Hotel Suwon dengan Sarapan

We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again. 이 부장님, 고맙습니다. 정말 잘 했어요. 😊

Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety.

The most perfect room I ever got. There was everything for my comfortable stay. Even the air moisturiser. And the staff was absolutely nica and helpful.

Schönes Hotel, sauber, Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, es gibt eine kleine Dachterrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, freundliches Personal. Für Touristen nicht so zentral gelegen. Tolle Badewanne im Bad. Leider hat man nur einmal Haut-Pflegeprodukte erhalten, aber die Seife wurde dafür aus irgendeinem Grund jeden Tag gewechselt??? Alles in allem ein guter Aufenthalt.

The Marevo Hotel is surprisingly comfy and low-key classy. Room was clean, modern and had everything we needed without trying too hard. Location is super convenient, staff is sweet, and the vibes are calm and cozy. Nothing over the top, just a really good stay that makes you want to come back

The bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet there’s no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if you’ll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. You’ll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.

房間還行，畢竟價格不是很貴，酒店位置不錯，步行可達景點和商場。房間乾淨整潔，隔音效果還行，床品舒適。工作人員親切專業，響應迅速。早餐豐富，整體性價比高，值得再次入住！

We book this hotel near to stadium as we were going to watch a basketball match. Location good and many restaurants were right behind the hotel and opens till late. We stayed one night, the bath tub needs an upgrading but the bed were good to sleep on.
