Hotel Suwon dengan Sarapan

Stayed at Novotel Ambassador Suwon and loved the convenience. Rooms were clean, modern, and quiet with comfy beds. Staff were friendly and efficient at check-in. Great location near the station and shopping. Overall, excellent value in Suwon for family trips.

Nice hotel. The staff are helpful and friendly and the facilities are clean. The pool area is also nice but be careful in bad weather. The breakfast is standard for the price but had a reasonable variety.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Suwon. My daughter and I received a warm and attentive service—special thanks to Manager Owen, who kindly assisted with my early check-in. After a long journey, this thoughtful gesture made a big difference and set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel’s location is another strong point. Situated by the lake, it offers a scenic atmosphere that’s perfect for relaxing walks or simply unwinding with a view. At the same time, it’s conveniently linked to a mall, making dining, shopping, and daily necessities easily accessible without having to travel far.

Great hotel. Basic rooms but very clean and comfortable. A short ride away from Suwon train station and right in the middle of a shopping and restaurant area - great range of choices to eat and drink. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again. 이 부장님, 고맙습니다. 정말 잘 했어요. 😊

This was the most professional hotel in a small Korea trip during Chuseok, good staff, proper lobby, rooms have good amenities instead of very basic. The location is very nice, Suwon was a bit too hectic for me on the night streets and not very enjoyable, but behind the hotel there are more fancy quiet and nice places to enjoy.

Pengalaman hebat. Bilik bersih. Kagum dengan kepelbagaian bufet sarapan pagi, bermula setiap hari dengan makanan yang enak dan mood yang baik semasa penginapan. Hotel ini juga sangat dekat dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan perhentian bas.

I ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.

Kim , Dain(김다인)  who is front receptionist  was very kind . She made us very comfortable  during staying there. She's a  excellent  receptionist. And breakfast was so delicious. Chef was very  nice man.   We were very happy to stay there. Thank you hotel symphony.

호텔 위치는 영통역에서 두블럭정도 거리여서 전철이용하기 용이하고, 주변에 음식점이 많아 괜찮은 위치입니다. 내가 묵었던 객실에 창문은 있어도 바로 옆건물이 있어서 뷰를 기대할 순 없습니다. 침대와 가운에 머리카락이 많이나와 청결도는 낮은수준이고, 방안온도는 따듯해서 잠자는것은 나쁘지 않았습니다. 방안에 조명을 끄는 장치가 고징나 안꺼져서 카드를 빼서 전체 조명을 끈 후 잠을 자야했던 것은 ....... 그냥 그랬습니다.
