Hotel Samarkand dengan Sarapan

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

Reception and workers were very nice. Breakfast was good. But only one toilet in a room for 8 people is not good. Bed was hard and pillows smelled so i hope they clean it better in the future. Location is very close to registan square but finding here by taxi is hard. You may end up in the backstreets.

Красивый отель, внизу винный погреб, находится рядом с жд вокзалом, пешком 12 минут - это удобно! До центра города нужно ехать 20 минут на такси. Из минусов: холодно было, нет отопления в номере, ночью замерзли ! ! ! ( на улице было 10, соответственно в номере тоже холодно), окна на дорогу, слышимость ужасная! Слышно все, что на улице и в коридоре! Запах сигарет в номере! Похоже в номере курили, мы проветривали, но не выветрилось! Просили поменять номер, но нам отказали, сказали, что нет свободных номеров! Неприятно! Продлили номер на 6 часов за половину стоимости! Плюсы: в номере есть все, что заявлено и халат, почему-то один, хотя на двоих бронировала. Был сломан душ, оба душа (верхний дождь тоже) видимо засорились отверстия, и вода пошла сбоку, и так на обоих душах, очень неудобно мыться. Всего две подушки, хотелось бы 4. Плюсы: Нормальные завтраки, кофе из кофемашины. Красивый, в номера чисто и уютно. Есть гладильная доска с утюгом в коридоре. Удобные кровати.

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

We had to extend our stay and decided to stay at the same hotel for practical reasons. The room is clean and convenient, they provide water bottles and Ahmed tea which is the best. The only thing missing is a bidet in the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. The location is central, a few minute walk from everything you need to see in Samarkand. And a 15-minute drive from the train station. The man working at the reception on the last night was not as pleasant as the first two as he stopped us on our way to the room for the taxes we had to pay because we extended our stay. He could’ve done it differently and asked us while we checked out or simply told us to come pay when we have a chance to do so, which is usually what is done in other hotels. But instead I had to go back and forth several times to try and pay him by cardbecause he could not figure out how to make the card terminal work. I was so tired and just wanted to use the bathroom and go to sleep and he would ask me to wait an hour for his manager to come, and then lecture me about how things are done in hotels worldwide, as if I did not know, having stayed in hundreds of hotels myself… anyway, I figured he was just new and a bit awkward but there was no need for the condescending tone or to imply that we were going to leave without paying the taxes…

Anda mengiklankan diri anda sebagai zon WiFi Percuma di papan tanda anda tetapi WiFi anda tidak berfungsi. Anda kata anda akan membaikinya tetapi tidak. 2. Disebabkan ini, saya telah menggunakan semua data saya dan pada pukul 4 pagi saya terpaksa pergi ke lobi untuk mendapatkan eSIM kecemasan. 3. Pancurannya sangat kecil dan sudutnya sangat tinggi, hanya orang yang berketinggian 1.8m atau lebih tinggi sahaja yang boleh mandi dengan betul. Air panasnya sangat sensitif sehingga ia sama ada sejuk atau panas terik. 4. Pada waktu pagi, terdapat bunyi titisan di atas bilik saya yang mengejutkan saya. Ia kedengaran seperti seseorang mengetuk dari pukul 4 pagi selama 3 jam berturut-turut. 5. Bilik saya tidak mempunyai tisu tandas dan saya terpaksa memintanya. Ia adalah lokasi yang hebat dan lobi kelihatan cantik. Tetapi ia adalah keseluruhan pengalaman yang diperlukan oleh orang ramai untuk penginapan yang baik. Ia memerlukan banyak kerja dan pelaburan tetapi hotel ini boleh menjadi hotel yang hebat jika pemiliknya sanggup membaikinya dengan betul. Bukan sekadar dari segi kosmetik. Semoga berjaya

Excellent location, generous service, and authentic charm near Registan. We stayed at Shahram Plus SH for one night, with a short extension, and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent. It is in a quiet local neighborhood, just a short walking distance from Registan Square, the mausoleums, and the nearby bazaar. It feels peaceful and authentic while still being very convenient for sightseeing. The courtyard is beautiful and traditional, with a charming and authentic design that reflects the local culture. Our room was very large and spacious, easily accommodating three guests. It was beautifully decorated, well heated, and also equipped with air conditioning. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, which is always appreciated while traveling. The bathroom was spacious and included a large bathtub and a western-style toilet. Free drinking water is available in the basement kitchen area, though guests need to bring their own bottles or cups. One thing we especially appreciated was the generosity of the staff. We explained that we had booked a night train departing after midnight and asked if a later check-out would be possible. They kindly offered us a much later check-out so we could relax and freshen up before heading to the station. We truly appreciated this flexibility. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly throughout our stay and treated us like part of their family. Breakfast was also very good. The dishes were local, freshly made, filling, and delicious. A couple small notes for future guests: the toilet paper may not meet Western European standards, so you may wish to be prepared. Also, the beds are quite firm. If you are a side sleeper, the firmness may take some adjustment. Aside from these minor points, the rest of our stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel for its location, authentic atmosphere, and the incredible service from the entire staff.

Location: excellent! It is in the same building complex as the Art Gallery Happy Bird, mentioned in Tripadvisor. Registan is about 300 m away, so after dinner I would walk there to see the illumination. My room had 2 twin beds, was rather small but comfortable. Upon opening the windows, a cool breeze entered the room. Wi-fi was reliable and there was a water boiler for tea. Breakfast was abundant and good. The cook, Dishoda, would make me an omelette every morning. In the same building there are restaurants and fast food/ice cream joints. On my last day I took the train to Khiva, which departs at 11:46. The hotel allowed me to stay in the TV room, with wifi access, water and toilet facilities, for 10 hours after check out. I recommend Hotel Dyor.

This place feels more like a small guesthouse than a regular hotel. There is no hotel sign yet, and the building itself is still partially unfinished, so arriving for the first time can be a little confusing. But the location is already properly listed on both Yandex Maps and Google Maps, making it still quite easy to find. It is also only around 1.2 km from Registan Square, so walking there is very manageable. The staff were extremely kind and responsive throughout the stay. They spoke English well and were easy to contact, which was especially helpful since I arrived around midnight. Despite the late arrival, the check-in process was smooth and stress-free. I booked a double room, which did not have a private bathroom and instead used a shared one. The room itself was spacious and clean, although the bed was a bit firm. The hotel also has a shared kitchen, which was very useful during the stay. Overall, a comfortable stay with very kind staff, especially for travelers looking for a more budget-friendly option.
