Hotel Hat Yai dengan Sarapan

Baik: Kebersihan untuk katil, bantal, cadar, tuala sangat bagus. Begitu selesa Mendapat pengangkutan ulang-alik ke festival pusat, hanya kira-kira 5 minit memandu jika memandu sendiri. Deposit 500baht Penyesuai palam 2 pin tersedia i piece. Buruk: Peti ais menjadi berbau., mungkin bau itu berasal dari tuala semasa pembersihan. Alat kawalan jauh TV dengan bateri lemah. Tiada wifi tetapi tiada masalah, kerana kami menggunakan simkad dtac Secara keseluruhan, saya suka tempat letak kereta dan lokasi berdekatan. Tq sangat.

Kami telah tersilap memilih masa untuk ke Hatyai kerana hujan tanpa henti mengakibatkan banjir dan banyak kedai tidak dibuka. Cuba untuk tidak pergi semasa akhir tahun.

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Baru-baru ini saya berbesar hati untuk tinggal di Aura dan mesti saya katakan, ia adalah pengalaman yang luar biasa dari awal hingga akhir. Sejurus saya tiba, sambutan hangat daripada kakitangan menetapkan nada untuk lawatan yang tidak dapat dilupakan. Proses daftar masuk adalah lancar dan cekap, dan concierge sangat membantu dengan cadangan untuk tarikan tempatan. Bilik itu dihias dengan indah, luas dan bersih. Saya menghargai peralatan tempat tidur yang selesa dan perhatian terhadap perincian dalam setiap aspek bilik—dari kemudahan moden hingga sentuhan percuma yang bernas. Pemandangan dari bilik saya sungguh menakjubkan, dan ia dijadikan latar belakang yang sempurna untuk berehat selepas seharian yang sibuk menerokai bandar. Makan di hotel adalah satu lagi kemuncak. Restoran di lokasi menawarkan menu yang pelbagai dengan hidangan lazat, setiap satunya disediakan dengan bahan-bahan segar dan sumber tempatan. Sama ada sarapan atau makan malam, setiap hidangan adalah menyeronokkan dan mempamerkan komitmen hotel terhadap kualiti dan kecemerlangan. Apa yang membezakan Aura Hotel adalah perkhidmatan yang sempurna. Setiap kakitangan yang saya temui pergi lebih jauh untuk memastikan penginapan saya selesa dan menyeronokkan. Keramahan tulen dan perhatian mereka terhadap perincian membuatkan saya berasa seperti tetamu yang dihargai. Secara keseluruhannya, pengalaman saya di sini tidak kurang hebatnya. Saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel ini kepada sesiapa yang mencari gabungan kemewahan, keselesaan dan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa. Saya tidak sabar untuk kembali untuk penginapan yang lain!

Hotel ini sangat baru, bersih dan ber***a korporat. Di sekitar hotel terdapat banyak pusat beli-belah dengan pelbagai pilihan makanan. Pulang dari Koh Lipe, kami sengaja menginap dua malam di sini untuk mencuba sarang burung dan juga hidangan Melayu. Saya sangat sukakan bandar kecil Hat Yai ini. Harga duriannya murah dan ada gerai durian betul-betul di seberang jalan, berhadapan dengan hotel.

Hotel ini terletak di dalam kotak, jadi ia terletak di sebelah pusat membeli-belah, jadi ia mudah untuk pergi ke mana-mana dan selesa hari dan mengambil masa lebih daripada 20 minit untuk menyediakannya selepas saya memberi dapur senarai saya terpaksa memesannya. Saya sangat tidak sabar buang masa. Hanya dua orang masak perlahan-lahan di dapur🍳 Saya sangat kagum.

I stayed at Subanan Resident in Hatyai and had a really good experience overall. The cleanliness is the first thing that stood out — the place is spotless, probably one of the cleanest I’ve stayed at in this price range. The service was also impressive. When I had an issue with the WiFi, I just gave them a call and the staff personally came over to hand me the code face-to-face. Check-in and check-out were both quick and smooth. Even on my first visit, the parking service was clear and well-organised, which made things easier. Location-wise, it’s not in the busy tourist area, which I actually liked. It’s surrounded by local houses, so the vibe is calmer and more relaxing. Within walking distance (about 4 minutes) there’s a Big C Mini, and a 7-Eleven about 7 minutes away. It’s a nice balance — not too far from convenience, but away from the tourist crowds and heat. As for amenities, they’re average. One of the rooms came with a Netflix account, while another didn’t, which was a bit inconsistent. Also, setting it up wasn’t the most straightforward — you need to switch between the TV remote and the Xiaomi box remote, which takes a little figuring out. Overall, if you value cleanliness, friendly service, and a calm local atmosphere over being in the middle of the tourist spots, Subanan Resident is a solid choice. Btw the coffee n tea pastries is just a cupcake and milo powder

Kami mendaftar masuk lewat pada pukul 10 malam namun penyambut tetamu menyambut kami dengan senyuman dan mengatur bilik kami dengan sewajarnya. Bilik telah dibersihkan dan dijaga dengan baik. Hotel ini mempunyai suasana perhutanan dengan pelbagai jenis tumbuhan sebagai luaran (bagus untuk gambar instagram). Tiada tempat letak kereta khusus di lokasi tetapi anda boleh meletakkan kereta anda di tepi jalan berhampiran hotel (keselamatan bertugas pada waktu malam).

Penginapan murah, bersih, lokasi bagus, ada restoran di dalam bangunan (shabu dan kafe Persekitaran dalam hotel baik, perkhidmatan yang baik, berbaloi dengan harga). Terdapat 7-Eleven dan restoran di sebelah hotel, sangat mudah.
