"The receptionists were very helpful. I really appreciate they lent me a hand in assisting the delivery by using their apps when I had trouble loading the page. The room was neat however there was a strong smoking smell lingering in the room. I asked for air freshener and they did provide me a spray so no issue after all. A famous beef BBQ restaurant is within walking distance."

"The appearance is grand! It can be seen that it was of high quality when it was completed (I was deceived by the pictures of the appearance). After moving in, I regretted it no more! First of all, the service is okay, let’s get down to business... The elevator smells musty! No need to take a room card, anyone can enter! Picture three, four and five, what do you mean? Left behind by the previous guest? Cleaning too casually? Even though you haven’t opened it, it’s enough to make you sick! The mattress has collapsed. How many years has it been since it was replaced? Picture 8, this wooden board can actually hear the sound of the TV in the next room. Is the toilet's airtight broken? The toilet smells bad! The water in the shower room couldn't be drained, and my feet were soaked in water after the faucet was turned on for a long time. There is a corner of the shower floor missing, and you might get blood if you slip! Is it interesting to leave the chair in the room if it is so worn out that it can't be raised or lowered? It's better to put a wooden bench. The carpet is very old and has a musty smell! I turned the air conditioner on to 24 degrees, and then turned it on to 20 degrees and it was still very hot. I was told that I had to turn it on to 16 degrees before there would be any reaction! I even turned it on to 16 degrees and it was still hot and sweating. What the hell is air-conditioning? It's better to turn on a fan. There was nothing I wanted to eat at breakfast. It was the breakfast of a 4-star hotel. It’s worse than any damn hotel or B&B!"

"The hotel is quite luxurious, very new, and the facilities are clean. It has a new Chinese style and Kung Fu tea sets. Parking is convenient, there is a square parking in front, suitable for people who drive out. But it is not easy to get a taxi in Puning, especially on holidays. Breakfast is rich, with soup noodles, vegetable fried rice, etc., and fruits. In the Chinese Medicine City, you can get there directly from the East Gate. There are not many places to eat nearby, but there are Chinese and Western restaurants in the hotel."
