"Hotel staff very friendly and shared us alot of information like where we can go around the town to visit. But the hotel itself it in a much quite area thus the security seem to be not so good.The lift need no key card to get around to any floor so overall the security could still be improve by the htl. We met a homeless guy that follow us into the htl when we choose to ignore him on the way back. Saw the staff speaking to him for awhile not exactly understand what they were talking about but anyway security need to be improved. Other than that the room was OK. With good heater that keep us warm. Location to Colmar strain St was a near 5 to 7 mines walk. Breakfast provided min choices but still a proper meal wz breads, eggs, cheese and free flow teas and coffee throughout the stay."

The hotel is classic and beautifully designed, offering a timeless charm. The view from the room was stunning and added to the overall experience. Breakfast was marvelous, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making the stay feel warm and welcoming. A special thank you to the concierge team for their excellent assistance with transportation arrangements. Truly a delightful stay!

Pengguna TetamuTo be fair, from the outside I didn’t expect too much of this hotel. But once inside, being helped by the friendly staff and experiencing the room, my opinion changed. No complaints whatsoever. Do keep in mind that the elevator is a bit small. Breakfast wasn’t the most luxurious, but it did have plenty of options. The hotel is also very conveniently located just outside the center of Colmar.

Отлично оборудованные апартаменты недалеко от старого города. Чисто, приветливый персонал, есть бассейн. В номере много мест для хранения вещей, вместительный холодильник, много бытовой техники и посуды. Несколько источников света, что очень удобно. Апартотель расположен в тихом районе, близко от вокзала. Нам все понравилось, если будем в Кольмаре еще раз, то выберем этот отель.

I stayed a night there on business trip. They have private parking for free directly outside the hotel which is convenient. The hotel is small but very cute and has a nice vibe. The staff is super friendly. They have a billiard table at the lobby, a little place to sit at the entrance to relax with a drink. It's a nice little boutique hot, and very convenient to stay when in Colmar. Many people were tourist who stayed there. They have also a lot of maps and activities recommendation for people who came to visit the city. I'm happy with my stay.

Tahsin ÇınarIt has a perfect location to visit Colmar. It has car park with enough space. Be aware of the city tax when you are checking in. Our room has its own kitchen (fridge, oven, cooker, washbasin). And it is covered in a closet which is very cool. We stayed in a room located in the ground floor. It has direct access to car park. The room was wide enough for 2 people. Bathroom was clean but was not new. One of the negative things I can say is that the room especially the floor of it was not warm enough. They didn’t clean and tidy the room and change the tea, coffee bags after each day. This disappoints me very much

Pengguna Tanpa NamaStaff in reception are nice and helpful. The location is nice too, as it is so close to the city centre and around 15mins walk to the bus and train station. Rooms are equipped with the AC. It is so important that I stayed there when there was under heat wave. Yet, the hotel is a bit old. The corridor is so dim and the equipments in room are old. Most importantly, the staff for house keeping can be better that she came in right after knocking the door without my permission. I asked her to leave at the first time, and she did the same thing again before I checked out. I tried to communicate with her, but she can’t speak English. It would be scary for female solo traveller.

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She let us check in early andalso gave us suggestions to explore the town. Room was clean and comfortable, just nice for the two of us.
