"Penginapan kami adalah singkat kerana kami hanya perlu tidur dan mempunyai penerbangan lewat pada waktu malam. Penyambut tetamu membenarkan kami mendaftar masuk awal kerana kami tidak akan tidur semalaman. Tekanan air sangat rendah dan tidak mempunyai Wi-Fi tetapi penginapan di luar bagus. PPengguna TetamuI appreciate the hotel’s arrangement for the birthday decorations. However, if there’s a next time, I hope they can pay closer attention to my specific requests, such as assigning a higher-floor room. Regarding housekeeping, I noticed that after having some food in the room at night, a few crumbs remained on the floor. Even after the daytime cleaning service, they were still there, which suggests the cleaning wasn’t done thoroughly. Also, every time you enter the hotel, your belongings are checked for security reasons — which I understand — but it can be slightly bothersome. As for the location, the hotel is very convenient as it’s right across from the Greenbelt shopping mall in the city center. That said, guests should note that the connection between the hotel and the malls other parts is either via outdoor paths or a footbridge, so those sensitive to heat might want to keep that in mind.

Perkhidmatan meja depan masih cekap dan mesra. Kualiti sarapan pagi juga agak baik, tetapi terdapat banyak makanan Barat dan sangat sedikit makanan Cina. Yang menghairankan, perkhidmatan di ruang legar yang mengagumkan pada masa lalu, adalah harga yang rendah Selepas kereta kami tiba, ramai kuli di sana, tetapi tiada siapa yang membantu kami menarik pintu atau bagasi topi besar di pintu Okay, tetapi sekarang orang itu telah berubah, saya hanya bercakap dengan diri sendiri dan tidak membuka pintu untuk tetamu. Kemudian, seorang lelaki keselamatan membantu kami membawa bagasi kami. Masalah perkhidmatan yang sama juga berlaku dengan wanita muda yang mengambil tempat duduk semasa sarapan pagi. Dia kelihatan begitu sombong dan mengecewakan. Hotel profesional, langsir gelap dibuat begini, aduhai! ! !

OOc$I had an exceptional stay at Ascott Makati. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Makati with direct access to Glorietta Mall, making shopping, dining, and exploring the city incredibly convenient. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space, which made it feel like a home away from home. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything stayed spotless throughout my stay. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction. From the warm welcome at the front desk to the efficient service at breakfast, everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The amenities are top-notch, with a relaxing pool, well-equipped gym, and great dining options. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Ascott Makati delivers the perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and convenience. Whether for business or leisure, I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Manila.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is excellent, and the rooftop bar with its amazing view is simply amazing. The room was very clean, as were the hotel’s common areas. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and polite. The breakfast  was absolutely delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely choose it again on our next trip to Makati. Thank you!

PPengguna TetamuThis is a classic hotel, well located, full service (though a little slow at times) and it was very busy when we were there at Chinese New Year. The staff are friendly and helpful. This room was small but comfortable. Breakfast is fabulous but be careful of the queues (as well as when checking in and out). The gym is well stocked and the pool area is pleasant although the pool is a little small. The food is good all round. It is conveniently located next to the giant malls of Makati where there is plenty to eat and shop! I enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The lobby is lovely.

GGallivanting with me.I loved this hotel. It’s lowkey, not exaggerated yet very clean and has the most comfy beds and pillows. Its location is 10/10 near to restobars, restaurants and 7/11. Very convenient, has the nicest staffs. I love the set up of the bed and the warm strays of sunlight through my window.
