I stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Anak-anak dan isteri saya sangat menyukai hotel ini. Sejak tiba sehingga waktu daftar keluar, kami sangat menikmati masa yang sangat menyenangkan. Kemudahan lengkap untuk kanak-kanak, makanan yang enak, layanan yang hebat daripada semua kakitangan dan suasana yang indah, hotel ini mempunyai semuanya. Kerja yang bagus di hotel adhiwangsa... kami pasti akan kembali pada masa akan datang.

Very unique hotel. This hotel is located quite near the centre of everything. Place is a little bit old however it's got character.

I had a truly pleasant experience stayed at Novotel Solo. Near to tourist destinations. The facilities were excellent, everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The room was cozy and fully equipped, making it a perfect place to relax. The hotel blends modern design with traditional Javanese elements. It creates a unique and warm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special.

This is always my first choice for me whenever I travel to solo. I love the cleanliness and fast check in process. However the parking space is very limited but they have extra space across the road right in front of the hotel.

Sblm check in udh req king bed. Tp gbs krn udh penuh dan hbs, mrk nawarin buat jadiin 1 twin bed nya, udh di ok in. Pas mlm check in masuk kamar blm disatuin. Airnya agak bau, sofanya ada yg bolong & bekas ketumpahan sesuatu gitu, breakfastnya bubur agak basi, rotinya kering, nasi b aja, staffnyaramah bangeeeet 👍🏻. Airnya kecil jg, pas mandi siang udh ngga panas lagi jg gatau knp. Tapi yaa masih okelah buat stay disitu, kemana2 deket. Pas di lorongnya atapnya bolong2

Old hotel but everything is so great. Walking distance to the Mangkunegaran palace if there is any event there.
