We had a very pleasant one night stay. The hotel is amazing - the car park so unique, and the rooms quite historic! The rooms had everything needed. However, just a few little cleanliness issues with some dust etc which could have been rectified to make this a 10/10. However, it was a really really nice stay. Perhaps the beds could have been king (not queen), just to bring it up to scratch with other hotels. Also, there is no pool I don’t believe - so just be mindful. There is lots of roadworks occurring due to the new Cross River Rail. But, we’d definitely stay again. The carpark is on a platform system which raises / lowers your cars (like a funeral burial) for space spacing. Excellent!

是個英式老酒店，酒店走廊裏面有油畫及瓷器展品，窗户是密封的，導致通風不好，房間有股淡淡的黴味，酒店式公寓裏鍋碗齊全，沒有洗碗機，洗衣機及洪幹機齊全！中文小夥的服務態度很好！

這個酒店真的非常好，地處皇後街地段，復古又有腔調，酒店設施非常齊全完善，有洗衣機，廚房，餐桌辦公桌沙發，房間非常寬敞，前台耐心熱情，會説中文，最重要的是價格也很實惠！贊！

Location was great, service disgusting, no hot water on our checkout day, could not even provide us with an alternative to shower.

Loved it. Such a beautiful hotel. Room was amazing. Felt like I was in an old castle. Will most definitely stay again. Check in was a bit slow but everything else was perfect ! Highly rate the hotel thank you

Great location but the building needs some attention. Table had a napkin under one leg to stabilize it and had noticeable dust underneath.

This is a great traditional (old world) style hotel. No Nescafé espresso machine in sight but a large room, really comfortable bed, marble bathroom and 5 star service, with beds being remade everyday. Also in a great location in the middle of the city. I thought it was an excellent place to stay and will definitely be staying at this hotel again next time I am in Brisbane.

Have stayed several times, large apartments with good amenities and helpful staff. Some rooms need a bit of maintenance but would return. Great location.

I’d definitely stay here again. The staff and helpful & friendly and it’s walking distance to everything in the city.

Our room was large. The kitchen was not functional because there were no pots and pans, no dinner plates, no toaster or water cooker. I had thought there would be a dish towel and dishwashing liquid, but there was not. For a 3-night stay, I had not planned to purchase these items. The rain shower head in the shower had such low water pressure that it was difficult to rinse the soap and shampoo. We appreciated having a washer and dryer but were not prepared to purchase laundry soap. The reception staff were helpful in ordering taxis for us and we thank them for that. We needed them to get to our medical and surgery appointments.
