While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further.

He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for. The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. Новый, чистый отель с замечательным расположением и радушным персоналом. Отличный вид из окон номеров на парк и площадь, ночью достаточно тихо и можно прекрасно отдохнуть после путешествий. Утром предоставляют добротный завтрак со свежим соком, выпечкой, кофе и конечно марокканским чаем с мятой. При необходимости можно безопасно припарковать авто или мотоцикл рядом с отелем. Один из лучших отелей в г.Рабат по соотношению цена/качество. Вы будете чувствовать себя там как дома. Для тех кто любит путешествовать пешком, думается, идеальное место, так как Вы выходите сразу на красивую улицу и по ней прогуливаетесь до многих значимых достопримечательностей города, или без проблем вызываете такси, оно в Рабате (да и в целом в Марокко) стоит почти как общественный транспорт, только удобнее. Также в отеле и в пешей доступности от отеля есть кафе и рестораны на любой вкус.

L’hôtel est magnifique,un peu loin de rabat 30mn Nous avons manger au Rilha restaurant aux influences asiatiques , marocaines et européennes très bon ainsi que le service .Service du petit déjeuner moins qualitatif pour un ritz carlton .

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Would be great if they provide toothbrush. On the other hand the food is really bad and boring.

Это хорошие апартаменты. В номере есть холодильник, плита, кухонная посуда, стиральная машина. Можно готовить себе еду. Рядом магазин Bim. Большая жилая площадь, современный интерьер. Небольшая проблема была с горячей водой, она долго нагревается с помощью автономного нагревателя. Иногда мешал шум кондиционера и стиральной машины в соседних номерах. Номер, в котором я жил, расположен на 4 этаже, а на крыше тоже то ли прачечная, то ли стирка постельного белья. Звук слышен в номере - это минус. Отель расположен рядом с Ботаническим садом, в котором приятно отдыхать днём и вечером.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel was clean, the staff were welcoming, and I would happily consider staying here again on a future trip.

I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects. The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival.. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury  What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort. Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai

酒店馬桶不太行，其他位置還可以離海邊比較近，需要注意在摩洛哥週日一般沒人上班，附近飯店在週日是沒有吃的的
