Hotel dengan Wifi di Hat Yai

The aesthetic and vibe of the hotel is first class. The staffs were friendly and always willing to help. Small boutique hotel with few rooms make it bit more cosy and personal. The room was clean, spacious worth the price. There's a cafe right beside the lobby which serve a good coffee.

Penginapan itu bersih, perkhidmatannya sangat baik, dan ia terletak di lokasi yang strategik. Saya pasti akan menggunakan perkhidmatan mereka lagi jika saya berpeluang.

Ini kali kedua saya menginap di hotel ini. Terdapat tempat letak kereta yang kecil dan banyak tempat letak kereta di tepi jalan. 7 eleven besar terletak 5 minit berjalan kaki dan Lee Garden dan Kim Yong Market terletak 10 minit berjalan kaki. Katilnya selesa dan tandasnya bersih dengan tekanan air yang baik.

Lokasi yang bagus. Kakitangan semua ramah. Ia adalah hotel bajet yang bagus tetapi berkualiti tinggi. Cuma terdapat beberapa pepijat kecil pada jubin tandas di bilik 307 sila lihat ke dalamnya! Selain hebat semua hebat!! Disyorkan!

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Nice rooms! But u will need to bring own hair dryer incase the hotel run out of hair dryers~ the whole experience is nice. Staff are all friendly and they are happy to help all customers

Jarak berjalan kaki ke Lee Garden Plaza, Pasar Kim Yong, Gedung Serbaneka Robinson dan banyak kedai makan. 7-Eleven yang besar bersebelahan dengan hotel. Berbaloi dengan wang yang dibayar, terutamanya untuk perjalanan membeli-belah yang singkat. * 👥 Kakitangan kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang ramah dan membantu.
