AAsnafi NaderGreat location, 1-2 minutes walking distance to shops, restaurants… 10-15 minutes walking distance to the railway station (hauptbahnhof). Great/welcoming check-in, fast check-out, wonderful staff. Large, clean and quite room. The breakfast was nice but not exciting. To iron, one has to go to the Baggage and Ironing Room on the first floor which is not convenient. In summary: a very nice hotel, which I highly recommend.

SSeyed AhadGood hotel. But not exactly what you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location great, quiet and clean rooms but not fancy, breakfast is noramal and menities are limited: No toothpaste and toothbrush, no shoe polish, no slippers, no iron, no bathrobe, no working chair and no smart air conditioning and heating which made room a bit cold and unpleasant for me.

PPengguna TetamuI loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner.
The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Always super quiet and serene.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was spacious enough for a solo stay (there were two single beds pushed together) and very clean. I was a bit worried because I had heard that the bathroom was small, but it was perfectly fine for me, possibly because I’m petite.
It was a little disappointing that there was no kettle in the hotel, but you can get hot water from the front desk if you ask. If I visit Aachen again, I would definitely stay here again.

PPengguna TetamuThe Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

VViktoria DeordievaA good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant.
But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day).
On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem).
I am sure the reception passed the problem on...
and then... ignored it!
Please fix the problem with the code not working!
People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night...

PPengguna TetamuHygiëne kan altijd beter. Er mag wel eens een verfkwast door. Voor de rest ben ik prima geholpen door het personeel. Het is er wel gehorig. Jammer dat je geen koelkast, glaasje ofzo op de kamer hebt. Het is een kale kamer, maar daar is het geld ook naar. Ik heb me er prima kunnen vermaken, maar ik was dan ook bijna de gehele dag en avond weg. Locatie geweldig als je met de trein bent. Als je op doorreis bent ook aan te raden.
