AAlbert YLDinner and B’fast is good in term of quality and staff friendliness but few unpleasant experiences during the stay happened
1. Rooms nearby possible is family with few rooms together as whole night is keep the door banging noise in and out
2. The bath room door cannot close properly maybe the door hinges is a bit loosing
3. Smoke detector activated at around 11:00 for around 1 min, and I found that it is a testing but no one informed in advance upon check in or guest letter in room until I approached to the housekeeper and clarified
4. Started in the morning around 10am, housekeeping staff start cleaning the rooms nearby but the door keep banging banging more than 20 times, it is really annoying
5. Cleanliness, few hair found in the washroom basin and one piece on the duvet cover
In conclusion, hotel location is good, staff friendly but the hardware and fire alarm is really made my stay unpleasant

LLeizl21Friendly & Accommodating Staff. Great Location walking distance from Exeter Central Station and Exeter University to City Centre. Room and Bed is very comfy and warm. I will stay again here and I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and others who looking to stay in Exeter Central.

PPengguna TetamuVery well placed for the Sandy Park Exeter Chiefs rugby club. The hotel is clean, staff helpful & friendly & maintained to a high standard. Food is a bit expensive but nice. Breakfast is buffet style & has many choices. We use this hotel regularly & recommend it

PPengguna Tanpa NamaStayed here for one night in August. Was really impressed with the Telstar. Staff were lovely and very welcoming. Room was cosy (I had a single room) and had everything I needed. Breakfast was great and fab location in town for Exeter St David’s or Exeter Central station. Will definitely stay again when passing through!

SSan NaikAs usual with my frequent visit to this area I find Woodbury Park hotel has been my preferred place to stay. Staff are lovely kind and helpful. It’s a beautiful hotel satin a very picturesque location surrounded by pleasant scenery. Hotels and rooms are very clean and well attended to. Restaurant services are clean and impeccable. Credit goes to the chefs and the team who managed the service. I have had a pleasant breakfast service during my stay at Woodbury. I hope the staff and the team at Woodbury keep up the good work and encourage us to use them during my future trips to the area.

PPengguna TetamuOur superior king room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very large bathroom too with a large bath and separate shower cubicle. Bed was very comfortable and the room had lovely views. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. We drove to the hotel from the A38 to the hotel and the lanes were narrow (as are many lanes in Devon and Cornwall) but the drive through Haldon Forest was beautiful. We drove out the other way through Ide village onto the A30 which was a bit wider! Would definitely stay again.

JJamieAn ok hotel very near the train station. They were very short staffed just 2 staff running reception and the restaurant, also very strangely the staff told us not to have their baby cot as poor quality. Appreciate the honesty but would recommend this is sorted

88285SueHWe stayed for just one night. A much better experience than we had expected, given some of the recent reviews.
The room was large and clean. The bathroom was also very clean and had a lovely,spacious walk-in shower.
The bed was comfortable and we slept well.
Our only negative was that the car park was absolutely full when we arrived at 3:30pm … and the staff checking us in couldn’t have cared less!
