Local lindíssimo, carregado de história e tranquilidade. Colaboradores impecáveis e excelentes profissionais, com exceção de uma colaboradora do restaurante que transpôs para o serviço o mal estar com colegas de trabalho, impróprio para um espaço destes e revelando indiferença pela presença de hóspedes. Os pratos principais sugeridos na carta do Room Service, arroz de pato e bacalhau com natas, ficam muito aquém da qualidade expectável num hotel desta categoria.

Lovely place to stay in Coimbra.some rooms are not that comfortae but some are spectacular. We stayed one night in a small one and was not that comfortable as the room is indeed very small. However, next night we were in a bigger room and it was spectacular. The breakfast is served in the room but thats a turn off as its mostly carb (sugar). But overall a good experience.

Great location (literally, across the street from the train station). Helpful and friendly staff.

The hotel has its own garage, cost Eur10, which is convenient. Walking to old town is less than 1km away, along the way there are many restaurants and supermarkets. The night came with strong wind, buzzing through the windows, a restless night.

We stayed two nights in apartment 2.2 - one bedroom with a small office room which has a desk and single bed. Location was great, being right off the main pedestrian ***** in the old town area, so very atmospheric and convenient for restaurants. Check-in is at Hotel Oslo, about 4min walk away so you will have to walk with your luggage for a few minutes, including up some stairs. The apartment building also does not have a lift, so you will need to be able to carry your luggage up stairs within the building. I don't think you would be able to call an Uber or taxi to the street in front of the building as it is very narrow so bear this in mind. Some other minor points I noticed about the apartment which you may find helpful: - It directly faces another building on a narrow street, so the apartment doesn't really get natural sunlight - There is a washer but no dryer - it took a whole day for our clothes to dry and the rack sat in the living room - The apartment fittings are starting to feel a bit worn down

We very much enjoyed our stay at Coimbra Monumentais.  The location is absolutely perfect being so close to the steps up to the University.  The facilities were fine.  My only suggestion for improvement is to automatically send the check in information rather than asking us to ask for it.  I missed that point in the reservation.  Most of our stays were with Air BnB and they automatically send the information a day or two in advance.  We came to the back door (the 7A address) and had an issue with getting in.  Once in, we were very well looked after.  Thanks so much to Mariannna!

Hotel localizado um pouco longe do centro, mas acolhedor, com um bom pequeno-almoço e uma boa cama. O facto de ter estacionamento gratuito é, sem dúvida, uma mais-valia. Apenas um senão, dentro do quarto é demasiado audível o barulho no corredor.

Actually the room without maintenance well. And the room can’t open the curtain coz people can see through to my room if I open. So we changed the room without jacaccui , but we found the window door almost fall down and so many mosquitoes came to my room from the garden . So I closed and found the way to out all mosquitoes. Also the room was too dark even turned on all the lights, aircon not working. So many problems. So we decided to leave early morning after breakfast. Not comfortable

Hotel próximo aos transportes públicos entre eles as estações de comboio de Coimbra. Quarto amplo e limpo com frigobar e serviço de quarto e outros serviços disponíveis através da App do hotel, muito prático.

A comunicação entre o alojamento e a plataforma de reservas é manifestamente fraca. Eu fiz uma reserva, recebi um comjunto de documentos (voucher, factura e confirmação de reserva e pagamento), no entanto, em nenhum desses documentos foi incluido o numero do quarto nem o codigo de acesso à chave. Entrei em contacto com a propriedade, informando que iria viajar de noite e chegar de madrugada. Comuniquei essa informação por escrito na reserva. A propriedade confirmou que não haveria problema, porque com o código poderia entrar quando quisesse. Os documentos que me enviaram apenas dispunha de um PIN de 4 digitos que eu acreditei ser o codigo de acesso à chave e ao quarto. Nao. O código não funciou, os telefones de serviço da propriedade nunca foram atendidos. Na cidade contactei outros hoteis que alegadameente estavam completos. Fiz mais de 20 chamadas para os numeros que me disponibilizaram. Conclusão: passei a noite na rua. Paguei e dormi no carro, ao frio e sem qualquer conforto. Apenas me devolveram a chamada já passava das 7 da manhã.
