We found ourselves at Verdegiada after a flight was cancelled and I can fully recommend this immaculately clean, comfortable and very friendly B&B. Antonello has everything sorted: great breakfast, excellent local knowledge, parking and reliable wi-fi. The house is quiet and peaceful for a good night's sleep and the rooms are air conditioned with good facilities (mini-bar, mozzy nets etc.) Ample parking is available but if you're travelling without a car the only downside maybe the out-of-town location, BUT - your excellent host can arrange to drop you off and pick you up from town for a fraction of the cost of a taxi. A superb place to stay to explore beautiful Puglia.

This was our second stay here as we enjoyed it previously before a long drive to San Pietro. The room 123 was great more like a suite which had a seaview. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from, although a second cappuccino or freshly squeezed orange juice is charged extra. We requested ice and parking at the hotel is available at a cost. I think there is parking nearby which I think maybe free but was not sure.

What a great hotel. We chose this hotel as a base because it is very near the train station as we planned day trips to visit different places in Puglia by train. The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely b&b in the heart of Brindisi and near the sea. The manager sent a text prior to our arrival which was a godsend as we got off a ferry at 8.30am and we were allowed to check in early. This enabled us to explore the town without having to worry about luggage storage. Our room was clean and spacious with all the amenities provided. Shower and toilet facilities were excellent and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast is communal but we missed it as we were leaving early on the train which is only a 15 minutes walk. There are lots of stairs but there is a small lift. The price was reasonable and the service was spectacularly good. Would stay there again.

This was a nice hotel but there were a few issues. The air conditioning did not work and the controller is hidden behind the bathroom door. There was a radiator in the corridor that was very hot and appeared to be on 24 hours a day. I had to open the window but not for long due to the noise from the nearby industrial area. The hotel itself was very smart and located very close to where I was working. The food was good both for evening meals and breakfast. The staff all work extremely hard. The room was spotless and serviced every day. Despite the minor issues mentioned above I would still stay again.
