"All of the staffs are friendly, they greet you everytime they walk past by you. Altough the one light in the entrance of our room is not working, the room is great with hot water. The parking is not great for motorcycle and the guard is kinda mean, small space parking for motorcycle vehicle and we park in front of a garbage bin. The place is great, the hotel staffs are great just the guard who is so mean he shouted at my partner."

HHana7We stayed here about 2 years ago, so we tried again. There was a bathtub, which was very good. We expected breakfast but too many fried foods. My daughter and I ordered omlets but the young staff couldnât take order properly. I think she needs to study English more. We stayed for 2 nights but breakfast were almost same for 2 mornings.

Everyone I interacted with had a smile and made me feel right at home. The room was super clean and cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day. PPengguna Tanpa NamaWynwood Hotel was a good experience considering the price.
The staff were very gentle, polite, and kind. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the location was great. The hotel is within walking distance to Podium, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Plaza, and Robinsons Galleria, which was very convenient.
However, the amenities felt a bit limited for me, and the view from the room window was quite disappointing because the next building was very close.
The breakfast was good. Before booking, I saw many reviews saying the breakfast was excellent, so my expectations were quite high. Although it did not exceed my expectations, I was not disappointed either.
The Wi-Fi was very fast and reliable. The soundproofing was also good. Even though it was the Christmas season and the hotel seemed busy, it was very quiet inside the room.
There are two elevators, but only one was operating during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the holiday season. Another issue for me was the shower water temperature, as it kept changing from hot to cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably.
Overall, considering the price, amenities, facilities, and room condition, I think the stay was worth the cost, and I was satisfied with my stay.

PPengguna TetamuLocation wise, itâs great. Mall is walking distance. Convenience store around. The room is old compared to other hotels. The room we got have kitchenette. You can cook but not all utensils are available. Electric water heater was dirty as if not used for long time. Toiletries still in small bottles restocked everyday. Guards/bellboys/housekeepers are courteous and great but reception staffs frm check in/out not too cordial in my experience. Still ok to stay in just old. Thanks

KKaixerRichmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time.
I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint.
The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good nightâs rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerfulâalmost freezing at times. I wasnât entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room.
All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotelâs classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night.
One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness.
The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix accountâwatching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable.
The gym is a big plusâopen from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable.
While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well.
The location is excellentâone of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkinâ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient.
Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed.
I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations.
Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.

Staff are nice, friendly, and attentive.
Bed is comfortable, aircon is cool, and showers have adequate pressure.
Cons:
For a new hotel, the furnishings, panels, and walls already show wear and tear. Some panels and tiles show signs of rushed work. Construction noises are loud and I was not given any prior notice about it.
The room door is annoyingly hard to open.
Elevators lack card detectors on both sides; layout is confusing.
Security people are nice, but they do too much frisking of my things and the entrance/exit layout is also confusing. The lobby is too small.
Amenities are lacking, only a gym is available for leisure activities.
Overall, average stay with lots of room for improvement.
