"Hotel is decent and I love the vibe. It has a unique design that reminds me of Boracay. The view is wonderful, the pool is one of the best in La Union, and the rooms are beautiful—honestly close to a 5-star experience. The rooms also have a work desk and complete amenities. I especially loved the lotion. I also want to say that I don’t like leaving reviews just to talk badly about people. These are really just rooms for improvement for the staff and also a caution for people booking, because I value both. I actually love this hotel and we are definitely coming back. I also really appreciated the customer service in this hotel. The guards, bell boys, and front desk staff were all good, responsive, and helpful. If I remember names, I always include them in reviews because good service deserves to be recognized. However, the restaurant service could still improve. You often have to tell them what to do before they do it. Food was fine though—decent compared to some overpriced hotels in La Union. One thing I really didn’t appreciate was being charged ₱200 for a missing teaspoon. We checked our bags thoroughly and are 100% sure we didn’t take it. It felt extremely overpriced for a teaspoon, but we just wanted to leave already, so I agreed to the charge. I’d suggest taking a video of everything in the room upon check-in and another before check-out, just to make sure you won’t get charged for any “missing” items. A few other things I noticed: I really disliked the shampoo because it dried my hair out badly. The pool water tasted like saltwater mixed with chlorine and also dried out my skin. The towels smelled strongly of bleach, which I personally didn’t appreciate, since that feels like another toxic exposure. We also occasionally noticed a septic tank smell in the bathroom—not too bad, but still noticeable. Overall, the hotel itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere, and we would still come back. I just hope these concerns can be improved."

"Will definitely come back! The place is very spacious with complete basic needs, it's great even for big families, company outing or team buildings. Each bed was provided with a towel and a blanket. They have a cooking area and a wide dining area. They also have a mini store inside the resort. Facilities are clean, room T&B and even the common CR/shower areas near the beach are clean. They also have a grill area and dining area near the shore. The shoreline is perfect with fine sand and it's less crowded, and expect to play with La Union waves. This is indeed a beachfront property. Also, they're very close to grape picking locations, you can try that activity, with wine tasting!"

"Overall, we had a good stay. The best part is definitely the location—it’s beachfront, so it’s very convenient and the view is beautiful. The only downside was the air conditioning. During the morning and midday, it wasn’t enough to cool the room because of the extreme heat, so it felt quite warm inside. However, once it was evening or early morning, the air conditioner worked well and the room became comfortable. If the cooling during the daytime is improved, the stay would be even better."

"This is my third time staying at Aureo and I'm satisfied so far. It combines the best of a beautiful and wide natural beach with a combination of pools that will satisfy each member of the family. My only gripe is that the waste bins are too small and some toilet stalls are too tight, i.e. the door is too near the edge, which can be difficult for taller guests. Service is excellent. Congratulations to management and staff!"

The location is very convenient, situated in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and pharmacies. It is easy to find and makes visiting hassle-free. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would gladly recommend it to others."

"Has 2 or 3 small pool with a slide. Bfast was local dish. We only stayed 1 night. Got a wrist band to go to their sister resort close by to checkout the beach and resto. As usual staff was excellent. Will return again"
