Hotel dengan Wifi di Suwon

Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out.

Hotel is very convenient and near transport node.. very easy to walk about and next to shopping mall. Hotel also very clean except its next to railway track.. but once window close the sound proofing is very good..

We had a wonderful time. From the moment we arrived until we left, Manager Lee was kind and helpful, from calling taxis to finding information for attractions and knowing where to eat. He even gave us his number if we needed his help while we were out.  The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Very nice bathroom too. We ordered breakfast as part of our reservation, and in the morning, it was delivered to our room.  It was from a local bakery, Paris Baguette. Very filling and satisfying.  When we come back to Suwon, we will definitely stay at Hotel Insta again.

This hotel was amazing, like wow. It was in the heart of the busyness which I kinda liked. It almost felt like New York, no-one really sleeps. If you're into street food, walking and just good vibes, then this hotel is for you. The room was massive and well designed. Huge uhd TV. Espresso machine which I found to be cool. Just the aura of this hotel was stunning, modern and clean. Came with lots of snacks and teas.

The place is nice and convenience. Beddings are clean, room was tidy. Highly recommended.

The locations was great 😊, there’s a chilled street for those who like peace where the hotel is located and there are busy streets for those who like to party and it’s a walking distance. The hotel is like 7 minutes walk away from the train station which made traveling very easy. There are a lot of activities to do in Suwon . The hotel is clean and I loved the check out at 12:00 . The check in was a bit late 16:00 but it was no bother since we wanted to explore the city anyways. The service was great and there was someone who spoke a bit of English at the check in counter which is good for foreigners 💃🏽❤️

I have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.

Had a pleasant stay. The self check-in and check-out process was easy and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was seamless and made for a relaxing experience.
