酒店環境優雅，有很大的停車場方便自駕出行。工作人員態度友好熱情，但缺點兒專業，入住時明確兩晚，第二天告知衹辦理了一晚。分配的房間僅靠電梯，幾乎整晚哐哐哐地噪音不斷。這個房間不適合作為客房銷售。

This hotel is located in the center of Aachen. Everything is nearby. It is very clean. The food was great also. What we were not very satisfied of was the service. They don't have a refrigerator in the room neither a phone. We called them from an outside line to ask for an extra banket. They asked as to come down to the reception desk to get it or we would have to wait for a while. This does not seem like a room service to me. The next morning we went down to the lounge and asked just for a coffee, since breakfast was not included in our reservation, and they asked us to go outside of the hotel, get one from a coffee shop and bring it to the hotel to drink it. Odd! The other day, in the same occassion they said that we could order one and they would bring it to the lounge for us. All these happened with a very friendly and polite staf. Anyway.

Everything was great. Location, price, amenities, room size are all perfect. One really minor issue is that staff may knock on your doors for a few times on the checkout date, as they don’t have any checkout procedures, so they don’t really know if you have left your room yet.

I loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner. The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Always super quiet and serene.

Very spacious room with big windows which can be opened wide. Perfect location in the very city center. 15 minutes walk from railway station. No minibar or refrigerator. Highly recommend to visit Monschau, it's like a fairytale village (1 hour bus, the bus station in 7 minutes from hotel).

The staff was not really friendly when we arrived in the evening...

A good, high-quality chain hotel. The room was spotlessly clean. The reception staff were very pleasant. But after 10 p.m., the code to open the front door didn't work, and the phone didn't always answer (it was 4 day). On Saturday, 1 November 2025, about eight people gathered at the hotel door (meaning I wasn't the only one with this problem). I am sure the reception passed the problem on... and then... ignored it! Please fix the problem with the code not working! People want to sleep in the accommodation they booked... not walk around all night... Good luck!

The Hotel staff were excellent and really friendly, professional and really great service in every aspect. The Hotel website says it has a Restaurant which is why I booked it as I didn’t want to go anywhere else. Unfortunately this is not the case, I was told there are no Restaurant facilities due to the lack of a cook. The Bar offers Pizzas which was not particularly Good. Service though was excellent.

Location is excellent, right off the square overlooking the cathedral right in the heart of Aachen. Room was nice and large. There was no personal service, didn't see a member of staff at all. we knew a cleaner had been but thats it. Needs modernising. No aircon, small fan was provided but it did not do much to help. No usb socketed power to charge phones near bed. Beds were very comfortable but needs extra pillows. bathroom was excellent.
