В отеле очень классно после прогулки по городу отдохнуть возле бассейна, искупаться и покушать в ресторане. В ресторане прекрасно готовят, супчики в обед с горячей булочкой заряжают на целый день! Завтраки сытные, вкусные. Радует, что много сезонных фруктов: персики, абрикосы, нектарины, арбуз, дыня, груши, яблоки, клубника. Самса - просто БОМБА, особенно с кабачками, с курицей тоже прекрасная. Нигде в Узбекистане я не ела такую вкусную самсу - тесто тает во рту. Повару огромное спасибо! Прямо рядом с отелем находятся автобусные остановки, которые отвезут за 2000 сум по всем достопримечательностям по всему городу. Такси также прекрасно и дёшево ездит. Пешком, неспеша до площади Регистан около часа. По пути можно зайти в магазины, покушать в кафе

I had a pleasant stay at Meridian Plaza Hotel. The location, facilities, and overall amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, there were a few housekeeping issues that could be improved. On one occasion, the trash in the bathroom was not emptied during room cleaning, and a cleaning cloth was accidentally left hanging on the door handle after housekeeping service. While these were minor issues, paying closer attention to housekeeping details would make the guest experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider staying here again.

Гостиница расположена удобно в шаговой доступности от достопримечательных мест Самарканда. При заселении в номере был сломан холодильник, сейф и подавился переходник на чайник. Все быстро заменили. Номер чистый, уборка ежедневная. Очень разочаровали завтраки. Качество блюд оцениваю на 2. Хлеб черствый, колбаса заветренная. Даже попался испорченный помидор. Такое впечатление, что овощи, колбасы не первой свежести.  Персонал на завтраке с гостями не здоровается, хмурый .

We arrived at 12:30 and Asadbek from the front desk offered us an early check in. The hotel look new and has great amenities. However, when we went down for breakfast / food at 10:15am, we learned that there was no food served between 10-11 am in their restaurant, even though the restaurant claimed to be 24/7 🤷♀️ The room also jumped fuse twice (once a day) , but the engineers came immediately to fix it. Overall, a solid 4 star hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights, the reception is really helpful and friendly. The room was huge, beds are comfy & breakfast spread was nice. There’s a small incident where when I checked in I asked the reception how do I use the laundry service, and he gave me wrong information which ended up they didn’t do my laundry and I was out of clean clothes. I called the reception at 7pm (the laundry is closed) and they quickly send someone to collect the laundry from me & send it back to me, cleaned the next morning at 8am. But actually the laundry service is only available 10am-6pm. Glad that they took a swift action on this matter!

Отель расположен в хорошей локации. Рядом много ресторанов, магазинов. В отеле очень хороший грузинский ресторан. Ценник высокий. Один минус - в отеле нет лифта. Но служба портье поможет с багажом, если потребуется. Все очень приветливые, готовые помочь по любому вопросу. У нас не работал телевизор - пришли, заменили на другой. Завтраки хорошие, выпечка, кофемашина. Интерьеры дорогие, богатые по- восточному) Отель рекомендую для проживания. Самарканд оставил лучшие впечатления. Но основное богатство Узбекистана - сами узбеки. Доброжелательные, готовые помочь, любящие своих гостей.

We had a really pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Samarkand Sogd. The hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d expect from the Hilton brand. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is slightly away from the old town, but it’s in a calm and newer area near the Silk Road tourist zone, and getting around by taxi is easy and affordable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money in Samarkand — a perfect choice if you prefer modern comfort and cleanliness over staying in the busy historic center. I’d definitely stay here again.

The front desk team is incredibly professional and genuinely helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are a real highlight, with a great selection and a restaurant team that speaks fluent English and Chinese, which makes the experience even smoother for international guests. And the cherry on top? Each room comes with a private balcony offering a stunning view of the nearby canal, such a peaceful spot to start or end the day. Из плюсов: расположенные отеля, хорошие и просторные номера, хорошо работал кондиционер и приемлемые завтраки. Из минусов: Мы проживали 2 дня, в номере не убрались и бог с ней с уборкой, но воду могли бы и поставить, вода в душе гуляет от холодной к кипятку, сложно было нормально помыться, зачем-то в 8 утра включается в коридорах музыка (в номере она прекрасна слышна) и 10 утра они ее выключают.

Nice place to relax and away from tourists. Restaurants serve good food ,seafood pasta was delicious.we loved the freshly bake bread. Breakfast coffee was good. Our room is clean and comfy.
