PPengguna TetamuRoom was super spacious and clean. The decoration was outstanding. Wifi was not that reliable. It was stable, mostly but sometimes it asked us to input password every 5 minutes. Breakfast was variable and delicious. The air conditioner was nice with quiet mode but the quiet mode stayed only 2-3 hours so I needed to have remote control nearby when you sleep as I was sensitive to noice when sleeping). There was a little noice from the louver, as well. There was a huge space inside for golfing, walking, running and biking. The restaurant inside was at standard level with exceptional view but the price is very high (no discount for those who stays at the hotel).

PPengguna TetamuWe made two bookings, and the staff took great care of us. When they saw that the elderly had trouble walking, they immediately arranged a new room on a lower floor without stairs and closer by. They were very attentive and provided excellent care. We are very impressed :)

BBearyHKHad a 3d2n in this resort. The room itself was very big and we were amazed by the private pool, rooftop Terrance and the onsen. We were able to do the check in at the room itself. Their services provided were very good. You can also have your own bbq at the rooftop however you might really need to tell them you want have the bbq your own. If not they will helped you cooked the food and served to your room. The quality of the bbq food I would say was average only. Could have been better. I like that we can get to choose in room dinning for our breakfast and there’s quite a few options for the breakfast. As for the location wise, it was a very ulu place and some of the road leading to the place doesn’t have lamp post light and a lot of pit holes making it hard to drive in the dark. Have to take note of the parking place as you need to park on a down slope 😅. Other than that it was still a good experience staying there!

VVincent LayeOnly stayed a few nights,room was nice,but didn't have a smart TV which for the price of a room was surprising,although I was told there about 50%through changing them and you can ask for a digital box on reception if your room doesn't have one .steam room was out of service,gym was fully equipped and pool was OK,chlorine not salt water so take some goggles if your going to swim .
Food for breakfast was excellent staff were all very polite,and accommodating,surrounding area is ok everything you could need nearby.all in all nice few days

RRick and KateEstella Khao Yai is a spacious and good-value accommodation option located on the grounds of the Mövenpick resort in Pak Chong.
The rooms are extremely large, clean, and well priced for what you get. They feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, with a full-sized kitchen, large bedroom, spacious bathroom, makeup bench, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the west-side garden and water feature.
This property suits guests who prefer quiet, non-commercial areas rather than busy tourist zones. It’s a more affordable alternative to Mövenpick next door and offers excellent space and privacy. There is no noise bleed at all from other guests.
However, an important note for light sleepers: there are soi dogs in the surrounding area, and they can howl intermittently late into the night, sometimes continuing until around 3am. It’s not constant, but it can be disruptive if you are sensitive to noise.
Breakfast is basic and edible but with limited variety. The pool area is clean and benefits from good shade from the adjacent building.
Do not stay here unless you have a car. There are no nearby taxis or public transport options. For some this will be inconvenient, but it also keeps the area quiet and free from crowds.
The property is within walking distance of Mövenpick’s beautiful gardens and golf course and close to the Ozone area. Bicycles are available for rent, though they are quite basic.
Staff are excellent and very welcoming, as expected with Thai hospitality.
Overall, this is a very good-value option if you want space, privacy, and don’t mind the remote location — just be aware of potential night-time noise from dogs.

PPengguna TetamuThe camper-style accommodation was convenient and comfortable. However, I’d suggest improving the cleanliness of the bedding, as I got a skin rash. When we returned at night after dinner, the security guard was in a deep sleep — it took quite a while to wake him up.

However, only 1 bed room comes with King size bed while the other room is provided with Queen size bed .. It will be good if both rooms are provided with same kings size bed as 2 couples may share the same villa and both adults couples prefer to have king size bed ..

JJitmanaMy stay at Chateau de Khaoyai Hotel & Resort was seriously awesome. The whole vibe of the place is incredible, like something out of a fairy tale. But what really blew me away was the service. The staff were so friendly and down-to-earth, always there to help with a smile, but never in a stuffy way. They made us feel so welcome, like we were staying with friends.
The facilities are just top-notch, too. The pool is gorgeous and the grounds are super well-kept—perfect for a morning stroll. Our room was spotless and comfy, and we had everything we needed. Honestly, it's the kind of place you don't want to leave. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with amazing people and a beautiful setting, this is it. We're already planning our next trip back!

PPengguna TetamuWe booked 2-bedroom house for 2 nights. House was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. We had a wonderful stay. Ambience was nice and quiet.
However to improve by installing hooks in toilets and rooms for hanging clothes. The long table was great for group meals together. It would be good if a basin for washing utensils be installed near the refrigerator instead of bringing into the bedroom toilet to wash.
