Location is great, free shuttle bus between station and hotel. Also easy to get to the outlet. Breakfast is highly recommended, can choose between Japanese and western one, both are delicious. Nearby is the ski park, can enjoy whole day skiing there. Onsen is great after whole day exercise, quickly relieve tiredness. Highly recommended!!

Nice ski resort hotel that offers skiing in early December. 10-15 min walk from Shinkansen Station. The Premium Outlets offer a lot of high-end brands for shoppers.

We stayed at a nice little hut among the woods, very nice and well maintained, just a bit of walk from the main shopping area and you need to call for buggy to bring you anywhere.  Nice bed for us to rest and get ready for the next day, just next to a skiing resort which is a plus point!

Conveniently located - close to one end of the Prince Outlet from which the Karuizawa Train Station can be easily accessed on foot. Free shuttle bus services are available as well. Room was big and comfortable.

Next to the outlet, good service, feel like living in the forest. Also enjoy the Onsen.

It suits those who purposely go for skiing and family trip. It closes to the rental shop of skii equipment and skii entrance. Even you can go back to hv lunch in the mid day. Hot spring is until 23:00 . No vending machine in the bldg
