PPengguna TetamuWe stayed at Nuwa for 3D2N , the experience was great except for the last breakfast day, we went their at around 10am for the buffet breakfast which was located at Hyatt Regency , on the first breakfast day, all went well, no long line, food was good, service was fast, unfortunately on the second day of breakfast service was very bad due high volume of guest who are waiting in line, and the employee who is in charge in the line keep saying that the breakfast will end at exactly 11am, without giving alternative options where can other guest take their breakfast. COD hotels shares one breakfast buffet area (if you want buffet style breakfast) which was in Hyatt Regency Hotel. Good thing I remembered that we could eat breakfast at one of Nuwa's restaurant. But staying at Nuwa's Hotel was a great experience.

MMrsMallowsPros: The hotel is near the airport and has lots of stores and restaurants inside. Breakfast is good.
Cons: 1. During check in: Receptionist refused our passports and ask for national IDs instead so we needed to insist on the passports because we don't have any national IDs (we live outside the country).
2. During stay: wait time for housekeeping request took 2hours. Hotel staff does not inform beforehand that the private bar locks automatically when deposit is already consumed. What's worse is that they did not get the full deposit upon check in. We could've avoided not being able to drink cold water upon arriving at midnight if they only informed ahead or asked for more money for deposit. Also, unlike other hotels, printing is not complimentary.
3. Checkout: airport transfer is not well coordinated with concierge. Also, instead of checking room thoroughly before completing check out, they would send you an email the day after to let you know that you left stuff inside the room so send an email if there's anything valuable that you remember.

FFarah.benNice hotel with a great location near the airport. The rooms were comfortable, clean and good equipped. The service was excellent. Only negative point was the noise of the cars outside (our room was on the side of a big street).

AAurora -Aircon: No aircon noise at all which is great (this is absolutely important if you are noise sensitive), room facilities work well
Rooms: The room is bright, clean, cosy and homely. Their single sized bed is so spacious, it can sleep 2 people! The only downside for me is that the rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear the staff when they are communicating and cleaning in the morning or if someone is talking loudly next door however when I feedbacked to the staff they were responsive with the attitude to ensure lower noise, thank you
The shower cubicle also does not have a door so the water may flow out a little however it will still be drained out within the toilet if you get what I mean
I love that they have a small kitchen with induction cooker, with pans and utensils and a microwave which was a pleasant surprise! Hotel owner is generous👍🏻
However, after we left dirty dishes in the sink, I notice the staff did not wash the empty dishes and we had to inform them to do so as I thought it'll be done with room service.
Location: Super near airport. Took a grab on a weekday afternoon during the holy week to airport and when the driver used the highway, arrived in 5 minutes.
Nearby ammenities: Ayala mall is just 5 min walk away which is so convenient, has food court and restaurants and has 2 supermarkets there too.
Water: They even provide unlimited free glass bottled water which is very worth it for the price and decent service
Service: They use a whatsapp system to communicate with the staff and they respond quickly which is great
View: Remember to request for a pool view balcony as its relaxing and gives a resort vibe :)
Across the street you can find a western vibe coffee and pastry takeout stall, a few places that are also open for supper, a convenience store and a gas station

Very nice location, friendly staff, you have your designated parking space. you can also use their swimming pool. Very quite area. Good place to relax.

GGrace TionkoI had a comfortable stay, and the location was very convenient when traveling from Batangas to Nichols Hotel, and from Nichols Hotel to NAIA Terminals 1 and 2. Public transportation to Terminals 1 and 2 passes directly in front of the hotel. It is also easy to go to Baclaran Church and travel back to Batangas.
Just a minor feedback regarding cleanliness: I noticed a few small roaches, and the bathroom floor was slippery, possibly due to some cleaning residue
Overall stay was 4/5

The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. Pet friendly the security guards are very keen observant the prices are very much affordable the locations are very accessible to everyone's need like markets shops bank convenience store atm machines pharmacy. I am very secured and safe. the place has harmoniously ambiance. Its feel like home. There is proper area for garbage to. Make the souroundings clean. Good for family travel, business, individual travel to stay.
