This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

The room was clean and spacious, making our stay very comfortable. The location is amazing, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the river. The staff were very friendly and welcoming—especially Ms. Xia and the photographer, Mr. Wang. A special thank you to both of them for providing such a wonderful experience and excellent accommodation 💕

Hotel facilities are great, staff are friendly especially the front desk agent Mia, she gave us a room that we requested and great support during our stay, will definitely be back next time to for her. Anyhow, other agent like Summer needs some improvement thought with bigger smile and greeting to guests upon arrival and greeting when meeting each time.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

We recently stayed in a Club Twin room, and while we initially encountered a few minor issues, the hotel management team handled everything swiftly and even offered us an alternative room. Their prompt and attentive service truly made us feel valued. Over the past five weeks, we have travelled to nine cities across China and stayed in numerous 5-star hotels... The Sheraton Grand stands out above them all! My children are incredibly discerning when it comes to hotel standards, and both insisted that I make sure this hotel receives the highest possible praise. They love the views!!! A special mention must go to Mr. Zhou, whose dedication made our stay effortless. From coordinating our daily taxis to ensuring a seamless airport transfer, he consistently went above and beyond. For those seeking unrivalled service and meticulous attention to detail, the Sheraton Grand is the definitive industry benchmark for luxury in China.

Will I stay here again? Absolutely yes! It's flawless and by far the best hotel i have stayed in China and in my life. Firstly, when i stepped in, the front desk lady (小慧）was so friendly and patient to bribg me through the check in process smoothly and professionally. She patiently explained all the details and services available such as free meal services delivered by robot to room, free airport shuttle, breakfast timing and free laundry services. Secondly, when stepped into the room, the room was so modern, sparkling clean and hi-tech. There was no foul smeel and smoking smell. Fruits (banana and madarain oranges) and some snacks were provided for free. The curtain can be open or close eith a press of the button beside the bed. The warm pressure and temperature are just right and functioning well almost instantaneously. The toilet bowl is also high tech and equipped with sensor and remote control that can heat up your cold butt in cold winter and wash your butt after your business. Thirdly, there's a cute little robot that can accurately deliver meals to your roon! So cool! Lastly, the breakfast buffet was sumptuous and amazing. Also the best i have had staying in China. Many varieties from small xakes, pastries, dim sum, vegetables, noodles, rice, salad, tea leaves, coffee, fruits, yogurt, juices, porridge and etc. The dining ambience is also relaxing and nice although it will be perfect if smoking is disallowed there. Finally i also wish to extend my thank to the other frontdesk ladies who were on duty onthe night of 2 Jan 2024 and 3 Jan morning as they were also super friendly, polite and attended to my queries well. I offered a small tips of 10 yuan but they turned down as they insisted they are not supposed to accept tips. I am sad but still they are doing their job professionally and i am impressed. ❤️💜💖💙💛💚🤍 Truely a 5/5 stars hotel. Thank you.

Great location within walking distance to tourist attractions in Hankou though give yourself extra time if you are taking a car to go somewhere. Traffic very congested by the hotel. The view from hotel is very nice and Club Floor access is a treat for those who wish to splurge a little. Those who arrive at the Club at the start of afternoon snack time typically have good food choices. Staff generally very helpful in lobby and club area. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very attentive. Street sounds can be heard in room though outside activities stop by bed time. Saw many families in the hotel with guests of all ages. Great choice for any type of traveller!

作為錦江薈的會員，當然希望錦江越來越好。所以這一次國慶特意又訂了老牌的五星錦江國際。 首先説地理位置確實不錯，過個馬路就是萬松園美食街。房間可以看到樓下的湖。門口停的很多都是類似理想這種六座七座的車，也就是説蠻多帶小孩的家庭會選擇。 説一下需要改進的地方:1️⃣酒店大堂幾乎不存在迎賓和拿行李的人員。感覺不知道是不是因為過節，人員不夠。 2️⃣房間地毯太陳舊，臟了。需要更換。 3️⃣廁所門很好看，表揚。但是缺少臟衣簍，以及用過的毛巾沒地方放。淋浴間缺少置物架，非常不方便。 4️⃣酒店節約成本是好事，但是一個房間衹給一個浴缸套，還是小氣了，如果兩個人都要泡澡，怎麼辦。一個浴缸套才多少錢。 5️⃣接內部電話的人員説話的方式還是需要改進，沒有被培訓過的感覺，有點不太情願接電話提供客房服務的感覺。 總之會訂錦江真的是希望老牌酒店龍頭越來越好。一定要改進，否則會被其他新酒店超越。 最後:希望錦江股票重回高位，許願！

A good hotel with excellent service! The staff doesn't speak English, but they are very welcoming and friendly. They helped us with all our questions using a translator. There's a laundry room and a gym on the 16th floor. The only disappointing thing was the cleaning. The rooms are new, but quite dirty. The floor is sticky, and there was ash in the toilet as soon as we checked in, and it wasn't cleaned during our entire stay.

Fantastic Stay at Four Points by Sheraton My recent stay at was excellent because of the following reasons 1. Comfortable and Clean: The room was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. 2. Outstanding Service:The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. 3. Convenient Location:The hotel is centrally located near the metro and dining options. 4. Great Facilities: The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and on-site restaurant, were excellent. Overall, I highly recommend Four Points by Sheraton for a comfortable and convenient stay.
