PPengguna TetamuThe staff were incredibly nice and polite throughout our stay. The floors and surroundings were very clean and well-maintained, which made the place feel even more comfortable. And the sunset view? Absolutely magical such a beautiful and relaxing experience. Highly recommended!
However, I was very disappointed with the Trip.com booking and refund process. I originally booked two rooms, but one of the rooms was suddenly cancelled by the hotel and trip.com. It has already been 7 days, and I still haven’t received any update regarding my refund and its hard to contact them . What made it more frustrating is that the cancellation was not on my end — they were the ones who cancelled the booking, yet the refund process is taking far too long.
Because of this issue, I had to urgently look for another hotel and make another payment to cover our stay. I hope Trip.com and the hotel improve their room availability updates and customer service to avoid this kind of hassle for future guests.

KKeith VincentOur recent stay at Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas in Bauang, La Union, was nothing short of delightful. The property is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that the management prioritizes maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The room we stayed in was spacious and thoughtfully designed, providing more than enough comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, from a well-stocked minibar to quality toiletries, ensuring a hassle-free experience.
What stood out most was the peaceful ambiance of the place, perfect for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The pool was well-maintained and added to the serene vibe, making it a favorite spot during our stay. On top of that, the internet connection was surprisingly strong, which was a huge plus for us as we needed to stay connected for work. The staff were consistently courteous and attentive, always ready with a smile to assist guests.
A special shout-out goes to Irene, one of the staff members, whose proactive and kind demeanor truly made our stay memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which left a lasting impression. Overall, Maritoni Bali Suites and Villas offers excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in La Union.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!

PPengguna TetamuOn the positive side, Monliza Surf Resort is in a perfect location for those there to surf. My balcony directly overlooked Mona Liza break. The fresh water shower available as you leave the beach is a nice perk. The staff is also very approachable and helpful.
On the negative side, the hotel is very outdated and in need of a facelift. There are broken tiles In the bedroom and bathroom, threadbare sheets/towels, and the Wi-Fi is very inconsistent. Having said that, the price is reasonable for the fantastic location!

PPengguna TetamuOur stay at San Juan Hostel was really great. The place is clean, relaxing, and perfect for a short getaway. We loved that there was a pool where we could unwind and enjoy our free time. The location is also very convenient because it is near Kabsat and just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy for us to explore and enjoy the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere of the hostel felt welcoming and peaceful. It was definitely a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay there again.

AAnneThe wifi signal was difficult in the pool area and we had to ask the front desk multiple times to fix the room wifi. The shower water was also very slow. The cafeteria has no onsite waiters, you will have to look for them in order to order. The aircon wasn't cold enough for a room that's for 4 pax so we had to ask for an extra fan in the room.
But the pool is good especially if you have kids. The beach area is also clean and not crowded so that's a good point. The food price is also affordable. The location if good for those who have private cars but i'll be quite far for commuters to find places to eat outside of the hotel.

Cleanliness, luma kaya ano pa ine expect mo. Pwede na rin pagtiisan. Not advisable sa mga maarte.
Wala silang elevator. Kaya di advisable ang maraming dala.
Not strikto sa mga bisita basta magpaalam tulad namin na dumayo para mag body piercing.
Mahina ang aircon, maliliit kasi. Di bagay sa size ng room. Pero malamig naman ang La Union kaya keri na rin.
