Ulasan DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North Bayfront

One of the worst experience with doubletree. The front desk only gave me the cookies when I requested them. I had 8 people in my booking but the guy said he can only give me 6 because there were other guests that yet to come. Very old building, and you can play peekaboo in the very dark room. Some rooms have table lamp some do not, where is the SOP for a 4 star hotel? Staff was rude too.

Nice location with the lake - easy to access from the airport, no free parking but not too bad at $30 / day (can't pay by the hour)

The service was very poor, and no complimentary water bottle was provided at check-in. Additionally, there were no water filters on any floor. I was directed to the gym center to use the water purifier to fill my bottles.

Clean place but had some issues at the front desk,problem was fixed but I wish girls st the front desk could be more polite.Parking is not free.

作為鑽石貴賓，我很少給差評，但這個酒店真是讓人刷新三觀。 1，房間沒打掃。我前台反映情況，前台衹是假惺惺地説sorry，但沒有調查原因。後來又説是因為我沒有掛需要打掃的牌子，於是我回房間看，門牌衹有一種“請勿打擾”，我也未將此牌掛到門外。酒店未調查真實情況，就先把責任推到客人身上。 2，無端扣我按金，問其理由及要求發送水單，置之不理。一會説扣的是税費，一會兒又説扣的是上網費。我訂的房間是含税價，他們看不到嗎？他們酒店的網絡是免費的，他們不知道嗎？這是針對中國人臨時收取的嗎？ 3，第一天寄存行李的時候就弄壞我的行李箱，我還沒跟他們追究。 真心建議大家不要住這個酒店。我到的第一天住的BW 還包早餐，比這家好多了。

สถานที่ตั้งใกล้สนามบิน และฟรีเวย์เข้าตัวเมือง แต่ห้องค่อนข้างเก่าและมีกลิ่นอับ อาหารเช้า เบค่อน กรอบอร่อย วาเฟิลทำด้วยตัวเองหอมอร่อย และพนักงานอาหารเช้าดูแลดีมาก

Hilton的床一如即往的舒服，離機場很近

最差的一次住宿體驗，錢付攜程了，美國這家酒店居然又收一遍房費，還打死不承認。為了退款搞了快一週也沒給退，多虧攜程客服一直在出麪解決。

酒店地點方便 很乾淨前台服務員很友善。 酒店餐廳質素很好，早餐有自助餐，晚上有輕食选擇！有來往机場的接駁車，很方便！

在舊金山機場附近，有付費停車場

酒店的交通很方便，到處都是合適的便利店，交通很方便，預訂也很方便，下次再過來住，很滿意的一次旅行，很棒
