"Beautiful hotel with a rooftop bar restaurant on the 14th floor. The staff as a whole is attentive and available. The welcome was very good, the suite room on the 11th floor is large and pleasant. Clean and clear. Very good breakfasts with perfect service and a friendly chef. Not a bad location, in addition to the hotel restaurant, 4 good restaurants 100m away and a large commercial activity, mall, hotels, restaurants 20 minutes away on foot. But the sidewalks are unwelcoming. Thank you to the whole team for this good time."

Requested additional pillow and that the drapes be closed correctly; the housekeeping took care of that. I'm grateful. 2- The location is not as bad as it may look due to the construction. Easy walking to a big supermarket, the mubarakia souk, the grand mosque, and even Al Asima Mall. 3- bed was comfy. 4- they provide big bottles of water complementary, that very nice. with a bit of care this hotel can be much better"

"We arrived in Kuwait after a long delay and it was dark when we arrived. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful and we were offered an upgrade. When we got to the room we were very impressed. We had a suite with lovely views and an incredibly comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the bathroom was very modern. We went for a short walk and there really isn't much around. We were looking for a nice restaurant but could only find kebab and chicken shops. So we went back to the hotel and ate at the buffet. It was fantastic! The standard of all the food was very high and the dining room very pleasant. We went back there for the (included) breakfast next morning. It really is a great hotel and highly recommended."

"A great hotel compared to the price. There are many facilities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a woman’s nail salon. There is a Starbucks in the reception, and there are many stores next to the hotel. Like restaurants, supermarkets and a atm. Other than that there are parks for hotel guests. tHe staff are very nice they always help us with bags after shopping. We were give upgraded on the room we booked superior king room and “ Redha “ give us junior sweet, Thank you so much for this experience we will come back soon."

"Fairly new hotel in good condition. The room is relatively small, but good for a 3* hotel (with a refrigerator). Large shower. Air conditioning is quite loud, but helps drown out the two construction sites to the right and left of the hotel, so I was able to sleep well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi was okay for surfing, but too slow for uploading pictures to Instagram. Breakfast was simple, but as I said, it is a 3* hotel. There is a mini pool on the first floor with two loungers on the terrace and three loungers inside. 400m away is a large shopping center with a good selection of food. The nearest hypermarket (Monoprix) is 800m away. Bus 507 (0.25 KD, taxi 2.5 KD) takes you to Avenues Mall. A taxi to the airport was 5 KD."
