"Отель стоит на горе, прекрасный вид. Но нужно понимать, что это не пляжный отель. Формально есть выход на пляж от бассейна, но он очень крутой и в жару подняться от моря это занятие только для подготовленных физически людей. И он дикий.
На морской пляж нужно ездить на машине 5 минут Maya Beach, парковка+два лежака+зонт 35 евро в день. Полотенца свои.
Завтрак вкусный, но все 4 дня был одинаковый.
Сам отель чистый и уютный.
Далеко от цивилизации , стоит один на горе.
Есть много мест для парковки.
Есть платный трансфер в Таормину.
Ужин за 35 евро нормальный, но без восторга.
Вечером есть шоу программа."

PPengguna TetamuSuite presiden hotel pada dasarnya adalah keseluruhan palsu yang sempurna. Bilik ini mempunyai kolam renang sendiri, dua bilik tidur, privasi yang tinggi dan tahap perkhidmatan yang tinggi. Spa hotel juga patut dikunjungi, hanya untuk berehat selepas berenang.
Hotel ini mempunyai pantai persendirian. Semasa daftar masuk, pelayaran pulau percuma disediakan, dan perkhidmatan ulang-alik ke atas dan ke bawah gunung disediakan.
Bar di hotel lebih mengejutkan daripada restoran, akan ada persembahan kumpulan pada waktu malam, dan anda mesti mencuba pizza mereka.

Everything was really good. We had a room with terass and a view of the sea. It was stunning.
Room was very clean and sheets where changed daily, which was nice when you have two dogs that sneak into bed during the night.
Location was great. A short distance walk to the town center with shops and restaurants.
The parking service was great. They park the car for you and when you need it they will bring the car in front of the hotel within 15 minutes. It will cost you 20€/ night but it's hassle free.
Staff is fantastic. We arrived around 6AM (much earlier than expected), and way too early for the normal check-in time. We were absolutely exhausted after a night of driving and our room wasn't ready. But the staff was kind enough to give us a room to sleep in, and at 11AM we could check-in to our booked room. Free of charge!
Breakfast was also great and they do packed breakfast if you leave before breakfast time.
The hotel doesn't do laundry, but there is a laundry place 800m away.

AAllison_TravelsWhile the rooms are a bit dated, the pool and beach facilities make this an absolute gem of a resort! The unspoiled views of Isola Bella by the beach and gorgeous view of Mt Etna at the pool are breathtaking.
The restaurant also serves impeccable Sicilian food featuring local favorites like anchovies, swordfish, arancini, and cannolo.
The hotel offers a shuttle bus service to the town center, but we found it more convenient to call taxi when we wanted to move around.

AAntonioOverlooking the Ionian Sea, the Grand Hotel San Pietro is a beautiful hotel with landscaped gardens and excellent amenities. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful and the rooms are well appointed and very comfortable.
Located within a 10-15 minute walk of the shopping and sightseeing area of Taormina, makes this 5 Star hotel an excellent choice.
The staff, as mentioned, are very courteous and helpful - and it is quite easy to become friends with them. Infact, Christian and Loretta (who work in the bar area during the evenings) are 2 staff members that I highly commend - not only for their service but for the exceptional time we spent with them.
This hotel is highly recommended and I certainly look forward to returning in the not too distant future.

SserenalimxlIncredible sea views from room’s balcony, pool and breakfast restaurant. Room a little dated with sticky floors, just wear bedroom slippers. Toilet is clean. Superb location!! Hotel was 3 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to Giardini train station. And 5 mins walk to the heart of town. Try Bam Bar’s granita & have dinner after sundown at any of the restaurants nearby.

NNickiR82We just had the most wonderful stay at La Plage. We arrived and were seen immediately and offered a drink whilst we checked in. We were then given a tour of the hotel and some information on the local area.
We were shown to our room which was a sea front bungalow with a hot tub. Just gorgeous! We had the most beautiful view of Isola Bella.
The next morning we were awake before the birds for an excursion to Etna (for my birthday), before we left someone appeared at the door with a birthday cake and a candle. A really lovely touch. Upon our return the ladies who cleaned the rooms stopped by whilst I enjoyed a glass of wine in the hot tub to say hello and sang me happy birthday too!
The service was impeccable from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff are AMAZING and so attentive. The food is delicious. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel and the people who work there.
Thank you everyone in La Plage for making our stay so perfect. We can’t wait to come back

MMartha LillianEverything was good except for the laundry. We paid 40 euros and our laundry came back still somewhat dirty and not smelling clean. All my white clothes were ruined because they didn't separate. Wasted my money and my clothes. Breakfast was good but repetitive. The service was good, the staff was friendly. The room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. We had a sea view room which was beautiful however it felt so stuffy and humid that it prevented us from sleeping and we were unable to turn on the air conditioning. The walls were so thin that we could hear people outside all night, we could hear the people have breakfast in the morning, and we could hear the opera couple streets over. Location was close enough to the bus and to shops and restaraunts.

CChristina PabloWe had a last minute change with my husband and my father (52, and 83) to Taormina and so it was a challenge with very little prep time where to stay in a vertical place with my elderly father who is in good shape but challenged by long walks, inclines and extreme heat. We did it all-- close to the bus station (4 minutes), Corso Umberto (8 minutes), the Antico Teatrico and the view cannot be beat. There's souvenir shops and a mini mart within 4 minutes walk and the cable car is also only 5 minutes away. My husband and I enjoyed the pool and the views. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast the next morning before leaving. No one could be more helpful or nicer in this hotel.
CONS: It's a steep driveway to climb up and down for the elderly. Watching my dad in either direction was a little dicey and with his blood thinners I did not want him to take a spill.
PROS: Everything else.

Они оставили мне записку с подробной инструкцией на двери отеля. В ней говорилось, что ключи от комнаты я найду в двери, а их там не было!!! Мой сонный мозг смог додуматься только для того, чтобы спуститься на пустой ресепшн и забрать ключи оттуда. При check-out вопросов не было.

The staff were very nice, and generally the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was really good and staff helpful.
But the condition of our room was not suitable, there was no bathroom ventilation and there was black mould throughout the room.
We arrived on a day with bad storms and power cuts so just went to bed and left it when we arrived, but we stayed 3 nights and it got worse and worse throughout, we couldn't believe that anyone was letting people stay in the room so we kind of assumed all the rooms were the same and it was jsut a problem with the hotel being older, plus the mould was so obvious there is no way this wouldn't have been noticed by the hotel. There was a strong smell of bleach when we arrived, so its obviously a known problem, but I dont think they should then be putting people in that room.
I mentioned this when checking out and offered to show photos, but the lady on reception said she would send someone to go look (there was mould on numerous walls, and if it smelt of bleach on arrival I assume they know this if cleaning every day so dont see why they let people stay in the room anyway?)
The access to sun loungers/ reduced rate beach which is mentioned at booking isn't explained, it is a 45 minute walk each way and you still have to pay for the sunbeds. The bus leaves the hotel once a day but again this wasn't explained, so we just went to the beaches and took our towels down on the people's for free rather than hiring sunbeds a long way away.
Some things in the hotel were really good, staff, terrace area, breakfast but the room condition is not suitable and I wouldn't recommend, there are a few 4 star hotels in the area so I'd suggest an alternative, though other 0eolle around the hotel seemed fine with their room so maybe we just had a bad one? But then if there is a bad room with mould I dont think they should be providing that to people and charging full price.
