"I stayed here during the French heatwave. There's no air conditioning. The room was minimal but clean. Taking the bus from the train station is recommended. It's about a 30-minute walk, but only a few minutes from the bus stop. The old town is about 15 minutes away. There's a water dispenser at the reception, so I was able to drink plenty of water during the hot weather."

"Staying here for two days is definitely the best choice! Right at the entrance of Little Venice, a very beautiful hotel, decorated in a very French style, romantic and warm, with a very good location. You can see the beautiful scenery of the small bridges and flowing water in Little Venice from the window. During the day, there are many tourists on the bridges, and in the early morning and evening, it is quiet like another world. In the morning, stand by the window with a cup of coffee and enjoy the humid and fresh air of Colmar. In the evening, when the crowds retreat, a glass of Alsace Riesling can sweep away the fatigue of the day! At noon, it is even easier. Downstairs are the two most beautiful restaurants in Colmar. Eating a delicious big elbow with a glass of Burgundy wine in the sun or in the rain can make people feel lazy and soft.• Next to the small square outside is the "Chinese restaurant" where **, Shu Qi, and Su Youpeng filmed, but now it has been changed to another French restaurant."

"After a full day of driving, I was informed upon arrival that I still had to make the sofa bed myself. This is the first time I've experienced this. Once inside the studio, there was a strong, pervasive paint smell that lingered even after airing out the room. It is difficult to fall asleep with this smell. The studio had probably been recently refreshed, but the paint smell was still far too strong, meaning that in my humble opinion, this studio should not yet have been made available to travelers. Otherwise, everything was present. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, but without pods. You had to pay 1 euro at the reception if you wanted a pod to make coffee. The reception staff was very friendly. Free parking. Ideal location for travelers passing through. The park was well maintained."

"Lovely hotel. makes you feel almost like you're staying in one of the traditional Alsatian cottages with the brightly color themes. Although the modern decor is a stark contrast, obviously. Has all the basic amenities, even electric sockets inside the luggage storage lockers incase you arrive earlier than check-in time, etc. Re-heatable meals available round the clock are another great plus. Breakfast is basic but has all the food groups to start your day refreshed. Outside of breakfast, which serves fruit juice, no non-alcoholic beverages are availble for accompanying a late-night meal."

This made arriving at night much easier, especially when it was difficult to find someone who could speak English and guide us. The hotel staff were very nice, especially Mary. The only challenge was the bathroom. The tub was small and slippery, and the half glass door did not fully prevent water from spilling out, so the floor became wet whenever we showered."

She told me to come back later and request. A bad first impression on the courtesy from the hotel staff."
