾淨整潔，細節做得很到位。床品柔軟親膚，我們特意選了親子房型，空間寬敞，衞浴乾濕分離，還有專門的小童洗漱用品，細節滿滿，讓帶娃的我們省心不少。酒店的公共區域也很安全，走廊和電梯都有防滑設計，地理位置絕佳，離我們打卡的普寧大院、春滿園等美食店都很近，打車幾分鐘就到，帶娃出行毫無壓力。酒店正對面就是普寧國際服裝城，女兒“斥巨資”給全家人都買了衣服，皆大歡喜。這裏都是讓人放心的選擇，下次再來普寧，還會毫不猶豫地選擇這裏！✨

超讚的一次入住體驗！這家桔子酒店特別新，設施都是全新的，住起來特別舒心。最驚喜的是洗衣服務，把臟衣服交給工作人員就行，全程不用自己操心，洗烘一條龍搞定，衣服拿回來香香的，味道特別舒服。房間環境也超棒，乾淨整潔又温馨，細節做得很到位。位置更是沒話説，離商貿城很近，步行幾分鐘就到，晚上那邊特別熱鬧，逛吃逛玩都超方便，性價比拉滿，強烈推薦！！

I highly recommend this hotel, as it truly offers excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and feature a modern design, the location is superb with plenty of shopping options and food streets nearby, and the front desk staff are extremely helpful with everything we needed. Truly top-notch.

Really near railway station but it is far from center town. Can take Didi / taxi everywhere. No speaking english but can chat with wechat with the resepsionist. The resepsionist is really helpful and we got welcome snack. Unexpected the toilet is smart toilet without bidet.

It’s near to Puning Station, located near to 商品城（20min walking) near to 老二肠粉, this hotel do cater mahjong room for customer on Lvl 12 & 13, sometime they also allow them to play in their own room, you will hear them dragging their chair and slamming the door quite often, other than that the hotel also provide simple Chinese breakfast..and lastly they have a team of excellent customers service reception, that’s really a plus point for the hotel! Thank you very much for the service rendered! Kudos to the hotel who had such a great team!

The temperature of the food ( breakfast ) not good , the first day I had , which was very good 👍But the following day , the food was cold , the soya bean drink was diluted . Not keeping the standard One area l particularly point out is : the staff should not take the food and eat with the customer at the same time ! Thank you for your attention !

設施跟不上時代，我住的房間電動浴簾還沒有，關燈設定得也**，我已經忘了上一家要下床關燈睡覺得酒店是幾年前了。就這還五星級酒店。線下開票麻煩得要死還收税點，網上如果用積分抵扣了房費可能導致截圖和發票對不上導致部分公司無法報銷，要自己虧税點線下開，工作人員還笨
