Hotel Hat Yai dengan Sarapan

Had such a lovely stay at The Signature Hotel. Beautiful ambiance, cozy rooms, attentive staff, and every corner felt thoughtfully designed. A perfect little escape in Hatyai — would definitely come back again.

Secara keseluruhannya bagus, perkhidmatan kaunter yang baik, kakitangan yang ramah sebelum saya turun dari kenderaan, kakitangan bersedia di tepi pintu kereta sedia untuk berkhidmat, suasana yang baik untuk mereka yang suka tenang, bagi mereka yang tidak mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri agak menyusahkan, agak jauh untuk keluar. Tetapi Bolt atau Grab berada di sekitar kawasan itu.

Hotel yang terletak di Songkhla ini sangat baru dan agak bersih. Tidak banyak mengeluh secara jujur. Walau bagaimanapun, agak sukar untuk menempah Grab atau mendapatkan teksi di sini kerana ia adalah kawasan luar bandar dan agak jauh dari Hatyai. Bertuah kerana kami dapat bertemu pemandu Grab yang mesra sejak Hari 1 dan sentiasa memintanya untuk menjemput kami secara peribadi. Jika tidak, ia akan menjadi banyak masalah tentang cara untuk keluar dari hotel ini ke Hatyai atau kembali ke Lapangan Terbang.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Great price for my single night stay. The Room was clean and ready upon checking in. Pool was clean and good temperature. Conveniently located very near the airport. Perfectly located across the street from a nice restaurant for dinner and a breakfast buffet. See photo of my dinner across the street.

Hotel ini terletak di dalam kotak, jadi ia terletak di sebelah pusat membeli-belah, jadi ia mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana dan selesa hari dan mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 minit untuk menyediakannya selepas saya memberi dapur senarai saya terpaksa memesannya. Saya sangat tidak sabar buang masa. Hanya dua orang masak perlahan-lahan di dapur🍳 Saya sangat kagum.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Penginapan murah, bersih, lokasi bagus, ada restoran di dalam bangunan (shabu dan kafe Persekitaran dalam hotel baik, perkhidmatan yang baik, berbaloi dengan harga). Terdapat 7-Eleven dan restoran di sebelah hotel, sangat mudah.

ห้องสะอาด แอร์เย็นดี แต่พวกทีวี กาน้ำร้อนมีปัญหาใช้งานไม่ได้ค่ะ
