Hotel Surakarta dengan Spa

I stayed at a newly opened hotel that was very clean and well-conceptualized. The air conditioning was cold and effective, and the staff were exceptionally friendly — the welcome drink was amazing. The indoor pool in the building’s center is nice. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes. My only downside was noise transfer between rooms and from outside; while full soundproofing may be impossible, the level of sound was fairly high and noticeably clear. Overall, excellent service, cleanliness, and food — they should improve sound insulation for a quieter stay.

The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that it was so beautiful. The building is old and that can be seen on the interior of the room, which could need a few repairs done, but it is very clean and very comfortable. They have an awesome outdoor pool and they also have a sauna and hot springs, but they were not working for some reason when I was there. It is also family friendly since they have playgrounds for children. The service is simply brilliant and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely go there again if I have the chance

Honest review.. stay with the expectation of a 5-star hotel, but the experience is not comparable to the price. The lobby and check-in process are quite good, the welcome drink is refreshing, and the concierge helpfully carried the luggage. Basement parking is also relatively easy. Unfortunately, many important details reduce comfort. The door of the room does not have a stopper so it is often slammed loud and noisy. Soundproofing was not good, the sound from the next room was still heard. The room size is relatively small for the standard 5-star, and there is no minibar at all, even a paid one. For mineral water, use plastic bottles, not the premium ones with glass bottles. The lighting system was confusing and the bathroom lighting was too dim. There are 4 elevators but it is very slow.. there is often a buildup of guests. The pool area is also less well-organized such as having no concept and not weather-friendly because there is no shaded area. It's ridiculous, having to pay an extra 200rb for access to the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was a disappointment: the menu options were less varied, the taste was standard, and the service was less warm (officers lacked smiles). Overall, I wouldn't really mind these things if the room price wasn't this muc, but with a rate above Rp 2 million per night, this experience is less worth it. Compared to 5-star hotels in Jogja and its surroundings, it is still quite far behind.

Our recent stay at this establishment was nothing short of exemplary. The property is immaculately maintained, with a lobby that immediately captivates guests through its refined ambiance and tasteful design. Our accommodation was impeccably prepared and afforded my wife, our child, and me a serene and comfortable retreat. The swimming pool offered an invigoratingly cool respite, while the breakfast spread was both sumptuous and artfully presented. Every member of the hotel’s staff demonstrated exceptional warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness, elevating our experience from merely pleasant to truly memorable.

Our experience was great. There's adequate facilities here. But, wifi connection wasn't that great and there's no free mineral refill.

first, appreciate with this hotel because they keep the originalitas of the building, old but good. i got the room size was quite big and tidy. all was good but only toothbrush for amenities, there was no soap. all staff are friendly

Amenities are great, the hotel has good outdoor swimming pool. Crews are friendly and accommodating your requests very well. My only complain is the cups inside room are not very clean and some part of the shower. Also, the fridge is not cold at all. But the seevice and hotel itself is very goo

Hotel room is on the smaller side, but fortunately we didn’t have big luggage so it was ok for us. Concierge and reception service at the lobby was very good. Fitness centre is really good - very spacious and very well-equipped. Room cleanliness can be improved. In both rooms that we booked, one bed had some hair found and another bed had some staining on the bedsheets which was not very pleasant. Overall good value for money. Would be almost perfect if cleanliness is improved further. 😬
