Hotel Monterey County dengan Sarapan

Every employee was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The location is great except for getting in an out with a vehicle. The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The two issues I had with the room were promptly corrected by maintenance (bad toilet flush and light bulb which was very loud). The restaurant was good, though the server was not exceptional. You feel welcome at every area within the hotel, every employee greets you as you pass. Only bad thing that I can say is that, I am allergic to dogs and could tell from the moment I slept in the room that there had been a dog or pet in the room prior. This lead to some discomfort that I was not prepared for. A bit of warning should be given to those with allergies so that other arrangements could be made.

The location was good, a short walk to Asilomar Beach which is a wonderful coastal trail with deer, bunnies & lots of birds in the early morning (before 7am). Was a bit disappointed that no bottled water was available in the room, and the lobby was locked before 8am and after 9pm when we wanted to get a drink. The coffee maker has water tasting of coffee, which is not ideal for non-coffee drinkers like myself. Toothbrushes not provided. My emails prior to the stay went unanswered. It was suggested that we pay $20 for laundry, and we had to ask multiple times where they either told us it was too early / too late and then to look for housekeeping to ask on our own. Night time is quiet but day time is noisy once housekeeping commences, and in the afternoon we had several calls and knocks on our door from housekeeping when we were trying to rest. They did not wait for us to answer but kept calling. I'm likely to choose a different place for future stays. There are several in this same location that are not as costly. I only chose this because the reviews seemed great.

Хороший отель рядом с закрытым гольф-полем, куда имеют доступ гости отеля. Нас привлекло именно это, и мы рады были насладиться высоким уровнем обслуживания Хайят

Anda boleh menonton matahari terbenam pantai oren di dalam bilik. Bangunan dan hiasan hotel mempunyai gaya Sepanyol. Terdapat taman dengan tumbuh-tumbuhan yang baik. Banyak tempat yang sesuai untuk selebriti internet mengambil gambar. Sarapan pagi sangat berhati-hati. Pada sebelah malam, terdapat wain sangria dan biskut coklat. One of the few hotels in Big Sur that allow you to book a one-night stay on a weekend so this is a huge plus. No reception nor staff on site when you check in - keys are left in a key box outside your assigned room (which you will be informed of a couple days before your arrival). If you need help during your stay, your only option is emailing them. Rooms are dated but clean. No dining options on site so either eat before you arrive, bring supplies, or be prepared to drive ＞20min for the nearest restaurant. Breakfast is left in a cabinet by the parking lot for self help. You get a slice of cake, boiled eggs, fruit and bottled juice. In short, you're paying for location.

The place was very clean and the front desk was nice. The oceanview room wasn’t so oceanview, but the room was neat

Everything was good except the fact of someone pounding on my door at 1:00am then they took off! It was ridiculously unacceptable as they think it’s funny! Other then that, the view of the beach from our room was spectacular. Well worth the cost. Checking in/out was quick and easy.

Their warm hospitality contributed significantly to our positive impression of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel’s location proved to be highly convenient. Situated near various dining options and shopping centers, it allowed for easy access to essentials, making our trip more convenient and enjoyable. Overall, we found the Monarch Valley Inn to be a great value for the price. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and a convenient location made for an enjoyable stay.

Bilik itu sangat bersih. Hotel terletak DI pantai. Keadaan tanah kelihatan tidak terurus. Banyak melimpah, tong sampah luar. Basikal yang terlupa (rantai berkarat, tiada roda atau tempat duduk) dikunci pada susur tangan. Banyak watak berdiri.
