"The hotel is nice. Room is very big with massive balcony. Very privacy. Each floor has only 3 rooms. However, I expected better hospitality and service from this hotel based on the price I paid. I arrived 1:30pm, and was told the room was not ready yet which fine for me. However, I came back at 2pm and room was still not done yet. Wasting another 30 mins at the lobby. The room includes free 6 bottles of water but others are chargeable. Additional bottle of water is also chargeable. Again, hotel at this price is just stingy. I also felt all staffs were not really proactive nor attentive. This is my second stay, and I felt the same. Other facilities are ok. The property is very vast. Bicycle for rent is available. Golf club is inside the property. Others were ok, except service and staff attitude need to be improved."

"Muthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future."

"There was nothing short of “the greatest experience with the uncomparable service”. This compliment is for Khun Sand, our butler or what they call Glam Host. She made our 1st anniversary short trip the one that we truly wush it was a lot longer. Let me tell you how wonderful she was. I ordered a special decoration to be setup in the bedroom to surprise my girlfriend. The setup was beautifully and carefully done in the bed. We were happy about that, but we knew it was going to be tear down during the turndown service. But!! Khun Sand went above and beyond by doing same setup (it was lots of balloon and fake candles) on the couch for us during the turndown so when we came back from dinner, the vibe of the anniversary would remain. Moreover, I put my girlfriend favorite teddy bear in the bed before we left for dinner with no expectation of anything. When we came back, the bear was tuck in bed having a really good night sleep! How adorable and how much attention to details Khun Sand had to put in for this magnificent service! There were a few more things she did for us, but it would be too long to tell them all. Any hotel’s owners can invest their money on the facilities, but it takes a lot of luck to have a staff like this in their hotel. Thank you again for making our anniversary a memorable one. P.S. the amenities in the room were also great! They use Dyson hair dryer!"
