It’s conveniently located near the city center, only about 2 km from Registan Square and other major attractions, making it very easy to get around. The room rates are affordable, with options for 2 or 4 guests, which is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The host is incredibly kind, gentle, and always willing to help with anything you need. One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. The guesthouse is located in the old town. The roads are quite narrow, and some sections are currently under construction with engineering vehicles. Although there are alternative routes to reach the entrance, some drivers might not be familiar with them. If you return to the guesthouse too late, drivers might be reluctant to drive all the way in because the path is too dark and difficult to navigate, so you may need to walk a short distance yourself. The room is simple but very spacious. Please note that toiletries and an electric kettle are not provided (though you can boil water in the kitchen), and you will also need to prepare your own bottled water. Fortunately, there is a small convenience store right next door where you can buy these items. During my stay, it rained one day and there was a brief power outage, but electricity was restored very quickly. The host is wonderful and speaks fluent English. Upon check-in, he gave me a map and briefly explained the locations of key attractions and some restaurants. When I checked out, he even helped me with my luggage and called a taxi for me. If you have any questions, he will always answer them patiently. The guesthouse is about a 15-minute walk from Registan. There are more restaurants around the Bibi-Khanym Mosque area, where you can also find a tourist information center that helps mail postcards. If you don’t demand the facilities of a brand-name hotel, the overall experience is very good.

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

This is a wonderful small boutique hotel located in a historical ditrict of samarkand (so called ”Russian Samarkand”). major sightseeings are not the next door.. but not far away... Personnel is very helpful and attentive. Rooms are adequately sized and have almost all the necessary amenities. They serve a plentiful and tasty breakfast buffet(unfortunately, some hot dishes turned out to be cold... hope that was a one-off case). in general - highly recommended hotel..

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

The hostel is a good place for a nice getaway for maybe 1 or 2 nights. The owner was nice and everything. The place could use a bit of a nice cleanup, particularly the hallways. Overall, it's in a nice location. Everything's within walking distance, or if you want to take a taxi, that's even faster. Yeah, it was actually pretty good.

Очень понравилось пребывание в отеле. Гостеприимные, вежливые и тактичные, помогающие во всем владельцы отеля. Комнаты чистые, тихие и уютные. Пешая доступность до площади Регистан и ещё несколько других потрясающих объектов культурного наследия. Мы ходили пешком до площади и гуляли по парку, который прилегает к ней (парк Каримова), шли дальше до базара и саборной мечети Биби ханум, и ещё дальше до некрополя Шахи Зинда, последний особенно поразил красотой и величием. Рядом с площадью много вкусных мест с национальной едой и не только. Огромное спасибо за теплый прием, обязательно посетим ещё раз, когда будем в городе.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, just a 1-minute walk from Registan Square, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the heart of the city. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Samarkand!

I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.
