The hotel is ideally situated near the airport, so very convenient for those who have a short stay in Bankok. They also have an hourly pick-up and drop off service at the airport. Nice variety of food offered at the restaurants. All the staff members were very helpful, friendly and polite. I enjoyed my short stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Hotel is very convinient if you have early morning flight - it’s 5 mins walking distance to the airport. Breakfast and dinner buffet is great. Bar area also perfect. Nice service Area of improvement : Room ventilation is poor. When I entered the room, it has a smell - may be because it was closed for several days with no air through.

I really enjoyed my stay, even if it was only one night. The bath is beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms are clean. The location is very close to the airport, you will be at the airport in just 15 minutes by taxi. Pay attention to the traffic, because it can be complicated. Saya benar-benar menikmati penginapan satu malam saya di hotel ini sebelum penerbangan jarak jauh sehari saya kembali ke Australia. Bilik itu luas dan saya cadangkan menempah bilik dengan pemandangan lapangan terbang - ini adalah kelebihan yang besar! Saya duduk dan memerhatikan pesawat, sebagai seorang geek biasa seperti saya. Bilik itu besar dengan kawasan berasingan untuk katil dan ruang makan serta mempunyai bilik mandi yang bagus. Saya tidak suka mandi di atas tab mandi - hanya perkara kecil...pada usia saya, saya boleh tergelincir masuk dan keluar dari benda itu! Kakitangan semua sangat ramah dan membantu. Kawasan ruang legar sangat mengagumkan! Saya suka piano besar dan muzik yang disediakan semasa makan malam - tidak perlu pergi ke luar hotel untuk minum atau makan. Saya pasti akan tinggal di sana pada perjalanan seterusnya ke Thailand dan mengelakkan huru-hara Bangkok untuk beberapa hari yang menyenangkan!

Honestly, I didn't live there, but I visited them before I lived there and they allowed me to get a cash refund. It's almost a family house with rooms upstairs for rent. بصراحة ما سكنت عندهم لكن زرتهم قبل لا اسكن وسمحت لي باسترداد نقدي تقريبا بيت عائلي بتأجير غرف فوق The rooms are clean from the inside but not so tidy from the outside, but the family's morals are very wonderful. الغرف من الداخل نظيفة ولكن من الخارج نوعا ما ليست مرتبة لكن اخلاق العائلة رائعة جدا

I recently stayed at this hotel during the amnesty period and was disappointed. The receptionist didn’t smile, and though her words were polite, her tone and expression were unfriendly, leaving a poor first impression. I paid 1,895 baht for my room, and it didn’t meet expectations. The room was old and not well-maintained, with outdated facilities like a poor-quality hair dryer. I found leftover shampoo caps and a used body sponge in the bathroom, and the toilet had an unpleasant smell. For the price, I expected much better. On a positive note, the decoration throughout the lobby, hallway, and exterior is good, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the theater and parking were excellent and attentive. The hotel offers a theater with shows and a 24-hour jazz bar, which are great features, but there’s no discount for guests. I’d recommend visiting for the entertainment but staying elsewhere.

Overall it matches the low price point, location is the best convenient ride from Suvarnabhumi airport… however expect disturbances at nights with constant movement of guests. Appreciate the aircon and locker provided in the room but the stench of smoke and incessant chatter kept me awake most of the night (apparently, guests were smoking in/nearby the room).
