The NH Collection Taormina hotel and their staff are very friendly and accommodating from your first step from your taxi to leaving their doors to go home. - knowledge to great place's in the town to eat, as well as their own rooftop restaurant great food in hotel. - so much more - overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Etna and Taormina -The only thing that was disappointing was i couldn’t use the pool as there was no handrail to walk in/out of pool . Only low block wall. - our room was clean and house keeping were amazing, chocolate on bed at night, nice touch. And our beds made up room tidy on return from evening- excellent service. - we were remembered by a few staff from our previous visit two years ago, which was a very nice surprise. I would totally recommend that you go and see for yourself this beautiful hotel in Taormina and its amazing staff.

La Plage is top notch. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with such hospitality and that quality remained throughout our stay. The front desk goes above and beyond meeting the requests of the guests. Carla, Roberta, Daniele ( front office manager ) and Giulia were very, very professional. They represent what staff at a front desk should be. A big thank you to them. The location is the best in Taormina! You are right on the beach with a great view of Isola Bella.Also you are within walking distance of the cable cars to reach the town of Taormina. We stayed in a garden bungalow which was perfect. We enjoyed its coziness. You do have several options here of what type of room you would like… many with a water view. I know breakfast is important to travelers and the breakfast buffet here will not disappoint… selection will meet all dietary needs and preferences. The beach is just stunning! Make sure to bring water shoes as the beach is rocky. We are ready to book our next trip back to the beautiful resort of LaPlage.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a great check in experience with a female staff member- we never got her name but she was really friendly and provided all information upon check in. We dealt with a few different reception staff during our stay and all were lovely to deal with. Staff at the pool bar and at breakfast were very pleasant also. Regarding the rooms, we had a sea view room with a balcony and it was absolutely fabulous- the view was out of this world! As mentioned in other reviews, yes the balcony is small but we found we had sufficient room to sit out on it comfortable and admire the view! The room itself was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our room was at the front of the hotel but we were never bothered by noise and slept very well during our seven night stay. The rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard. The pool area is beautiful, and there are fantastic views from it! There aren’t an awful lot of sun loungers but we usually managed to find somewhere to sit, although we generally only visited the pool later in the day, after a day of exploring the area. Towels are also provided which is really handy. There is also a little bar at the pool which is really nice. The only complaint about the pool area is actually to do with other guests, rather than the staff. Many people would leave the pool area and leave their towel lying on the sun bed rather than putting it in the basket provided! In fairness to the staff, they were very good at removing towels when they were sure people had left, and putting fresh towels folded on top of free chairs/loungers which made it clear that these were available. However, it was sometimes difficult to keep track of, and it’s not difficult to put your towels into the basket, and it would be great if guests could be mindful of each other by doing this! We only ate breakfast in the hotel, but both the choice and quality were excellent. The location is another huge benefit of the hotel. It is a few minutes walk to the centre, but in a quiet and peaceful location which meant we always got a great night’s sleep! Overall, this is an absolutely brilliant hotel which offers great value for money and we would highly recommend it

Arrived on the 2nd of September and enjoyed every minute of the time we spent in the hotel. We arrived in the hotel reception and was greeted by the lovely Angelina, who made us so welcome and gave lots of information effortlessly. She had arranged some nice drinks for us that evening as we were there for a birthday celebration. She walked us to our lovely room and which was stunning, luckily we were also given a sea view room. Only disappointed was the fact we didn’t get the chance to say goodbye to her when left on the morning of 6th to thank her properly. Apologies for missing you, the Taxi picked us up pretty sharp. All of the reception staff were nice, helpful, friendly but professional. All the staff in the hotel were excellent, friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. The bar staff were great and made excellent cocktails with lovely Cicchetti sides which were very tasty. Breakfast was fantastic and the staff, were great and organised. The bed in the suite was comfortable and room was spotless and cleaned each day. The shower was spacious, with various shower heads and the Ortiga soaps smelt lovely, which can be bought at the shop on the Corso Umberto. The hotel is designed well with lovely art work and beautifully furnished. Location is the best, right on the Corso Umberto. The infinity pool views are spectacular. Will definitely return one day and wish all the staff all the best.

119年的酒店了，服務非常的好，酒店地理位置也好，就在山上最繁華區域的入口，也緊挨着“網紅”四季，有獨立的花園區域和泳池，性價比非常高，房間內耗品品質也很不錯，唯一美中不足就是設施和房型略有缺陷，但是作為百年酒店來說，已經很滿意了，綜合來講很推薦！

Not bad. But remember don’t arrive and check in too early. Staffs there are very friendly and helpful.

I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews about what to expect, but this is the first hotel we both agreed that we would most definitely come back to. Location is perfect - 5 minutes walk into the stunning town and there’s a beautiful view from the pool. There is a slope to walk up into town but it’s fine if you don’t have any mobility issues and all of Taormina is built on a cliff so there are lots of slopes/ hills and the streets are uneven but incredibly beautiful - so it’s probably not the best choice if you need level surfaces. The hotel is over 50 years old and has not been modernised - but that is part of its charm and it was spotlessly clean with helpful staff. My only slight improvement would be a more modern hairdryer but the rest felt very authentic. Breakfast had a great selection and the granita was fab! We will most definitely be back!
