The staff were very friendly. Depending on where your room is, it’s a little confusing to get to as it’s in annex? But it was a good location right next to the station. I did have a small bit of mold in the fridge though. I do wish that the room came with a kettle or something so that you could eat. Other than that it was a private place to stay, small but not uncomfortably small.

I thought it was a good idea to be so close to the terminal, but unfortunately, no. The area swarms with quadriceps people when it gets dark. They even tried to pickpocket my 255lb 6'2" man! I booked to stay in the Kennedy Hotel, but when I arrived, we were put in an offsite satellite location called the JFK house (directly across from the terminal). It wasn't terrible, but would've been nice to know ahead of time. You have to walk the small block in the morning to get coffee and continental breakfast. The room itself was decent and adequate for the 2 of us. The bed, unfortunately, was hard and the pillows flat. The bidet was situated directly in front of the shower! In order to get into the shower, you had to walk between the toilet and bidet, then squeeze between opening the glass door and wall to enter the tub. The shower head was useless as it was clogged with lime scale. So we resorted to using the handle only. The room was clean, but could use some paint to cover up all the scuff marks on the wall.

Great location, adequate room facilities for one night passing through. Breakfast is only fair- stale pastries. Recommend add at least hard-boiled eggs, more edible.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless, the staff were friendly, the location was perfect. Few minutes far from the train station and the subway. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

I spent almost a month finding this jem in Rome Termini train station. Me and my three friends spent a week there for a conference at a nearby university, and I loved every minute of our stays there. Rooms were spotless, clean, and tastefully decorated. Morning breakfast was delicious and nutritious. The location was superb - taxi bus train groceries restaurants - whatever you'd hope to find were with a few minures walk!

Booked this hotel only because we had a very last minute notification (6 hours before flying) that our previously booked hotel was cancelled. Chosen mostly for its location, we were very surprised on arrival. We were allowed entry to our room at least 4 hours before check in, we were given a two bedroom room, which was comfortable and roomy. Breakfast was typical of what one normally receive in Rome, but there are numerous eateries around for those who prefer a cooked breakfast. Daily house keeping, left luggage, lounge rooms for last day needs. All in all a very pleasant base to enjoy the delights of Rome.

Bathroom is dirty and smelly, need to close the bathroom door. Too nosise,you can hear other room open the door

Location is good. Staffs are not polite. There are so many steps inside both lobby and each floor. Hear the sound from water pipe and another room all the night

The hotel is located not far from Roma Termini train station and subway station. This is the only good thing. Booked based on previous reviews…but I wouldn’t stay there another time! The rooms are outdated, walls inside are all scratched, the shower is very small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided, no sleepers for walking in the room, the hair dryer has to be asked in the lobby and returned after usage. The breakfast is quite poor with only few choices of few sweet stuffs…the 3 ⭐️ are really a gift for this hotel. Luckily stayed there only for 2 nights and the beauty of Rome let us forget about the quality of the hotel.

Hotel located just few minutes walk from Roma Termini. Hotel is very nice ,love the lobby area looks beautiful .The room is not too big but good enough for two of us .Nice view from my window .EXCELLENT STAY WITH THE HOTEL !
