"Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay."

The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

Très bel hôtel bien accueillant chambre très propre et calme. Grand parking. Petit déjeuner copieux. Nous y reviendrons sans aucun problème. Je recommande.

Pengguna TetamuVi havde en overnatning på værelse 314, som desværre var et meget koldt rum, vi henvendt os flere gange i receptionen men de kunne ikke gøre noget?
Morgenmaden var heller ikke noget at juble over, dåse frugter hældt op i et fad, kolde pandekager, flutes der ikke var sprøde/varme, vand og juice karafler var med skår i og det er bare ikke ok.
Hotellet bar præg af at være ”træt” og overlever efter min mening udelukkende på grund af beliggenheden.
Det var dyrt og slet ikke det værd.

Tahsin ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

To be fair, from the outside I didn’t expect too much of this hotel. But once inside, being helped by the friendly staff and experiencing the room, my opinion changed. No complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that the elevator is a bit small. Breakfast wasn’t the most luxurious, but it did have plenty of options. The hotel is also very conveniently located just outside the center of Colmar.

ArchDragonDo note that this is a serviced apartment, located about a 10 to 15 minute walk in a straight line from Gare de Colmar, depending on your pace.
The accommodation is very clean and quiet. The room is well-equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, and microwave, and it even has a balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.
The only downside was the kettle, which wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. When I boiled water twice, it turned cloudy, so I eventually bought bottled water instead.
The bathroom was spotless, and bath soap was provided. However, if you prefer liquid shampoo and body wash, I recommend bringing your own.
You can also enjoy a lovely backyard, ideal for sitting outside under the sun or stars. There’s even a swimming pool, though I didn’t use it since I hadn’t packed swimwear.
Overall, I had a wonderful and comfortable stay here. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and convenient place with everything you need for daily comfort.

Pengguna TetamuWe arrived late due to major train delays. By the time we arrived, the hotel reception was closed and door locked. We was a little bit worried. However we had a turn of events and phoned the late night number. Here the hotel excelled as let us in by sharing the access code and had left a room open with a key activated on the bed so we could rest up. The room was clean and has a good modern bathroom with a walkin shower. In the morning our kind and lovely receptionist Danae was very helpful and allowed us to have free coffee and pastries, before we left to explore Colmar.

DdawidsonLocation is about 10 - 15mins walk to the Central train station. So if you plan on traveling outside Colmar, this is a pretty good location.
It is also around 10mins walk to the Little Venice canal and old town. So yeah, location is convenient.
The room is basic; no kettle, no fridge, no toothbrush/sandal. But you pay for what you get anyway.
