PPengguna Tanpa NamaSaya dijangka mempunyai penginapan yang baik di Marriott, namun orang yang menerima tetamu membuat saya sangat kecewa dengan Marriott semasa proses daftar masuk.
Nasib baik, apabila saya menyemak, wanita yang bertanya kepada saya ”ada apa-apa yang boleh dia bantu?” Itu hanya bahagian Soal Jawab biasa untuknya, tetapi bagi saya, dia membantu saya menempah tiket bas ke ICN dan menyelamatkan/membantu saya untuk bersenang-senang -- Dia sempurna untuk memperoleh 100% mata!
itulah sebabnya saya memberikan 3 mata kepada Marriott *****tara rakan sekerjanya tidak, ini adalah skor seimbang...
Namun, apa yang saya rasa pada hari pertama ketibaan adalah mengerikan. Marriott, anda perlu memikirkan tentang sikap perkhidmatan anda dan sebab mengapa anda Marriott?

AANDREW IANGreat hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

PPengguna TetamuThis was the most professional hotel in a small Korea trip during Chuseok, good staff, proper lobby, rooms have good amenities instead of very basic. The location is very nice, Suwon was a bit too hectic for me on the night streets and not very enjoyable, but behind the hotel there are more fancy quiet and nice places to enjoy.

PPengguna TetamuI stayed at Homes Stay Suwon, and while it may be fine for solo travelers, it wasn’t the best fit for my stay. The room felt very small, and it was difficult to fully open a suitcase. The bathroom also lacked privacy, which made it uncomfortable for staying with more than one person. That said, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Overall, it might be a better option for someone traveling alone.

PPengguna TetamuFantastic service, focused on the customer experience. Elevator parking was on point, and my car was delivered promptly.
Small incident was taken car of by staff immigration with great care. The staff, was able to contact my insurance company. They understood my situation as I don't speak much Korean and they were able to understand English and exactly what I need done. The front desk team did a great job.
I can not thank you enough for care and promptness of service provided.

PPengguna TetamuI had a very good rest! Even in the middle of heavy snowfall, the room was very warm. I really like warm rooms in winter. I would love to stay here again! It's a little far away from the bus terminal and from the train station, but it was possible to get to these places via the bus services. I loved the nearby walls/fort.

매매일 밤 네게 날아가축구 원정경기 응원하러 생애 첫 방문한 수원 여행이었습니다. 숙소 사진은 없지만 방 깨끗하고 카운터 친절하셔서 잘 묵었습니다. 다만 주차장이 넓지 않아 호텔 주변 병원의 주차장을 같이 쓰고 있는 점은 사람 따라 불편하게 느낄 수 있을 것 같습니다. 대체로 만족입니다~

SSolo AceI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
