酒店環境好，地理位置很好找，住的朝南，靜音效果也不錯，裝修風格比較潮流，電動紗簾窗。 前台工作人員小呂小韓服務非常好，其他人員也很熱情，還會繼續光臨本店。 小小建議:門口還需上個醒目的酒店銘牌，也算對得起服務質量。

來一篇發自肺腑的流水賬吧，太行山線路踩點來的忻州，起初看了看攜程住宿發現是個寶藏城市，全是温泉民族客棧（個人偏喜歡泡温泉），其實第一天去的當地最大的温泉度假村，因為距離古城遠所以第二天攜程找到了木白，酒店在古城區，車子可以停到酒店門口比在步行街的很多酒店方便不少，剛停好車酒店工作人員就來領位接待，詢問和溝通效率都很高，登記後工作人員幫忙拿行李並且引位到房間，酒店整體裝修符合年輕人審美，入住後因個人原因和酒店溝通想換房間，因為是淡季老闆直接幫忙升級了高一級的房間，並且再次協助我們去到新房間，收拾完畢我們打算去古城看看，老闆給了地圖以及旅遊攻略，也講解了哪些美食是推薦的，坦白説這裏不太像酒店，更像是多年未見的老友招待你來家裡玩，早飯是選擇性的清晨按照預約好的時間送到房間內，因為下雪老闆還提前幫忙清掃了車輛堆積的雪，並且贈送了木白定製的醋，真的是一次完美的温泉體驗

總體交通比較方便，但是周圍是新區，出去吃飯要開車10分鐘左右，酒店裡麪也可以吃飯，比如自助，温泉休閑區和中餐廳。價格不貴，不過感覺容量不大。我們想去中餐廳，結果大包間好像就一個，沒有訂到。整體硬件設施還不錯，因為是今年10月才建成，比較新。房間隔音稍差，可能也是因為過年，房間全滿，所以相對喧鬧，晚上11點以後就安靜了。温泉區不太大，衹有室外。還是試營業期間，所以服務感覺不是特別順。在此首先感謝每一位接觸過的服務人員（從餐廳到遊樂廳，從温泉到客房，甚至打掃衞生和停車場的大爺），都非常熱心和盡心。但是感覺整體服務機制需要進一步理順，比如如何在客人到店前有私人管家加微信對接安排好房間，服務人員再遇到沒有接觸過的問題時候如何靈活應對（比如怎麼交還房卡，很多管理先進的酒店都可以把房卡放在房間就可以退房的）。現在很多商鋪還在招商，可以引入旅拍等，給駐店客人送幾張，大家還會順手買不少，都是留住客人的方法。除了好的硬件設施吸引客人，還需要好的軟服務留住客人再帶來更多回頭客。山西的服務業發展，經濟的轉型升級，就是需要更多的吸收旅遊發達地區的經驗，加上以人為本的思考。希望酒店越來越好，山西越來越好。

非常滿意，全屋智能感滿滿，老闆一看就是很有格調的人，愛品茶，屋裡有純凈水，早餐種類也很全，很乾凈，很高級。城門樓下，遊古城的不二之選，遊忻州古城，住牧瑤温泉！

考研預訂的酒店，現代化的裝修特別的自動化和舒適，手機像素不好，實際上看會更加敞亮，房卡注意一天一刷 優點： 1.衞生每天都會有人打掃整理 2.人員服務態度很好 1）第二天房間因為熱水壺斷電了，服務人員處理的非常及時，前後不到半個小時完美的解決了 2）每天晚上都會送兩瓶礦泉水上來 3.早餐超級豐富，有我最喜歡的蛋撻！ 4.自動化設施比較方便 1）走廊的小機器人可以把奶茶送到房間門口 2）有自動沖洗的馬桶，非常方便 3）有可以語音呼喚的“天貓精靈”，可以放音樂，很方便 缺點： 1.房間不夠隔音，第三天晚上考完試之後想睡個好覺，半夜走廊有客人在走廊裏大聲喊服務員，還有嬉笑打鬧的聲音，醒來被吵醒看了看手機還是半夜一點多，幸虧行李箱裏翻出來了耳塞，才能睡個好覺 未體驗：温泉，汗蒸

新開業的，服務很好，房間很乾凈，帶着家人長者和孩子去泡温泉，很舒服，服務很好，這家的飯菜也很好吃 ，一到店，都下午兩點多了，安排的吃飯，早飯都送到了房間，很不錯，值得在去。
