Hotel Surakarta dengan Spa

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with many options available. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

The moment I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that it was so beautiful. The building is old and that can be seen on the interior of the room, which could need a few repairs done, but it is very clean and very comfortable. They have an awesome outdoor pool and they also have a sauna and hot springs, but they were not working for some reason when I was there. It is also family friendly since they have playgrounds for children. The service is simply brilliant and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely go there again if I have the chance

first impressions, simple, nice, clean and quite spacious room. minimalist style and cozy. AC was cold. Shower runs well. And there is water dispenser on the hotel corridor for refill. Also 2 water bottle inside the room. I think this is good. The service was good and the staff were nice. the hotel location in-front of the Manahan stadium. You can jogging or have a morning run. Several foods street on the surrounding area. it would be good to be back again later and stay at Zest Parang Raja Solo

Sy memesan kamar ini pada saat lebaran jadi hotel ini full.. hotelnya sebenernya nyaman dan bersih.. tp sy mengalami kejadian dimana pada saat sy masuk ke kamar ternyata sdh ada org lain dikamar sy.. entah siapa yg salah, tamu lain tersebut atau dari pihak hotelnya.. yg jelas bukan salah sy.. karena no kamar sy benar.. tp pihak hotel sdh meminta maaf dan memberi kami komplimentari buah dan teh panas...

The hotel is in best location. requested smoking room but i found the room was without an active exhaust, so the smell stay still. Bfast was average.

It is an old hotel built around 25 years ago so the room is quite big compare to newly built hotel but of course it is very old style hotel

Room was below average and you could see stains on the bedsheets. Room odour wasn't the greatest. Shower head was filthy. And you could hear noise outside your room door when people walked or talking. Check in staff wasn't professional as one would expect. They are just saying yes and ok to every things or request merely just to get rid of you. No follow up on things requested even though things that you have agreed upon checking in. Hopefully they would change for the better because they are serious competition in the city.
