We enjoyed our quick check-in, excellent facilities, and the proximity to Alshaheed Park for a walk. Unfortunately, the booking does not include breakfast (it costs KD 15, almost $50 per person, so it is expensive). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This apartment hotel was lovely from the first moment we walked in greeted with amazing service from all of the employees. Easy check-in process and it was wonderful that it was connected to the mall. I would definitely recommend especially for great service.

酒店的公區都是環境是很棒的，大廳還有星巴克。餐廳在二樓早餐是很棒的。當然餐廳的接待且服務也很棒酒店的游泳池在頂層無邊泳池的效果還能看到遠方的波斯灣還有泡熱水池風景和服務走不到你感覺到很舒服，推薦你過來。

Our stay at Residence Inn Kuwait City was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is perfectly located in a very central area, making it extremely convenient to get around Kuwait. The rooms were exceptionally clean, very spacious, and extremely comfortable. You can truly feel that every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of—nothing was missing, and everything was designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was delicious and of very high quality. A special thanks to Chef Ali, who was incredibly kind and involved. He went out of his way to prepare special dishes and made sure everything was perfect, which really made our mornings extra special. The staff truly deserves all the praise. From the lobby team to the reception staff, every single person was super, super kind, warm, and welcoming. They were genuinely involved, always thinking along with us and ready to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly cared for. As a wonderful final touch, we were even offered a free taxi to the airport. Our driver, Mohammed Riyaz, was extremely friendly and professional, which was the perfect ending to our stay. This hotel is an absolute must if you are staying in Kuwait. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

It’s located in a quiet area. The staff is very helpful. Room has everything and is comfortable. I had a pleasure stopover stay.

一切都很好，吃住行都很好，周圍環境，怎麼説，跟國內還是差很多，不過，你在科威特，就不用跟國內比吧，沒有可比性，基本上科威特環境，哎，來了看了裏知道了，相對來説，這裡是安靜舒適的，因為畢竟早期房子，設施齊全完善裏好了，現代感少些，推薦23樓的健身房和汗蒸和幹蒸，游泳池太小沒去，都在23 樓

The hotel is hard to find by taxis given its location near the port. The pillows are not perfectly washed. Other than that, everything was okay.
