Hotel Aso District dengan Sarapan

The resort location is accessible actually by bus from tateno 立野 station and the last bus is in the evening you may check the timetable online. We did not drive and leaving the accommodation is less convenient because all taxis were booked out but the staff was very friendly as to driving us to the nearby train station to continue our journey to Aso Volcano. Service was good. The private onzen was amazing and we were able to use it for one hour. The public bath was good too but the amenities they provided inside were not as enough, eg they don't have comb for ladies and make up removing pads. Other than that, cleanliness was amazing and staff were friendly, rooms had amazing Mountain View's.

Fantastic stay! Excellent room with open-air bath and little garden. Food tasted great, well balanced saltiness and sweetness. Service staff were warm and efficient, taking initiative to provide service for guest's convenience.

The service was amazing, and the whole place was very clean. The public bath house just renovated and it is very spacious. The dinner and breakfast was amazing as the sashimi was fresh. I will return to here when I travel to Aso again.

Nice very warm room (we have been there in January). The onsen is small and shallow. Outside, there's a view of bamboo and the river. The kaiseki dinner was varied and delicious, and breakfast was also great. The hotel staff is pleasant and eager to help. If you arrive at Kurokawa Onsen by bus, when you get off at the stop, go down the stairs and you'll find the hotel entrance right there (there's no sign at the top near the stop).

นอน4คน ได้ห้องที่เป็นฟูก 1 คืน 2หมื่นบาท รู้สึกว่าแพงเกิน วิวสวยจริง แต่ตอนไปห้องโบวลิ่งปิด ไม่ได้เล่น และไม่มีการแจ้งล่วงหน้า อาหารไม่ได้หรูหรา ออนเซ็นรวมธรรมดามาก ไม่มีopen air ถ้าจะไปแช่ต้องนั่งบัสจากโรงแรมไปแช่ที่อื่น ส่วนเครื่องดื่มในห้องไม่มีเบียร์ให้ฟรี ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ยังมีเบียร์ฟรีให้ ถ้าถามความคุ้มค่าเทียบกับราคา คิดว่าไม่เหมาะสม อุส่าขับรถมาตามเขา คิดว่าจะดีกว่านี้ คงไม่มาพักที่นี่อีก ไปหาที่พักอื่นที่ราคาถูกระแวกนี้คุ้มกว่า

Neighborhood scenery is good like the one advertised. Private Onsen is reasonable but not superb like the one we stayed in Kagoshima. parking can be difficult due to narrow driveway. Luggage carrying is difficult for female and aged. Should have provided drive direction to a place near the room in advance by email. There are different parking areas- one cramp which is temporary near the hotel main entrance and the other at the so called annex. We are not given clear instructions so having to carry the heavy luggage up and down the stairs which is dangerous and tiring. Having said that, other hotels might be similar (we guess) as the place is countryside near river stream. Communication is a bit problem even we can manage English quite well from Hong Kong. Dinner is good but breakfast average

It was the greatest experience I have had in onsen hotel staying. Everything was the greatest with no room to complain. Exceptional service, nice private onsen (reservation required), spacious and clean rooms, free drinks, dinner with wagyu beef, quiet and relaxing environments. I left my jacket in my room, after I left, they even email me to offer options if I want to have the jacket back. They finally arranged to courier the jacket to my hotel I stayed afterwards (courier fee COD). I appreciate this service a lot, they truly want me to have a nice trip with no regrets. I highly recommend this onsen hotel, very valuable for this low price!

15일부터 16일까지 유메린도 하나도마리에서 묵었고, 저는 별관 하나도마리에서 2인실을 사용했습니다. 숙소를 예약한 뒤 궁금한 점을 이메일을 통해 물어봤고 호텔 측에서는 하나하나 성실하게 답해주셨습니다. 무엇보다 직원분들께서 친절하셨습니다. 호텔에 근무하시는 직원분들 모두 한국인 관광객을 위해서 세세하게 설명해주시고, 편의를 제공해주시기 위해 힘써주셨습니다. 식사도 맛있었으며 하나도마리 객실 안 개인온천탕과 노천온천탕도 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 재방문 의사 있으며, 이 호텔에 묵기 위해서라도 일본 아소 지역에 다시 놀러오고 싶습니다.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in a ground-floor room with a garden, and it was especially relaxing to fall asleep each night to the sound of rain. The hotel staff were very polite and offered services in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making communication very convenient. We also booked the hotel’s kaiseki dinner, which cost 7,000 yen per person. It’s recommended for adults, but not for children, as they may not enjoy this type of cuisine. The hotel’s hot spring facilities were excellent, offering private family baths, women-only baths, and mixed baths—providing a variety of options. On the day of check-out, the hotel even arranged a vehicle to take us to the bus station, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above. Occasionally, when someone walked upstairs, the sliding doors in our room would rattle slightly. That said, overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

Главный плюс это расположение , если хочется побыть в тишине наедине с природой … Рано утром даже олень завтракал напротив нашей террасы 🦌 Общие купальни сильно понравились , вода горячая как и хотелось . Номер в японском стиле брали и это соответствует настроению , хотелось проникнуться в японскую культуру . Владельцы отеля нам в этом помогли 🙏 Весь персонал очень доброжелательный . Еда очень вкусная , за две ночи разное меню . Спасибо шеф повару 🙏 Это был мой день рождения и я очень прекрасно провела время . Рекан оправдал наши ожидания 💫
