"I drove a short way down the street. Just as I was starting to wonder if it was really here, a new sign suddenly appeared. This looks promising. Inside, rows of dome-shaped tents stretched out before me. There was enough space between each dome, so it didn’t feel cramped. The inside of the domes was spotless, and they had all the essentials. "There was nothing short of “the greatest experience with the uncomparable service”. This compliment is for Khun Sand, our butler or what they call Glam Host. She made our 1st anniversary short trip the one that we truly wush it was a lot longer. Let me tell you how wonderful she was. I ordered a special decoration to be setup in the bedroom to surprise my girlfriend. The setup was beautifully and carefully done in the bed. We were happy about that, but we knew it was going to be tear down during the turndown service. But!! Khun Sand went above and beyond by doing same setup (it was lots of balloon and fake candles) on the couch for us during the turndown so when we came back from dinner, the vibe of the anniversary would remain. Moreover, I put my girlfriend favorite teddy bear in the bed before we left for dinner with no expectation of anything. When we came back, the bear was tuck in bed having a really good night sleep! How adorable and how much attention to details Khun Sand had to put in for this magnificent service! There were a few more things she did for us, but it would be too long to tell them all. Any hotel’s owners can invest their money on the facilities, but it takes a lot of luck to have a staff like this in their hotel. Thank you again for making our anniversary a memorable one. P.S. the amenities in the room were also great! They use Dyson hair dryer!"

"room： The room was generally clean We opted for rwo single beds which I felt were a little small, basic amenities were all sufficient Hotel amenities: We tried using the various pools and the gyms (there were a few within the resort). No one tends to both the pool and gym, which is annoying because it was very difficult to find a staff to get towels. And to get to these amenities were extremely difficult as buggy services were not easily available Location: It's about 20-30mins drive out to most sight seeing places. Nearest 7-11 or supermarket is about 5-7mins drive away. Location is really subjective Overall it's not really a hotel that I would be returning to as I find the reception of the staff very mediocre."

"Pros: The staff were truly exceptional! Each person we met was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I especially want to highlight the restaurant team, it was a genuine pleasure meeting them every day. The restaurant itself was incredible. Every meal was exquisite, and we tried a wide range of dishes and none of them disappointed. Honestly, I would return just for the dining experience alone. The breakfast was amazing too!  The views were breathtaking, and the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel property is also beautifully designed and visually impressive. It's super silent there so if you are looking to unwind and relax this hotel is perfect.  Cons: I felt the property could benefit from some maintenance and upkeep. The overall design is lovely, but certain areas seemed to need a bit more attention. Cleanliness could be improved as well; there was a noticeable smell in the bathroom and some dust in window corners and on light fixtures. I’m extremely sensitive to dust, so I tend to check these details more closely and clean-up myself everywhere I visit, but the cobwebs and buildup were a bit more than I expected. There weren’t many activities available within the hotel itself, and the pools were unheated which felt unusual given the cooler climate. However, after visiting multiple places in Khao Yai, it seems heated pools may not be common in the area, so this might just be a regional norm rather than a drawback specific to the hotel. Neutral Note: There are quite a few insects around, which is completely understandable considering the natural, forested surroundings. This wasn’t an issue for me, especially since the room had screen doors to help keep insects out, but it may be helpful for future guests to be aware."

"Booked 3 nights here to explore Khao Yai by car. Location wise it's quite remote and you definitely need your own car or driver. The landscape is very pretty and well maintained for those who like to take photos. The food at breakfast is a wide variety, quality is okay - some dishes are excellent but some are just okay. Service is mixed. Some staff are very friendly and greet you all the time, but others seem to be distracted and hard to get their attention. The rooms are big and comfortable, and generally very clean. One thing to note is the decor has a lot more cutesy animal statues than what the photos might show. They are everywhere in the property and a bit too much for me. There is a Peter Rabbit theme along the corridors outside the room. It's a bit much for me but some people will love it."
