PPengguna Tanpa NamaSound proofing of the rooms are real bad. If you are to leave the windows open for ventilation as there is no air condition unit, you will not be able to have a restful night as those rooms facing the street can hear the noise of the people talking and laughing, vehicles noise, garbage truck till very late into the night and early in the morning. Even if you are to close the windows and bear with the poor ventilated room, you can still hear the noises from the street.
Otherwise a decent hotel in a good location. Service is lukewarm and just average.

PPengguna TetamuStayed with a small group (four) in two business rooms. Appreciated the extra space and facilities. Breakfast was excellent, catered for vegetarians (but would like to see veggie sausages in future please). Common areas of hotel were excellent including lobby and lounge. Cleaning was excellent. Maintenance needed to change sofa covers in room which was stained.

VVeVer AtcharinThe location was quite good, with easy walking access to the main sightseeing area of the city. The room was not very spacious, and there wasn’t enough space to fully open a large suitcase. The bed was also a bit too soft for my preference.
What surprised me most was when I asked to borrow a bottle opener for some beer I had bought myself. The reception did lend me one, but mentioned that they normally do not because the hotel sells alcohol on-site. I had never experienced this kind of policy before, especially since most hotels also sell alcohol, often at higher prices, and many even provide bottle openers in the room. Guests should not feel restricted to consuming only what is sold by the hotel.

PPengguna TetamuSwanky decor. Beautiful view from the sea view room. Clean and spacious room, comfy bed, decent breakfast options, can't complain. Only that room didn't have a minibar or fridge or coffee maker. I guess I should have read up on amenities more carefully. But staff are excellent and more than happy to provide you with tea or coffee or a snack on request, or you can help yourself to tea or coffee from a big flask they keep in the lobby. You also get a lovely welcome cocktail on the house.

PPengguna TetamuHad a fantastic stay in Bergen at the Bergen Bors Hotel! Very friendly, helpful and accommodating staff at reception, breakfast and in the Fresco Hallen restaurant - excellent food. Great room; clean, with super facilities and cleaning services. Room was quiet, with great mattresses, duvets and pillows. Location of hotel is amazing, and could easily explore great sights in Bergen on foot. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and definitely planning return visit - thank you!!

前台搶話，我和前台A辦入住的時候，前台B隔着我和另一個人大聲講話，他們可以走近一點不要隔着我。
從奧斯陸一路住Thon過來，定的時候沒注意，這家比較差，早餐也沒那麼豐富。交通還可以，想住這附近的話，附近還有一家thon是四星的，那個比較好

They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it!
Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
I think most rooms can see the pier view.
The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me.
Food: free breakfast and dinner.
Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more.
Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;)
Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use).
very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station.
By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

KKit manFor a tourist without car, it is in excellent location, 7 minutes to railway station to/from airport on foot with luggage n railway ticket just cost nok44 , walking distance to cable station to Floyen mount or Bergenhus or Ferry pier and shops. I reserved a small room but got a room of good size with windows and sofa. There are supporting staff in reception always and they can help me for my enquiries. They can provide electrical kettle at request. Coffee is free in lobby. Breakfast is also good , simple with good choices. I will reserve it if I will visit Bergen again.
